I told them I just did them within the last 2 years and that they shouldn't be bad yet. They showed me the brakes. Hard to tell from where I looked. I Wanted to see if there was any warranty left on anything before proceeding. I was given major attitude when I declined a quote. Fast forward to now I ordered new brakes (on their advice) to install myself and got to taking the old pads off to discover there is still 60% of the pad left... I will not be going back to Jiffy Lube for any kind of service. My company I work for does a lot of work through here as well and will be suggesting a new service place. (Which I was also denied the ability to add my vehicle to the company account... was going to pay for the oil change myself was just hoping for my company's discount)

Was charged an additional inspection fee for something I did not ask for as well as being asked no discount for it taking 7 1/2 hours for something that should maybe take 30 to 45 minutes. Grandview not only gave her a reasonable cost on the oil change, they fixed her door issue for free. They gave her the right advice on quoting the window issue and did the work in less than half the already reasonable cost quoted. I live in Wisconsin and not being close is not ideal. It's a little hard to get to with the construction- but I'm hoping it'll be finished by the end of the season. I waited in line for a quick service oil change for a bit before anyone noticed me. I interacted with two employees- one was a woman who was a 10/10 and had amazing customer service. The other was a gentlemen who directed me while pulling in my car, he gets a 3/10 because well he was rude. Had I not interacted with him I would've given this place 5 stars. I was given the option to stay in the car or go inside, I was pressed on time so I waited inside. It took about 15/20 minutes from the time I pulled in to when I left. There was a coupon online which brought my oil change to about $70, seemed a little high but at that point it didn't bother me- I assume they charged what was needed. If you're in need of quick service oil changes this could be a solid option.

Yes, service is requested to replace the rivets with black rivets that all match and are flush with…read morethe wheel trim. Tires Plus apparently slapped on whatever they could find at the time. Rivets within wheel well skirt were simply left off and not reinstalled. The wheel well skirt is loose and flopping around. Nearly $1,400 in shock replacement work done and this is the best they could do? Not acceptable. We called after noticing the white rivets. The person at the front desk denied any knowledge of anything. Lastly, after replacing all four shocks and all four tires with brand new tires, we were told by the manager Damian that the "Jeep Death Wobble" would stop. A month later It did not stop and was just as bad as before all of the above was replaced. We found a reputable and knowledgeable mechanic who replaced the tie rods. That has fixed the Jeep "Death Wobble." Tires Plus should have recommended that we go to a mechanic that could have checked the tie rods first before Tires Plus charged $1,400 to replace the shocks. Replacing the shocks AND the tires DID NOT solve the problem. The root cause of the problem was the tie rods. We wonder now if Tires Plus did a shotty job installing all four shocks?
