The GAP in the front windows is huge compared to the rear windows. 2. They broke the defroster wire to the rear window. They said it was like that before they did their work. Untrue. We're not asking for them to fix it. 3. Customer service: gave confusing information to begin the process, and refusal to correct bad workmanship.

The good thing is that the replacement cost less than my deductible so I paid $285. Yay. The waiting room is small so unfortunately it's not open for customers. During the installation, the technician damaged the trim piece next to the front windshield on the passenger side, which contains an important safety sensor. He acknowledged the damage and told us he would order a replacement part and install it within a month. Unfortunately, that is when the problems began. Instead of taking responsibility, he later denied causing the damage and claimed it was a design issue with Lexus, stating that the part should never have been attached to the windshield in the first place. He repeatedly postponed appointments and continuously made excuses for why he could not meet to replace the damaged part. By May, after months of delays, we had to ask someone else to contact him on our behalf because of our busy work schedules. He responded and promised to meet us the following week. He even stated that he would arrive at the agreed location within 30 minutes. However, he never showed up. Shortly afterward, his prepaid phone service was disconnected, making it impossible to reach him. At this point, we are extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism, accountability, and communication. Unless this company resolves the issue and properly replaces the damaged part, we intend to file a claim and report the business to the appropriate agencies. We simply want the damage repaired as originally promised. Until that happens, we feel obligated to share our honest experience so that other customers can make informed decisions.
