It was clear and easy to use the kiosk. My cesar salad wrap was made quickly. There is a handful of seats inside and outside, but just too hot to sit outside. Caesar wrap was good and hit the spot. I got the tofu salad, but made some substitutions and ended up with an insanely good salad bowl. The guy making the salad really put a lot of everything and the flavor of the tofu is actually the best I've had in any salad. The entire bowl was very big too. Not everyone can make a good tuna sandwich but Lenwich has an amazing Tuna Pesto sandwich. The service is prompt. I order the sandwich via a kiosk and I pick up my order at the counter when it's ready. The ordering process is very efficient. Great place to grab a sandwich. At this time of year, I love to get their "Thanksgiving" sandwich - with loads of turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, and gravy. It's a shame, because this could be a great place, but there's ALWAYS a communication breakdown between the what the orderer requests and what the sandwich maker makes. I know that this was not just one bad night, but rather a chronic issue because I order sandwiches from them every week on my way to work. For example, this past week I ordered a Novie on a toasted everything bagel. What I got instead was an untoasted sesame bagel. I was very disappointed. Mayo is also an important part of a sandwich to me. The sandwich maker is consistently inconsistent with the way he unevenly applies the mayo to the bread. This leaves some parts with just a barely adequate amount of mayo, and other parts bone dry. If you request extra mayo or for it to be on both sides of the bread, your request is basically be ignored. No difference. When I mentioned this to the person at the register in the hope of alerting them to this, the response was that he applies the mayo quickly because he's very busy. Perhaps management should tell the sandwich maker to take a few extra seconds to make the sandwich right and the customer happy rather than rushing through it. Also the toppings. Very stingy with the toppings. As if he were paying for them himself. At $14/sandwich, plus an extra charge for the toppings, you shouldn't have to guess if they are on your sandwich when you take a bite. read more
