These guys are awesome! They've been taking care of my diesel Excursions for years, as well as my other vehicles.

Hey everybody -- we hate having to make posts like this, but we're dealing with a nightmare…read moresituation and could really use some advice, and we'd also hate for anyone else to experience this. Yesterday we took our work truck to the local Costa Oil for a routine oil change. This is a vehicle we've had serviced many times before, including oil changes, with no prior issues. During the service, the technician was unable to remove the dipstick and aggressively pulled it out, damaging the dipstick tube in the process. He then handed it to us as if it didn't belong there and spent roughly 10-15 minutes pulling, twisting, and yanking on the tube with pliers. When he realized it wouldn't come out, he forced it back in, told us we were "good to go," and handed us the owner's card. After leaving, we immediately contacted our mechanic, who advised that the dipstick tube should never be yanked or hammered--especially once damaged--because it compromises the seal and can cause further internal engine damage. While it isn't leaking yet, he strongly recommended parking the truck until the part is replaced to avoid a much bigger failure. Unfortunately, this part must be ordered directly from Ford or a distributor, with the earliest availability being about four days out. As many of you know, we're a local small business just trying to survive the slow season. Parking our work truck, covering parts and labor, expedited shipping, and losing four days of work is something we simply can't afford. We contacted the shop owner, and after reviewing the footage and speaking with the manager, he acknowledged via text that the technician aggressively pulled the dipstick, causing the damage. However, he is refusing responsibility and citing vehicle mileage as the reason, despite the damage occurring in his shop by his employee. We've asked multiple times for their insurance information so we can file a claim and have not received it. At this point, our only remaining option appears to be small claims court. We're posting this to make others aware and to ask for advice on how to best handle this situation. We understand mistakes happen, but taking responsibility when they do matters--especially when a small business is directly impacted.

Adam's the best. He's back full time March 10, 2025. Have all my family's cars serviced by him…read more He fixes and maintains autos right the first time and I don't have to waste precious time constantly going back to other dealers/mechanics who are not as diligent in carrying things out. He truly is a master mechanic. I'm a bit scared to give this review since I'm scared he's going to get flooded with customers, but going to take my chance here, since he has gained my hard earned trust after I've been let down so many times by other mechanic shops and stealer ships servicing centers last couple of years.

I already knew exactly what i needed because i had it in at the dealer. Adam however was prompt in getting me a quote in under 24 hours. Answered my questions that i had afterwards and also was able to work me in quickly as well. I definitely appreciate the introduction to quality of service. I was headed out of town and was able to leave my car. They have a key drop box that you can leave your keys. It was extremely easy. I got a text with a link to what work i was authorizing. He had it done with in a day. His quotes came in less than the ones that i did manage to get from others. Also if you are a first time YELP customer there is a 15% off coupon. He sent me a text with a link to tell me what other work my car might need. Some of it I knew from the dealer, a couple of things I did not. But was appreciative of knowing what else he found. I drove my car this morning for the first time post having the work done and the car is driving much better. I would definitely come back in the future.

I want to start off by saying the manager Joaquin is truly amazing. I had to bring my vehicle to a…read morerepair facility to have the brakes inspected to have the findings sent to my warranty company. When I called Joaquin was very eager to help and have the vehicle checked out. Upon bring my vehicle there he let me know that due to how the cars panels hung down they were not able to lift it and did not want to take a risk on breaking anything. He offered to use a floor jack to at least be able to check the front brakes. Him and his staff were very friendly and eager to help out. I drive an electric vehicle so there is not really much to service but anyone who does drive a gas/hybrid vehicle should definitely see Joaquin and his team. Thank you again guys for everything you did and going that extra mile to ensure I was taken care of.

They failed to reset my oil light on my car I had to do that too. Just praying that they actually changed the oil correctly. Really shotty work. Very disappointed. I am more than capable of doing it myself but I was so tired I thought I'd pay for the help and I don't feel as helped as I would have liked I could of done it myself much cheaper. But I decided to go to the shop I can usually trust. But the evening I went I made a very heavy mistake.

Sorry but to be fair I can't give a great review…read more Guys in the front are very good at giving good customer care (friendly, explain issues and cooperative with schedules). But ... - after diagnostics I needed a Catalytic converter. Replacement for a 2015 GM subcompact cost $2,000 - Cost aside, I had to bring the vehicle back 3 times in the following 20 days because emission related errors kept popping up - most frustration was that one error was related to a new beak/gap in my exhaust piping (not there or seen during repair) I don't know how good they are with other repairs but I would look elsewhere for emission related issue.

Per my Warranty for the AC Compressor CBA installed in 6/6/24, I was having problems with a high…read morepitched noise and the AC was not properly cooling for sometime. So, due to having the 3yr or 36,000mile warranty I took my Truck in to be checked for these issues as I thought it was the AC Compressor being faulty. After setting an appointment with Chris @ this Location today they were specifically told by me Verbally to NOT due any other work on the AC if the Compressor is found not to be the issue under warranty only, they choose to NOT listen to me as the Customer and they performed additional work on my AC unit with the prior Authorization from my person ahead of time. The unexpected cost ended up costing $159.12 which I was not expecting to pay. The tech said that there was Debris in my AC Motor and took off the Panel accesses my AC unit and cleaned the Motor of said debris. This shop has done this to others of my family I my before and this was the last time I am going to their shop for anything regarding my Vehicles going forward. What a Shame of unprofessionalism and what I call a catch 22!
