Absolutely the worst customer service I ever had store was dead empty and Adam offered no help to fix my problem nor did he remove his EarPods to hear anything I was saying. I spent 5000 dollars in this store and also purchased a salt water system that fell apart after just one season and of course it's not under warranty store blames it on Hayward and Hayward blames it on the store. I made the mistake of driving to Leslie's on a Saturday afternoon through all the terrible traffic on rt 1. 45 minutes later I reached the store at 2 in the afternoon and the doors were locked even though the hours were marked 9-7. So I hung out for 20 minutes hoping the store clerk needed a bathroom break. But no such luck. I recommend you call before you leave for the store even if the store is supposed to be open. read more

Have never had a bad experience with the employees, they've all been friendly. Leslie's store brand chemicals are junk though. Really bad experience with their store brand shock, it basically foamed up and turned into slime/sludge in my hot tub. Each time I used it, same thing, went back to non store brand and no issues. Asked them to take the bottles back and dispose of them as i bought several to have supply on hand. Wasn't even looking to have my money refunded, but they said no. I didn't want to leave a negative review here but their website won't let you leave a negative product review. I supported a local business and got burned. read more

Happened to take the ride to this location yesterday and I am so glad I did! Not that the ride was a day trip, but I had been going to the same old "other" pool store for a number of years and always left feeling that their goal was to get me to walk out with a pool table or over priced patio set. My most recent trip left both my husband and I puzzled as not a single person on the floor could answer questions around converting to a salt water system. So, a friends of mine worked at one of your stores previously so I said I would give it a shot. My experience started with my water sample sitting in my cup holder in a long line at Dunkin...figured I'd give them a call and see if it was worth the 45 minute ride as opposed to the 5 minute ride. ALL I can say is I am so glad I did. Chuck answered the phone and answered my questions immediately and I had many of them because we are between pools at the moment with an Intex since our other one was crushed by a tree two years ago. I arrived to a clean, bright, organized store with Chuck and his team member (she was lovely so I feel terrible I cannot remember her name) immediately greeting me with my water sample and filter manual in hand. Chuck spent the most time with me and let's just say he has the patience of a saint. My knowledge is based on YouTube and Google and he helped me find exactly what I needed AND you had Intex supplies and parts in house. They even helped me with the app (which was acting a little weird) to help save a little cash and begin to earn points. You have a great team there and you have a new lifelong customer. Even when I called back later Chuck helped me and remembered who I was followed by if you need anything we're just a call away. So, thank you Chuck and that lovely young lady who also assisted me. Just thought I had to write something positive because the staff was really nice, and no one was rude. I actually heard the girl tell someone on the phone that they didn't carry something and they might want to try job lots. That's customer service! I had a GREAT experience!!!! Ben was very helpful and wasn't trying to push unnecessary products for me to buy like a competitor nearby did. He showed me everything I NEEDED based upon my water test. Thank you Ben!!! I went to Leslie's to buy pool supplies and the manager was rude and condescending. He made rude comments about my apparel and yelled at my 3 year old son for knocking over a floatie. The prices were much higher than they should've been, I will never shop here again and i suggest you find a new pool store to shop at read more

Let's just start with the fact that they are a couple hundred feet south of seasonal on route 1. That being said it is VERY easy to go to either one if you don't care about customer service. A few months ago my husband and I were just getting a ball park figure on up grading from an intex steel framed pool to the permanent above ground pool. We did go to both stores (working from north to south). We use a saltwater filtration system & the guy at seasonal told us flat out NO! because of what the saltwater will do to the pool when we get a hole in the liner. We wanted to tell him No shit it's basic science! He told us it wouldn't work & didn't even want to discuss a saltwater filter with a hard sided pool. We left, took a right turn out of the parking lot & went to Leslie's. SO glad we did! The young woman who spoke to us was very knowledgeable about the pool systems. It was nice going into a store like that seeing a young person behind the counter who actually knew what they were talking about. She did explain how the salt would effect the steel frame. But not in a demeaning tone. We walked out very pleased with our conversation with her. O.K. fast forward to this weekend! We didn't get the permanent pool yet( still not done with work in the back yard) So were filling up the intex pool & after a couple inches of water we found a leak. My husband called the first pool store that came up in the search... seasonal of course. They didn't answer the phone. I guess when you have been in business as long as they have you don't have to care, right? Then he call leslie's. glad he did. They had the patch kit that works under water in stock! That's why we called first. Didn't want to waste a trip. Same girl came right up to us showed us the kit & told us yes it does work underwater! Glad to hear that! Very long story short when we do get our permanent pool we will go to Leslie's. We really liked the way we got treated there. oh & the patch did work!!! read more

I go to this location all the time. They are very quick and friendly. They do the free tests and I've been to some places I feel like will tell me I should get something I may not really need but I've walked out many times with them telling me water is perfect and to add nothing ! :) would definitely recommend :) read more
