Got some COOPER AT3's recommended by Kevin. Best place in Napa for tires. Kevin has the best customer service and his team are extremely efficient. I asked for a quote the week prior for some BFG KO2's which were more expensive. Kevin recommended the COOPERs that were was expensive and better with gas mileage. I went by as my tire appeared to be leaking air. When I arrived, I explained my issue to Kevin and he immediately looked at the tire. He identified a gouge in the side wall and a metal object in the tread. I asked how much a new tire would cost and he said I probably did not need a new tire. Kevin told me they were very busy and could not deal with it immediately. I left the car and within two hours received a call that the car was ready. It was $40 to pull the metal object (much bigger than a nail). It cost $40 and they told me I should probably not need new tires for 18 months to two years. I don't live near by, but when I need to buy tires, B & G Napa are my tire guys. Thank you. read more

Kevin and his son were terrific, from the moment we got there ( Sat. morning!) and told them my "low tire pressure" light was on , it seemed to me it was the driver side rear tire which had pumped up myself earlier in the week and the day before, and I thought had a nail. In it. They checked all the tire pressures, determined the rear tire was different pressure from the rest, ( my car dash light didn't specify), and checked the tire on and off the car for the next 30-40 mins, meticulously checking the entire tire tread . Couldn't find a specific leak, but thought some rim corrosion might be partly responsible, cleaned it up and put it back on the car and said it should last fine to get us back home ( 2hr trip) the next day. If it happened again they recommended going to my tire place at home since my tires were new-ish and might be under warranty, and they should be able to figure what tire was problematic. These guys were really nice, honest and thorough. I recommend them wholeheartedly! read more

Other than the dog jumping on me in the Lobby, it was a great experience. I didn't actually mind the dog haha, it was all great. Had a tough time deciding between Michelin or Cooper, but Kevin and I decided upon the Michelins. Only about $60 more for a set of 4 and they should last a bit longer.
