Just wanted to give a huge shout out to the service provided by Tim a few weeks back. I had to perform at the Gorge Amphitheater and noticed I had a screw in my tire as I arrived. Not wanting to deal with a flat tire at the end of the night, I drove 20 mins over to Les Schwab to see what they could do. Tim came out and looked at the tire, grabbed some tools, pulled the screw out in the parking lot and then tested to make sure there was no leak. He was so personable and we chatted about the local area while he was doin his work. Can't thank him enough and Les Schwab is lucky to have him! read more

Very disappointed . I am a local and have lived here my whole life. I was traveling and broke down in Lacy wa they helped us handle the 1200 bill we got. We called to ask Quincy to set up an account there because I will never be going back to Lacy because I am traveling. I will need to go back to Quincy to get an alignment and more. These guys cross threaded 3 of my lug nuts two of which are unusable right now. The car is riding on three lug nuts right now because these people didn't have the time to fix there mistakes. I went in and the guy basically said he didn't have an appointment until a week out. So I'm stuck without a car for a week because these guys don't have the time to fix there own mistakes. read more

Wow wow WOW!!! Jason exceeded our expectations with superior customer service! We had a 7 hour drive ahead of us but sadly picked up a nail at the rest stop just west of Quincy. We had 6 minutes to make it to Les Schwab and got there just as they were closing. We quickly explained the trouble and Jason told us no problem, they'd take care of it immediately. The shop guys stayed 20 minutes late to make sure all our tires were good to go. Les Schwab has come through for us again and again through the years. We are deeply grateful for the peace of mind we have knowing they are always prepared to get us back on the road. They have our back! read more

I had to return a 5 week old tire that had a factory defect the customer service we received from Jason the manager Was ridiculous we were informed that they did not have the tire in stock and that they would order one and have it by Monday. When we called on Monday we were told that they had no record of us speaking with anyone there and they did not have the tire . Never once was there an apology nor did they offer to check other stores to see if it was available. We found one at another les Schwab and drove there to pick it up after they called and spoke with Jason we then drove it back to Quincy to Jason's shop to have it installed 1 hour later we were informed that it was the wrong tire even after he spoke with the wenatchee store and told him what we needed he then told us that we would have to pay a $50.00 freight fee to have the right one delivered he was nothing but rude and unhelpful so much for customer service I contacted the east wenatchee store and explain what happened and the ma read more

Provides the level of service I have come to expect from a Les Schwab. Brand new store, so waiting isn't terrible. Their tires are a little more expensive, but the piece of mind is worth it. read more
