Nothing screams "Bad Faith Business" than that... there has been a change in this place. It's not the same,... (trying to shame me for questioning his optional fee) I respond... Efrain gets louder and makes comments about my kid not being able to hold still. At this point, I decide to not continue the appointment in which Efrain storms out and slams my kids file on the receptionist's desk and stares us down as we leave the office. 100% do not recommend. It was a degrading experience to say the least.

Firstly, they accept Eyemed insurance. I was fully covered on my purchase! Secondly, the customer service is terrific! I had the pleasure of working with Cynthia, who was knowledgeable, friendly and helped me hone in on the perfect eyeglasses. I was also able to find a great pair of Gucci sunglasses, which EyeCare was able to get my prescription in as well. This highlights what I really like about the EyeCare location: it looks like it is very small and doesn't have a great selection of frames -- but they actually have a great selection of mid to high-end glasses! I was surprised to find Boss as well as Gucci and several other designer brands. I received a great deal on the lenses/frames, and have decided I will be headed back to this location in the future. The customer service is top-notch, and their lab did a terrific job on all three pair I got from them. If you are on the fence, call in and set up an appointment to try on some frames. I recently received a pair of prescription glasses, but unfortunately, the prescription was incorrect. I had to return them to be fixed, which was already inconvenient. What was more disappointing was that I was asked to pay additional fees for their mistake, and no apology was ever offered. Today, I received a text that my glasses were ready for pickup. I called to schedule a pickup, but the receptionist placed me on hold for 15 minutes, only to tell me that there were no available appointments and that I would need to wait another two days just to pick up my glasses. To make matters worse, the receptionist was very rude and ended the call abruptly without any courtesy. After being a long-time customer, this experience was extremely disappointing. I hope the management addresses both the service quality and customer care moving forward.
