I suggest make an appointment when they first open. When buying tires, do your research and buy them ahead of time on their website then make an appointment. Have to put your car up to change the wheels (of course every one does) that will be an extra charge. Oh you need your tires to actually be balanced after the wheels are put on, that will be a charge too. Oh and you want air in the tires, that will be an extra charge (semi-kidding on that last one) but seriously to just fix a wheel scrape it seemed reasonable (like $100-$200) then the extra charges almost doubled that price so I would pass and it's honestly cheaper to just buy a new wheel somewhere else and have them put it on...seriously they are that over priced. We were on vacation, van packed and heading out of town. We were about an hour from home when the…read morevan let us know that a body shop we used a few weeks before had not tightened down the lug-nuts after putting the front wheels back on our van. The front passenger side had sheared off three wheel studs and there wasn't much left of the two remaining ones that were holding the wheel on. Using the exit in front of us put us close to Samaritan Tire Company. We drove there at about 5 MPH. They were busy, but got us right in. They were very friendly and had a very comfy waiting area. The new wheel studs were uncommon, but were delivered from nearby, and Chris installed them right away. We are very happy with their work. A few weeks later I called and spoke with Chris, the technician that worked on our van about the possible damage that may have been caused by driving on loose lug nuts. I wanted to know what I should look for, such as cracks in the rim, or a problem with wheel bearings. He was very helpful and didn't mind answering all my questions. In the end I learned that he had already inspected anything that could have been damaged. We will definitely be returning to them for my tires and mechanical work they offer.
