Dr. Jaeger is first and foremost a terrific listener, and he is no less a knowledgeable diagnostician. After my thorough examination, Dr. Jaeger discussed his findings with me with detail that was helpful and in no way condescending. I have never been to a more disorganized, unsympathetic, unprofessional medical office in my life!…read more Not only have I had to wait at least an hour past my appointment start time to actually see my provider there, once he does come in to see me, he can't get out of there fast enough, and never spends more than 10 minutes with me, always making me feel rushed. While I am waiting in the exam room for a technician to start the appointment, they leave all those doors open and I've overheard conversations about other patients, about myself, and staff, and how awful their day is going or how rude or upset the people are they are dealing with! On top of that, I have had so many times that the staff has dropped the ball on completing a request to get a medication pre-approval through my insurance and sent to the pharmacy for me. I've had to play the middle-man between the office, the insurance company, and the pharmacy for over a month now, only to find out that the office has not even submitted the requests I keep asking them to do but they keep placating me over the phone telling me they've already done it when they haven't! Save yourself the the frustration and wasted time and go somewhere else. It's unfortunate because I had heard good things about the doctors here but with so many things wrong with the office, it's just not worth my time or my health to go here.

In what to me is a miracle, I now have 20/20 distance vision and for the first time in my 70 years I don't require glasses for long distance.
