got a nail in my front right tire and Les Schwab patched it up for free -- yes, completely free! They originally estimated a 90-minute to 2-hour wait. I arrived around 10:00 AM and was out by 11:45 AM, with my car taken in around 10:45 AM. The only small delay came from them almost misplacing my Tesla key in the cup holder cover, but mistakes happen and it was quickly resolved. Other nearby tire shops quoted me $45-$60 for the repair, so getting it done at no cost made Les Schwab the clear winner. Great value and solid service overall. read more

I used to come to Les Schwab Napa for years when Chris was the manager. They always took care of me. Recently visited with a flat tire issue , I got completely ignored at the air check machine and counter. Not one smile out of anyone here. The counter was empty. It took like 10 minutes to get help from somebody who acted like they didn't want to be there. They were trying to turn me away 2pm on a Saturday. Told me he stopped service to people at 12 PM? They eventually helped me, but he said "no guarantees , if we get to it today fine or you'll have to come back 2 days later" FOR A FLAT REPAIR. I ended up waiting hours for what ended up being a sloppy BAD repair that wouldn't hold air the next day. This isn't the first time that they did a bad tire repair. A few years ago one of the new younger technicians burn through my tire with a buffer. And ruined it Ive bought tires from LES over the years, but the whole staff couldn't care LESS I was there. None of them had any hustle. They kept leaving the counter empty or sometimes fawning over deep pocket customers with trucks. When I picked up my repaired wheel , they were "too busy" to install it.. so i did myself. One of the employees came out and threw a fit that I was changing a tire in their parking area. Tire shops are a dime a dozen. I have been going to this Les Schwab for the past 7 years and I have always been satisfied with their service during that time. I had an issue with one of my tires where it had a slow leak. I brought it over to Les Schwab to see if they can fix it. Let me tell you, the people they have at the front weren't very personable. No smiles. Not even a greet. Just there to clerk. It wasn't like it was before with their old employees. When they delivered the news of what I needed to do and spend, there was no soul there. It's either you do it or you don't and get out of the store. At least that's my impression of my interaction with them. I was faced with an issue where I have to fork out money that I really can't afford to spend but it was absolutely needed. I opted to not go thru with their offer. I went home to rethink my options. I shopped around for a cheaper option. I searched online and I remembered a store I dealt with before and I remembered how I was treated. Mind you this was about two years ago when I interacted with them. I'm not going to mention the name of their store but they are located on Trancas Street right by Frida's. Anyway, I went with them. I was greeted nicely. With a welcoming smile. I told them my predicament and they were very empathetic. Let me tell you I appreciated that more. They weren't that much cheaper but if I'm going to spend money that I don't want to spend I would rather go to a place where I am treated right. I made an appointment online for an alignment on Christmas Eve. We needed this work done so we could travel safely on our Christmas trip to the snow. My husband called the store to verify he could drop off the vehicle early and leave the keys. The woman who answered said they cancelled my appointment and they left me a voicemail yesterday. He told her he didn't receive any missed calls, messages, or emails. My husband didn't receive any communication about the cancellation. In fact, he received an appointment reminder this morning. I've had a single tire replacement at Schwab a few years back and remembered how thorough and professional they were. So, I drove on over to Les Schwab after getting new tires at Costco. The team at Schwab mounted the new tires onto the new wheels, balanced the wheels, and performed an alignment. The new wheels (and the car) looked fabulous. I think it took a little over an hour; I received the "Sir, your car is ready" text while having breakfast nearby. I don't remember the names of the pleasant and professional team members (and the manager); but, I was again impressed with the overall experience. If Costco wasn't down the street from me, I'd have bought the tires from Schwab in the first place! read more

I have been taking my car to Les Schwab for the past 5 years, spending close to 5,000$ on tires brakes. In 2022, I went to Les Schwab to have my brakes completely redone--new calipers, rotors, and pads for the front and rear. Later, I found out the rear calipers had been installed incorrectly, which caused my brakes to fail while I was on the freeway. Thankfully I got off safely, but it was terrifying and completely avoidable. I had also gotten two brake checks at Les Schwab after the original service, and they never caught the issue. When I went back after the brake failure, management took no responsibility. They made light of the situation because I ended up "safe," and even tried to suggest it might be my fault for not taking care of my car--despite the fact that their mistake caused the problem. I then had to pay $1,300 elsewhere to get the brakes fixed properly, and Les Schwab offered no help or compensation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location, or Les Schwab in general. A brake job should never put someone in danger, and the lack of accountability made everything worse. read more

The technician informed me that it was a leaking air fast and needed to be repaired. They got me in and out in less than 30 minutes without an appointment and I was back on the road in no time. I showed up the Monday morning following a major holiday with a nail in a tire on my camper van. Diego scheduled the work and I was back on the road an hour and a half later with my wallet no lighter after a complimentary flat fix that included taking the wounded tire off the spare carrier, patching it, removing the spare from the rear axle, mounting the repaired tire, and putting the spare back on the spare carrier. I normally go to Americas tires for my tires but they had trouble fitting the right tires to my van, so I went over to Les Swab, no big line, had a great set of American made name brand tires in stock ! Fantastic! They even do a process where they add tread groves to the tires to make them have better traction! I've just finished writing this complementary letter to the Les Schwab headquarters in Bend, Oregon: Well, they've done it again! I'm writing this just to let you know that your 830 W. Imola, Napa, CA location continues to amaze me. This time, I found myself with a flat-as-a-pancake left rear wheel tire. I was sure the tire was a goner (no nail, but a gash). Of course, I took the tire to your Napa location, and once again, your team patched it up in no time. They removed the emergency spare tire and installed the fixed tire in a few hours. And, as usual, the repair cost was zilch! This letter isn't long enough to discuss the number of times I've had to bring in a tire for repair (usually a nail puncture). I've honestly lost count! So I have had a lot of work done here, mostly tires and brakes. Luke was the primary contact that I spoke with. The short version: I had them fix my breaks. There was a problem unrelated to the work they did, but it still affected my breaks. The breaks and rotors were under warranty, but I was unable to bring my car back to this location due to a cross country move. I called in, spoke to Luke, and not only were they immediately responsive to my needs, but Luke PERSONALLY CALLED the shop where I regrettably had to take my car, spoke to the person(s) he needed to speak to, and made it right, for free. I understand the car had warranty on the parts, but the amount of customer service provided was SO FAR ABOVE AND BEYOND, I will recommend this place (and Luke!!) To ANYONE. the prices are fair but the service is absolutely exceptional. 11 out of 10 on all of it! If I could personally get this man a raise, I would. My girlfriend (now fiancé) originally turned me on to this location because she had all of her needs met here, along with her family and friends. Don't go here, these guys have no idea what they're doing and if I didn't know any better they would have lied someone into paying $1000 for nothing. I went in to get an alignment done and they came back saying my steering rack went bad and they couldn't do it ‍ told them what they're doing wrong but they wouldn't even try it. Called B&G and they took me right in no questions, and would you believe it?! My alignment was perfectly done in 30min. I should have just went to B&G in the first place. It's time for me to try another tire store. This is three times in a row I've had problems here. For years the service was great. It started with lug nuts being over-tightened (from the airgun) as identified by my long time mechanic and has generally degenerated to the longest wait times I've ever had. I'm basically frustrated after getting a 2 to 2.5 hour estimate and coming back to find it hadn't even been started. We had a conversation over the phone as to what happened and the breakdown of the scheduled work and team communication. He agreed that things were not handled correctly and that he would personally look into the situation. In addition Chris offered to credit back the charge for the tire rotation as well as covering the charge from Subaru to fix the stripped lug nut and to replace it. I never, never never never, NEVER leave reviews but this one has me irked ! I went in as a walk in at 10:30am said they could check my car shortly . At around 1pm I call to check on my car about any updates , if they were able to check it what's going on ; I was told they still didn't reach my car & another car was ahead of mine. 4pm I call again still didn't get to it . At 5:15 I get a call asking for my bolt key , (my mistake as well) which I dropped off within 5-10 mins. At 6 I called again. Stated who was calling in regards to my vehicle a guy named Luke answered and said my mailbox was full when they called (that side of town has the worst service) I asked him if they went ahead and proceeded with things since I didn't hear back from them and he said no we don't do that I said okay so will you be doing that now to only reply "its 6 we close" hahaha " yes exactly I left my car at 10:30 in the morning " . Tells me " oooh we could do it tomorrow , bring it by" (no I can't just bring it tomorrow ) & then say just kidding WE DONT HAVE THE PART hahahahha seriously dude ALL DAY THEY HAD MY CAR & didn't touch a thing lmao maaaaan I'm such a foool . I had a need that was kind of sprung on the guy at the desk, I can't remember his name but I got the feel he was the manager. He found me some wheels and tires I liked in Sac area. He made the entire deal happen in my very quick unrealistic time frame. There was a couple snafus after the fact but nothing crazy and when I came back the same gentleman was ON IT. I often hear stay away from Les schwab, but for me after all said and done I am happy. I am even more happy how the guy made it all happen and continued after the fact. I went to a nearby dealership to get a recalled fixed on my Dodge Charger. While I was there they said I needed new brakes. They gave me a quote through the roof. I decided that I should take my car to Les Schwab, for a brake inspection. After all before the pandemic, I took my wife's car there and they were pretty reasonable. I was a bit concerned that perhaps now with things opening up, prices all over the place would be higher. Well, I can assure you that Les Schwab still has reasonable prices. I was happy that they saved me a few hundred dollars on the brake job. The staff in the office was very friendly, I spoke to the technicians and they made me feel comfortable leaving my car there and have them work on it. Once scheduled, They had the car ready to go sooner than I needed my car which was great! I was in and out the door in no time. Now that they worked on both of my family vehicles, I can say in confidence that they've earned my business and most importantly my trust. While working in Napa I was in a automobile accident. A young person failed to stop at a stop sign and ran into my work truck. Hit my truck at about 30 miles an hour. Unbelievably my truck has no body damage but the steering system was really messed up. I am 80 miles from home and my truck is a mess, I got it to Les Schwab in Napa and the crew went to work. They stayed until 7:30pm to finish my truck so could get home. I am not surprised as I have been dealing with Les Schwab since 1972 and have bought tires and front end alignments in 4 states in my 50 years of driving. Integrity is shown with flying colors at especially their Napa store. I went to get my tires rotated for a third time today arriving at 11:50 AM checked in and was told it would be two hours. At 1:15 I observed a customer who would come in after me come back in to the business and ask when their car was going to be dealt with. The assistant went out to the garage then went out and moved their car in to take care of it. When I went up to the counter to inquire why they took someone else prior to me, I was lied to not once but twice. The initial reaction from this gentleman was "they had an appointment"! I said OK well I'd like my key back. He went out to the garage and got my paperwork and my key and came back and said "you were told it would be three hours before your car would be dealt with.... I replied that The young woman told me two hours. He then pushed it and said "no three hours I overheard it and I said no one else was here when she told me two hours. Then I reminded him that I was also present when the customer with the car that had been brought in before mine checked in and was told "they had an appointment and I said no they didn't and he said "well they're a customer of enterprise and we have a contract with enterprise!" If you're going to mislead a long time customer, that's fine. Then you lose that customer. I definitely will not go back for the actual service at this location... It saddens me because the service in the past has been outstanding. But if you're going to lie to a customer... fine you lose that customer read more

This review is long over due. I got a flat tire and was able to drive it to this location. Chris Hernandez was super helpful and took care of me as soon as I walked through the door. He went to go check if maybe they had a spare tire or used tire I could replace it with. They didn't. So he gave me 2 quotes that I couldn't afford at the time. I mentioned I had a spare tire in my car after I remembered and he was kind enough to get one of the guys to change it out for me...for FREE! Who practices this kind of customer service anymore?! It's really never fun having to go get your car worked on. Even the most inexpensive of procedures are usually fairly expensive, and that means less money for me to take care of other things besides getting from point A to point B. Luckily, Les Schwab made the experience of replacing my brakes and rotors fairly painless, despite the fact that I knew I was going to dish out some cash for it. I dropped my car off after work Monday after hearing a grinding noise in my front brakes. Les Schwab offers a free brake inspection service and is located right across the street from my work (and conveniently around other businesses that I could visit during the wait), so I headed over at 4:30 to figure out what was going on. Big props to them for being open until 6, which made going over after work more feasible, too. They pinpointed the issue in about an hour, set an appointment time for me in the morning, and I dropped it off before work in a quick fashion. Still made it to work on time, no problem! I picked it up on my lunch break about four hours later, the price matched the quote given to me the previous day, and the brakes sound much better than they had before I brought the car in. Big thanks to Christopher for taking care of me during the whole experience, from checking me in for the free brake inspection, to allowing me to drop my car off before opening hours, and reminding me of the three month warranty. Service was great and quick, and while I hopefully won't have to be back for any large problems any time soon, I'll definitely keep Les Schwab in mind for future problems. read more
