Another week goes by. I get the same call, this time the girl tells me she will get me back on the schedule. I don't hear anything until today. I get a text telling me to pay. Mind you the guy gives me no times and I work nights, so with no idea of when they are getting there I wake up may 27th at 8 am. I've only gotten 4 hours of sleep at this point. I stay in my house waiting for these pool people all day until 5pm when they close and no one came. I tried to call multiple times with no answer during the day when they were open. I get up early yet again and call them this morning. Someone didn't answer so I finally get a call back. The guy on the phone apologizes to me and says they were closed yesterday, and HE FORGOT TO CALL ME FRIDAY BECAUSE HE WAS SOO BUSY. So now my pool will not be open for another week. I just find this really disrespectful to your customer. I was not offered a discount or a next day service. Just pay full price and go to the back of the line. I find this lack of respect for the customers time very rude. Call at your own risk cause that guy at the front desk doesn't know what he's doing.

I had a leak in my hot tube, called for service to locate the leak. Charged $260 for the service call. Service man found heater leak and gave me an estimate of $465 to install new heater and it would have to be ordered. When I called to get it ordered, the price went up to over $1000 dollars. I don't know if it works, I haven't been able to use it. They completely forgot about us a couple of times in terms of not scheduling the electrician, once done the electricity was great. Now getting the valet/orientation/initial service has been miserable. They reschedule they cancel without even 24 hours notice and I don't live where my hot tub is. I had to travel here for this appointment. I got a partial message saying they needed to "schedule well actually reschedule" (I quote) the appointment that I am sitting here waiting on. My sales associate has said that this is unusual and does not understand why we cannot get any service. But I am not getting help from the Kennesaw branch at all. I will update this if they indeed do come, if they indeed do help me fix the problems that I have, and if it works or not. So my update is that I got an immediate call this morning about how to address my concerns. All the concerns were addressed. Hunter did an amazing job teaching me everything and fixed one thing. He taught me how to use all my chemicals and explained some things I needed to take care of in the future. So far so good and I'm very excited about getting to use the spa and now knowing how to maintain it. So I would definitely recommend it just know everything ahead of time so you know what you have to do and ask for and make sure things are arranged.
