I did not know they had a spa until my mother-in-law informed me. I was looking to treat myself to a manicure and pedicure and I wanted more of a spa experience than just your average nail salon. I also didn't feel like traveling too far. I was able to make an appointment easily over the phone and by putting down my credit card and securing my appointment. The girls operating the phone system are so sweet and helpful. They were very patient with me as I asked many questions about the facilities. They were also very great at contacting me letting me know exactly where to go when I pulled in, and I already felt like I was having the spa experience without even being there because they were offering me such great customer service. They did explain to me that the spa facility is currently under construction and the sauna/steam room as well as all of the showers are not in operation. I was a little bummed about that because I really wanted to enjoy additional spa amenities. What I did like is, as someone who is getting their nails and toes done you're still able to use the amenities, if they were available. Some spas do not allow for you to use the amenities when you're only getting a manicure and pedicure so I did respect that. They do have a small, quiet relaxation room with spa water. You can order from the Palma kitchen, which I did because I was starving by the time my manicure and pedicure was over and I ordered a steak bowl with a fried egg which my nail technician, Shelby recommended. It was absolutely delicious and I would order it again in a heartbeat. I didn't ask about the pricing, but it was about $30 so maybe I wouldn't order it again! There was a girl named Kellie, who worked at the spa who is so sweet. She came up to me, took my order, and also brought it to me at the pool. I told her I would be at the pool after. Unfortunately, it was a cooler day so it wasn't that enjoyable and it's only a lap pool. They have a beautiful pool behind that but I don't think spa members can use that. Overall, my manicure and pedicure were amazing. The salon is very clean. Shelby was great. What I loved, is the nail polish she used which is called dazzle dry. She told me she uses two coats for base, two-three coats for color, and two coats for the finish, and it will last a long time. As someone who doesn't often get their nails done and never gets gel, dip, or anything special, this lasted me almost 3 weeks, and I'm a mother who always has her hands in water, so that was really amazing. That manicure and pedicure, although pricier than your average nail salon visit, was almost worth it for how long it stayed on. The nail polish also made my nails feel very strong. She did a great job and an under two hours. I was in and out. It was relaxing and enjoyable, also very necessary. I will definitely be returning. Shout out to Shelby, Kelly, and the entire team for making this experience is so special.

She was very easy to talk to and gave me lots of pointers as to how to stay more flexible and keep my muscles limber. 90% percent of that was to keep coming back! I felt amazing when I left there. The massage table was very clean and the serenity sound of the music playing in the background kept me very relaxed while her strong hands went to work kneading all the knots in my neck and back! I was actually even late for my appointment and she was kind enough to work on my back muscles through the first 10 minutes of her lunch, now that there is when I call customer service! I declined the "rough" blow-dry (which they said would take 15 minutes) but was still expected to pay the full price. To make it worse, there were long pauses during the service where I could clearly hear her texting. If you want the absolute bare minimum of effort, this is your place. There was nothing luxurious about it. I booked this hoping for tension relief for headaches and instead got a so-called "head spa" that was 10 minutes of massage, a bad 5-minute facial, and a lot of wasted time.
