We were not thoroughly briefed before the appointment that staff would not be allowed to assist him with the contacts, and that parents weren't supposed to be in the room while he was trying them on. This was a traumatic experience for our son (the contact got stuck in his eye and the doctor had to use a small plunger to pull it out after I begged them to) but especially traumatic as parents watching our child struggle while the staff did...nothing. I hate leaving negative reviews but parents need to be told EXACTLY what to expect so this situation doesn't happen again. No, we will not use this business again nor can we recommend it.

We went to K's to get glasses for my 7 year old daughter. Kay was very warm and welcoming, which…read moremade my child feel immediately comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and helped us pick out great options for frames that made my daughter very happy. About 10 months later, we had an issue with the frame and went back to Kay. She loaned us an awesome pair from her own line, completely free of charge, until we got the replacement frame. When we came back to pick up the new frames, Kay surprised us with her generosity and kindness by letting my daughter keep the loaner frames since they looked so good on her! We offered to compensate Kay for them but she turned us down. It was such an unexpected and wonderful gesture that will be hard to top. We can't recommend Kay highly enough!
