From start to finish, the entire process exceeded our expectations. Our salesman, Isaac Crouch, was fantastic and was always ready to help through the end of the build. He was knowledgeable, honest, and helped us design a pool that was perfect for our family and our backyard. Jake Wozniak, Adam Fish, and Brenda Alcott all did an amazing job keeping the project moving forward and making sure everything stayed on track. We loved that the team was incredibly organized and responsive, keeping us informed throughout the process and making everything feel seamless. We were very impressed by the excellent communication, professionalism, and attention to detail from everyone involved. The team genuinely cared about delivering a great experience and a beautiful finished product. If you're looking for a pool builder in Arizona, we highly recommend Dolphin Pools. Thank you to Isaac, Jake, Adam, Brenda and the entire Dolphin team for making our dream pool a reality!

The entire Dolphin Pools team made what could have been a stressful project an enjoyable experience. They truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. The owner of this company, Rod, got right back to me within minutes. I was a little panicked…read morebecause my pool wasn't operating properly and I was about to have a large pool party. Despite the fact it was after hours (evening before the party), Rod actually spent 20 minutes with me via FaceTime to diagnose the problem, assist me with repairing a valve and priming a pump. He provided me with specific instructions and he was able to get everything working again all via FaceTime. HE DIDNT CHARGE ME ANYTHING! He was sympathetic to my time critical situation, and he genuinely wanted to be helpful. He would not accept any money despite my insistence. You just don't see this type of authentic integrity anymore. Excellent work ethic, extremely knowledgeable, quick response, and he didn't feel right charging me simply because he wasn't there in person. The FaceTime instruction was extremely educational and his thorough step-by-step guidance was spot on. He was very patient with me. Other companies said it would be $475 just to come out and take a look. This is the only company I will use for all my future pool service needs. Hard to find people like Rod these days. Thank you!!!

I appreciate all the help, flexibility and information!

The salesman we…read moreworked with was helpful and answered a lot of questions when we decided on the spa we were getting. I noticed it had eight speakers in it, and I asked the salesman whose name was Chris, whether the spa had Bluetooth and he assured me that it did. We bought the spa with the understanding it had Bluetooth. He gave me warranty paperwork which indicated the sound system was covered for 6 months as a used spa. When we got the spot installed at our house, we discovered that the Bluetooth did not work and Desert hot tubs sent out a succession of service people who told me I just didn't know how to operate it. (I do know how to operate Bluetooth!) and then explained to me that in a later session that they didn't have the parts to fix it and after waiting for over six months to get someone to come out and fix it, I received a call from Tricia, their service manager, who assured me that they were going to honor their commitment to fix the Bluetooth in the spa that I purchased even though more than six months had expired. She admitted their service department had dropped the ball. One week later I received a call from Tricia telling me that they were not going to honor their promise to fix the spa because the contract said Desert Hot Tubs was not obligated to honor verbal promises...only what is stated in the contract. They said this spa was no longer under warranty and that I had not read the fine print in the contract which said that regardless of the salesman's promises the only thing that really counts is the contract. They also told me the salesman is no longer with them...as if that had some bearing on the situation. I've been in business a very long time and any ethical business that I've worked with always honors the promises the salespeople make, particularly in something this straightforward. They initially acted as if they should be responsible for fixing the Bluetooth and then later decided that they weren't going to fix the Bluetooth. I would strongly recommend not ever buying any equipment from Desert Hot Tubs. I would further recommend not trusting anything that any of their sales people tell you. And finally, I would recommend staying away from a business whose ownership responds to customers in this fashion.

The crews were great, the process was much faster than we thought, 11 days total. Now our pool looks like something from a fashion magazine. Unfortunately the Pool Shack owner was paid and you are reading the typical Phoenix contractor customer horror story because once my final PayPal payment went through, Pool Shack refused to stand by their work to leave the job site without setting up the new pump functioning or adding chemicals to our freshly filled pool water. Apparently Robert was upset because I didn't sign up for weekly pool service even though my request to try out their service prior to signing a year contract or by my final payment not completed in cash or by check as demanded. The owner claimed PayPal was not an option because they didn't have an account set up and instead insisted that I deliver a check or cash which wasn't possible since I was out of town however when I went to search on PayPal, I found the Pool Shack business account right away so I made my final payment out of trust and I was insured that the job was complete with the pool running with chemicals in full working order which it wasn't. Pool Shack took advantage of my trust for contracting more pool work and since the previous job was completed according to the work contracted, I had a comfort level that in my absence the pool would be in good standing upon my return. Pool shack knew the next weekly pool service wouldn't happen until a week from my payment but since this didn't happen the pool was found in dire straights which was discovered by our pool service with a total of 11 day's since new pool water was filled and after Pool Shack left the equipment powered off without chemicals. Needless to say and shown by my photo algae growth sets in quickly in triple digits with the above circumstances. Since extreme measures with shocking/pumping still didn't turn the situation around in time to prepare the home for vacation rental, we were forced to drain, acid wash and refill all over again. At the time I was too upset to write this honest review to warn other customers and I rely on real people sharing business reviews so I feel that this one is well overdue. Bottom line is that the owners of Pool Shack and their representatives aren't reputable nor do they run their business with integrity. This left me with an unfinished pool repair and much worse than the condition of the pool upon the start/completion of the job. The end result of the algae green pool completely negated the money spent on the freshly acid washed pool + fresh water fill by the men intentionally leaving the pool without a running pool pump or chemicals added upon leaving. I am a reasonable person with over 20 years of working with contractors and I would NOT recommend using Pool Shack for any pool repairs, electrical work or monthly pool service.
