No response. A week later I left a second voicemail and sent an email with the same info as my voicemail. It's been a month - no response.

My cleaning date was changed without my knowledge so I requested for that not to happen again. Last week I requested that the chlorine tab be replaced in my floater. This week, the chlorine floater ran out of tabs, and the serviced eight was changed again without my knowledge. There are other problems that I don't want to go into detail on; know that they exist. In the spring of 2023, the owner, George, hired a manager, Robert, and out-sourced his bookkeeping to Elysium Accounting, located in AZ. Since then phone calls, texts and emails are not returned or even acknowledged. Refunds for over payment are not provided (they owe me money as a result of an over-payment caused by an incorrect invoice). What makes the situation even more frustrating is that over a month ago I reached out to them, and have continued to over the last 3 weeks, without any response to my communication voicemails, texts and emails. There are highly professional companies serving Palm Desert that I can recommend BUT this is not one of them!

While looking at colors a clerk comes over to us and lets us know they do this promo where you can get 3 little tester cans of paint in any of their colors and 3 brushes for like $20. So we did this. Clerk was great and helpful. So when it came time to do other rooms we went back. We go in and there's a clerk behind the desk. He doesn't say hello or anything. Eh, fine. No biggie. So we do our thing and pick our three shades to sample. We go to the desk to tell the clerk we want the sample deal and you'd have thought we were asking him for plasma. He tells us the colors we picked won't work for the sample pack. When I asked why he didn't answer but proceeded to type things into his computer. He then rings up the order - again never answering my question as why the colors we picked wouldn't and goes into the paint mixing room. Comes back 10 minutes later with our samples. I asked about the brushes and again a reaction of complete annoyance. He hands them to us and walks away into the back. No thanks. No nothing. We went back a third time on a Sunday. When we walked in and saw him we turned around and walked out and went to Sherman Williams. It's a paint store, I get that. You don't have to be overly attentive. It's not a high end botque. But at least be nice. If you dislike what you do that darn much perhaps do something else. I worked retail for decades and it's not always a picnic. But at least try to be nice.
