They check and complimentary fix your tires if the tires have minor problems so if we do need new tires or alignments, they are our first choice and they are dog friendly and give free popcorn and coffee, but sometimes I wish they would refill their coffee later in the day, but 5 points for Gryffindor, I mean Les Schwab! read more

This place patched my tire for free! That's so nice that I didn't have to go to Walmart to buy a patch and watch YouTube videos on how to do it and then put myself in danger knowing I messed up, lol. The staff was very nice and welcoming and waiting area was spotless. I walked in at roughly 1:15 in the afternoon simply to get my tires rotated. After maybe 10 minutes the first tech (which I stupidly didn't get his name) came and told me he needs to replace my front two tires because they separated. I asked him what could have caused that and he said he doesn't know, my car had brand new tires, not even 6 months old and they're already bad? I'm not a perfect driver, by any means, but I don't do anything with my car, which has low profile tIres, that I shouldn't be. The gentleman who was helping continued on with putting new tires on because they were in fact separated, he came back another 10-15 minutes later and told me that he can't work on my front rim whatsoever because the rims bent and there's a slight crack, Before the guy told me my rim was cracked he took my tire off the rim, THEN came and told me he can't do anything, so it put me in a place where I was almost forced to purchase a rim through les schwabb. I told them that's not happening and that I'll just tow the car out and have it done at another place, the Asst Manager, Micky, who claims to be THE manager, explained to me that my car tire doesn't hold air (I drove my car there in the first place, so that doesn't make any sense) and that he also cannot put the new tire onto the broken rim. If it's company policy I understand. But after that is when it got ridiculous if it's not already. I told him ok just put the old tire back on and air it up, I'll take it somewhere else. He refused to put air back in the tire but did put the old tire back on, then proceeded to drive my car out with no air, and parked in a parking spot and walked away. Mind you it's now 3:30 when he parked the car, because I kept getting the run around the entire time. I then had to sit with my dad for another 2 hours to wait for TWO TOW TRUCKS. Because the first tow truck got there quicker than expected and the person working on my car was taking their sweet time getting it out of the bay. The first tow truck driver himself, looked at the messed up rim and said, "just put air in it?" With a very questionable face. He was forced to leave because they were backed up. So we got to sit there for another hour waiting for the second tow truck. Then my dad noticed that they didn't put the core back into the tire so that we COULD air the tire up. Because that's all we needed to do to get back home. I walked back in and asked micky if he could do this. Or even give me the tool and the core and I'll do it myself, he walked out, and screwed the core back in half way. Walked away and said nothing. FINALLY, when the second tow truck gets there, I explain to him the situation and EVEN HE said something about it, while staring at my rim himself. The second tow truck driver asked micky for the tool to put the core into the stem of the tire, and we all realized he only screwed it in half way, that's when we knew this was being done practically on purpose. When the tow truck driver walked away to hand the tool back to Micky, he (micky) walked up with the biggest smile on his face as he took the tool back from the tow truck driver. The TOW TRUCK DRIVER says out loud, well that was weird, and I asked him was it the reaction he gave when you gave him the tool back, and he said, yea that was all weird. I then told him I've been here since almost 1:15, and it was maybe 5:00-5:15 when he got there, and he stopped in his tracks, and said, "you've been here this long?? Just to get some air in your tire??" My family and I have been using les schwabb for quite a few years. And I can promise this. Definitely WILL NOT be going back. Also, got the car home, put air in the OLD tire which held air with no leak. Until I got to a shop and put the new tire on. Which took maybe 30 minutes. One last thing, they also told me that I would be ticketed if I drove on the rim of a cop saw. And it would be cheaper to just purchase the new rim through them. Didn't get that gentleman's name, but I will get him and the first guys name so I have records. read more

When I walked in the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The salesman showed me my options based on price and gave me the best deal. Included a free alignment check. Free WiFi, big screen tv, comfortable chairs & coffee and even a phone charging station while you wait for your vehicle. Josh asked me if I had ever been here before. I said I wasn't sure. When we arrived before we could even get out of the car a service tech was already at our door. He took all of our info and got us right in. Alot of tire shops in the area are dirty and uncomfortable to wait in. This place is clean and you can even watch as they fix your tires. Came in for a full alignment on a lowered vehicle. Everything was adjusted but the front cambers. Was told that they do not touch after markets suspension thus the reason for no camber adjustment corrections involving the front half of my car. My rear side however was aftermarket as well and those were adjusted to spec. Go somewhere else, they will do your cambers for you, even with after markets adjustable coils. read more

I sent my daughter to them to have rotors and pads put on her car. They sold her rotors, pads and calipers. She didn't need the calipers, they told me it was their policy to replace all 3 items on a brake job to insure the brakes work evenly. The only problem with the brakes was saying grinding noise which would mean the pads were worn down and this could effect the rotors. The calipers were fine. Then they told me they couldn't return my old parts, which is a law, they have to. The manager told me if he couldn't change all the parts he wouldn't do the work. So, my daughter had them finish the job. 600 dollars for just the rear brakes. I wouldn't let these crooked guys wash my windshield after this. Typical chain operation. read more

Went in for alignment. It was all good until it came time for them to test drive my truck.. guy that has a comb over decided to joy ride in my car for 35 mins. After the work was done my 2010 Silverado 1500 had no power at all and won't shift anymore the guy blew out my transmission or my cat !! Wow I am super impressed. This company and specifically this location are the best customer service I've ever had. They just took two Nails out of my tires which I did not buy from them repaired the tire and fixed it for free. Everybody is really nice. I ate their popcorn and enjoyed a very comfortable Lobby. I had my brakes done at Les Schwab at this location and didn't even have them on for a year started squeaking brought it in under warranty. Sat for 3 hours for brake inspection one day later iam back with squeaky brakes again they said it would be another 3 hours wait I feel if I was spending more money it would be in alot faster doing the right thing matters. right!!! read more

We took our car in on a Friday because it was pulling to the right and shaking. On the way there, there was a pop sound and it stopped pulling and shaking. So we wanted them to check the front tire. Les Schwab guy called and said there was nothing wrong with it. We brought it back. Next day, we were out of town, three hours away. We get a flat tire on the one we wanted them to check. We take it back on Monday and the guy insisted that he checked the tire. There was a chunk missing from the tire. I doubt that he checked it and the manager was no help either. They replaced the tire but we shouldn't have gone there twice and had a flat tire while we were out of town. Poor PR. No apology either. So disappointed with them! If Les Schwab was alive, this wouldn't of happened! I wish I could give them 0 stars! All the managers had excuses after excuses and wouldn't take responsibility! The apology was not a real apology. It's hard to get anybody to work on anything these days. People , especially the younger ones in my opinion are worthless. Everybody is taught you must go to college to survive. So now there are few people to do hard work for good money. I continually cannot find willing employees for my business so I know these guys face the same thing. I'm thankful on getting me in quick , fixing my issue , and out timely on a day that was 105 outside. They said the usually take 20 minutes to do it so I got here and I was expecting like maybe 30 minute wait time and they said it'd take 45 minutes and I was like it's ok no worries it's jut a little bit liner they're probably busy and then after waiting for twenty minutes they said it's gonna take another hour. We came in 30 minutes before closing. Ryan helped my husband out came and took a look at the nail in our tire and said he could fix it. We had gone to two other shops before to get estimates on repair or replace. One place said they couldn't repair it and needed to buy a new tire, the other location didn't even bother to look at the tire and said they were too busy and were about to close. The facility was clean and kid friendly, clean bathrooms. We are completely satisfied with the service. Will def make our number one stop in the future. Flat repair was complimentary! I like Les Schwab, but this location on Clovis lacks the sense of urgency that most every other Les Schwab commits to. They changed a rack and pinion on my truck, which suddenly developed a knock every time I turned the wheel. Every time I brought it back they it wouldn't recreate the sound so they said they couldn't do anything about it. After weeks of bringing it back, I called the Sanger location, which called their training center, warrantied it out, and made sure everything was perfect! I didn't have to recreate the sound... just took it in and they fixed it! read more
