I put $1500 down for a car, not only did they get keep pushing back delivery date, when it was time to get the car they wanted $500 more which was also going boost my monthly rate by $40 which wasn't what I signed or agreed to when I put my money down. When I asked for a refund, Kris silently just handed the card reader and barely said a word- whole demeanor changed. I asked how long was it gonna be until I get it back on my card, his response "however long it usually takes" just dismissive. Ended NEVER GETTING A REFUND- my Wells Fargo banker told me to call because I was getting scammed! I pull up to get my refund, and that's when magically it appears in my account but the transaction of the refund said "27th" not the original day of last week !!! They fully gave me my refund when I pulled up and they lied. They canceled the refund, and tried to be slick and issue it right when I ask for a check instead. Why would the refund not say the original date? Oh because they cancelled it. Run away. From them. Kris gives me harmful vibes, he needs to not speak to a women ever again. I have bought many cars over the years, and car salesmen are always very polite and tend to kiss your butt to get you to feel comfortable. I had to opposite experience here. When I told them a car I was somewhat interested in had higher miles than I had liked, their response was "well, we can't roll back the odometer". Uh, yeah, obviously?? When I told them I had some problems with some paint missing on the vehicle, their response was "well it's a 7 year old car, it isn't going to be perfect". I don't expect perfection, but all I am doing is pointing out reasons I don't want the car. Their job is to do what they can to make me want the car. When I called to try and see what could be done, I was met with intense "take it or leave it" attitude. That is not what I, or anyone, is looking for in a salesman. My first advice to anyone looking to buy here is inspect vehicle thoroughly, top to bottom, side to side. And do not get the extended warranty, your better of purchasing warranty elsewhere. The vehicle I purchased had numerous issues but I didn't pay attention and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Had a great experience here. I bought a beautiful 2003 Lexus GX470. It looks great even though it has a few minor cosmetic issues but let's face it, it is 17 years old! Armond, the salesman who helped me, was very welcoming and friendly. No pressure, took his time and let us take a test drive on our own. Mechanically it is also great! Of course it is a Lexus so that is to be expected and I had a mobile mechanic check it out before I bought it. The guys at Lending Group were very supportive of my mechanic when he came. Armond had encouraged me to have my mechanic check it out. I want to comment on some other reviews on this page that complain about cars they had trouble with after they bought. They may not have done their due diligence by having their own mechanic check out the vehicle. And if they did that means that if their mechanic did not find issues how could the people at Lending Group? If there turn out to be problems with my vehicle then that is what happens when one buys a used vehicle. If you don't like that then may I suggest you spend a bunch more money and buy a new car. Bottom line is that I felt that these guys were honest and priced my vehicle well. I got a pretty good deal and I hope Lending Group made some money. There was one thing not working on my vehicle. The remote window master switch was not working properly. Ben, the owner, promised to fix it and one week after my purchase they told me the part was ready. On Feb 19,2022 I purchased a 2004 Nissan Titan 4x4 with around 85675 miles on it. Low miles, nice clean truck. On the way home the head lights went out and had to drive home with no lights, fine replaced plug next day. Had to replace main window switch in driver door, no big deal, the washer nozzel had to be replaced next. Now the radio, antenna, Fine its used and there will be things that need replaced after time no problem, Ryan even said he would take care of it. I said I already fixed the things that were taken care of no big deal. The interior lights do not turn on when door is opened and have to replace the whole upper councel for the switch that controls them, ok fine I will deal with it. So 3 weeks ago driving home from work the radiator springs a leak, the bottom tank sprung a leak. so I then replaced it with a new one 250.00... when replacing it I noticed that I was missing the front drive shafts for the 4 wheel drive. I called and talked with Garret and his dad Ryan and they said we sold it as a 4x4 and it is not, give me a call on Monday so we can take care of this and make it right. Well been calling and calling to find Ryan on the other line he will call you back. Well today 4/16/2022 I am still waiting for the call back. I was fine with replacing the other things but not having to make it a 4x4 on my own, I am so upset that once they made the sale they are done with the mark( customer ). This is what they look at the public as is a mark they steal there money that they work hard for. They don't call back or help when you drive away. I regret the purchase that I made. They ran our credit on a Saturday, had us there ALL day saying they were waiting for approval from a bank, and then told us the banks were closed & we would hear from them on Monday. Monday came, no call. I called Baja who said that he was still waiting on the bank. Tuesday came, no call. They ran our credit, got our tax info, had all of our personal information, and did NOTHING. We got letters in the mail from 3 different banks saying they approved our auto loan request!!! So our credit was ran for absolutely nothing. We got a car from somewhere else and are SO HAPPY we did. BUYER BEWARE! STAY AWAY! LEMON ALERT! My experience with this place started yesterday. I stopped in to check out and test drive a 2015 VW Jetta that I had seen on CarGuru this week. The mileage listed on their website for the car was 44.8k but when I inspected the car, I noticed that it had 51.4k--a SEVEN THOUSAND mile difference. (First Red Flag!) The sales guy seemed meek and polite which was refreshing but then his boss came out and tried urging me to buy the car that night on the spot. When I said I wanted to get a pre-purchase inspection first, he told me that he had a mechanic that tests everything and ensures that the cars on his lot are in tip-top shape and that any mechanic I hired wouldn't find anything. (Second Red Flag!) That was all before I even got behind the wheel of the car. The test drive raised the Third Red Flag. There was a massive amount of drag to the car that felt disconcerting. This was definitely not like the smooth test drives I had in Passats and Jettas all week leading up to this drive. When I asked the sales rep about it, he downplayed my concern as simply the 18-inch wheels and some mumbo jumbo about "physics". (Fourth Red Flag!) Even after all that, I liked the car enough to have it inspected--hoping the drag could be easily and cheaply fixed. Hell, I half expected the dealer to compensate the cost of the repair after negotiating a fair price. That was before I got the report back from EU automotive--a local mechanic that specializes in European cars like the Jetta. There were so many things wrong with the vehicle that it would have cost me thousands in repairs. The worst part is that the dealer and the salesman both knew the problems with the car because it was more than apparent from the test drive and yet they still tried strong-arming me into purchasing it. That not only bad salesmanship, it is unconscionable. I may have lost $200 on a pre-purchase inspection but at least I'm not out thousands for a vehicle they said was clean! read more

Not only was he extremely genuine and funny, but also a true professional. I did not walk into this dealership with the intent on leaving here with a new vehicle, but the more time that I spent talking to Thomas about my situation at that time the more inclined I became. His knowledge and experience in auto sales was far superior to that of the salesman that I encountered at other local dealerships. His approach is quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. After doing my homework and shopping around I knew the deal that I needed to make things work for me. At no time did I have to go to the mat with to get that deal. He found a way to make it work in my favor and I couldn't have asked for much more. Purchased a Truck from this lot and there was a serious safety hazard going on. The emergency brake will pop on in the middle of driving, After the company claimed they fixed it the same thing happened on the freeway and we had to swerve in front on coming diesel trucks to get to safety. After we were stranded for two hours on the side of the road we had to be towed home. We had the truck three weeks I had nothing but problems. Unfortunately while parked outside waiting for the vehicle to be towed someone hit the back of it and totaled it out. Because the truck was overpriced from the beginning we actually lost $2000. Zero Stars, if an option! Do not buy from this dealer. My husband and I traded our Toyota Highlander for a 2014 Toyota Sequoia at this dealership. They promised they would make some needed repairs to the car and said they ordered the parts. We never heard from them and everytime we called they said they were still waiting. We then take the car in for an oil change. Our mechanic said this car was in an accident and the radiator is held up my zip ties, plus the frame is bent. I checked CarMax and this accident had to have occurred while waiting to be sold at the dealership. We took the car to a body shop and they said it will cost $8000 to $10,000 in damages. We contacted the dealership and they have done nothing to fix this car that should have never been sold in the first place. We can't use our insurance, because it wasn't our accident. Brought it Monday for them to keep it 3 weeks get it back that night the same thing happens again I take it back so they can try and fix it give me a rental car that had a check engine light on as well it dies completely I call the dealership to tell them they say someone will call me back no one ever did so I had to call aaa myself for their car aaa got it going for me the next day it does the same thing call dealership talk to mark and he offered no help just for me to handle the problem on my own.
