Pretty good Pho! It's clean, modern and they just opened not too long ago. We tried their Thai Milk Tea, which was good, but they ran out of boba so we had it on its own. We tried their Spring rolls. If you don't dip it in the sauce, it definitely lacks flavor, So you have to dip it! They do offer a Pho Yourself option where you get to cook the meat to your liking in the broth, but we decided to not go that route cause it is $28 person. The Pho is about $16/bowl. Super stoked for a pho spot that's close to home! The wife and I decided to try it out since it's their soft opening. Upon entering the restaurant, you'll see that its decorated very nicely - floor-to-ceiling windows, brick walls, black tiled floors - very modern. We were greeted immediately by the staff and sat us at a table. The QR code for the menu is on the corners of the table. The menu is a bit different than most Pho restaurants. You have the option to build your own pho if you're not a fan of Pho Dac Biet (which is their combo pho). We decided to order the Fresh Spring Rolls, the 'Pho it up', and Viet coffee. Pho: 4/5 - The flavor of the broth is good. But not $20 good. I've only paid that price when the pho included short rib or ox tail. Spring Rolls: 4/5 - Fresh. Tasty. The peanut sauce was on point. Ice Coffee: 5/5 - Def one of the better ones I've had. Not too sweet which I like. Overall, this place is good. Service is good. Staff is amazing. They forgot to give me a soup spoon and the plate of bean sprouts when my pho was served but the staff brought it out quickly. 10/10 EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. You will never be disappointed. We are so happy to have such a gem on our side of town open. We have been coming here since they opened almost two years ago. We eat here as a treat at least 2x/month. For starters, The broth, best homemade broth in town. We moved here from Hawaii (which has a plethora of pho spots) and this is the only spot we became regulars to. It is so rich and delicious, made to perfection each time. We normally come during their busy dinner time but are always serviced by the wonderful trio, Zack (the manager), David and Ken- their customer service is top notch always. Everyone else is wonderful too however those 3 are our regular servers. We come in feeling like family every time. We have two very rascal baby boys whom also love eating the pho here. Any parent out there knows, bringing toddlers let alone two to dinner is a challenge in itself, the workers do such a great job helping us to entertain them, whether it be playing around with them cracking jokes or simply just giving them something to be distracted and play with. It can get busy at times but I promise it is worth the wait. Our favorite go to items is the: Crispy egg rolls Pho Tai Pho It Up Ube Flan My sister swears on their pho with the gigantic beef rib, that one rib is just as big and long as my arm bone! They are very nice and family friendly. We always ask for an extra cup of ice to cool down the broth for the kids and they also give us scissors to cut the kids noodles, very considerate to families. I've been a loyal weekly customer at Let's Get Pho since they opened, both solo and bringing guests. At $35-$150 per visit, that's thousands of dollars I've happily spent here because the broth is genuinely great. I recommended this place to everyone despite it being one of the higher priced pho in town. Today I ordered the Pho Chin with extra brisket - something I've ordered numerous other times without issue. What I received was shocking: a side plate of pure fat, rubbery connective tissue, and sinew. Not brisket. Not meat. Inedible trim that belongs in the trash, not on a customer's plate. I politely brought this to the attention of two different servers. Both told me "that's normal." It's not. I've eaten pho chin countless times here and elsewhere. I know what properly prepared brisket looks like. This wasn't it. What's most disappointing isn't the bad plate of food - mistakes happen. It's the complete dismissal of a regular customer's legitimate concern. No offer to replace it, no acknowledgment that something was wrong. Just "that's normal." I hope the owners see this. You've lost a customer who visited weekly for a year and brought others along regularly. All it would have taken was someone caring enough to make it right. My mom and I came in to get some pho at night. I ordered spring rolls and after trying them I noticed that they tasted very bland and did not taste fresh. My mom asked if they could take them back because I didn't like them after trying a bite and the manager Zack told us that they would still be charging us for the appetizer instead of maybe letting us get something else or remaking the spring rolls. We were very disappointed in that response and I told him that we would just take them back since they would be charging us anyways. He proceeds to point out the fact that I said I didn't like them, to which I responded that if they were going to charge us for the spring rolls we would take them anyway. I thought that was very unprofessional. He also said that this was one of their top selling menu items and that it's not the restaurants fault I didn't like them. Before I wrote this review I went to check the other reviews on this appetizer and I found out that I am in fact not alone and many other people do not like this dish. The plus sides, the servers were very nice and attentive, and the soup came out piping hot. The broth itself is a tad on the sweeter side but they have the usual condiments to adjust your taste. I like my soup very spicy and they had plenty of hot condiments to add. I felt like I didn't get a lot of stuff in the actual soup, two thin slices of pork and meatballs, and a little bit of pork shank. The BEST pho spot I've had in my last 10 years in Las Vegas. And my standards are high, coming from the Seattle area where Pho is top notch. The restaurant itself is nestled in an up and coming area on St Rose parkway close to the Inspirada area. The decor has a modern industrial vibe which I love. The chef knows how to cook, because this is the best vermicelli I've had in a while. The grilled chicken is tender and juicy, the sauce the perfect sweet sour salty. This place has been on the radar for months....full disclosure , the food and service are a solid 4 stars, but the weekend (as opposed to the special weekday military discount got them the fifth star). Anyway squidlett and hubs and I made the trip to Henderson to try this place. Immediate seating ... For apps we ordered the fried egg rolls and the fresh spring rolls... Both a bit more expensive than our usual places in Chinatown and Centennial.. The spring rolls were smaller (maybe rolled tighter) than what I'm used to. The egg rolls served with lettuce to wrap. Both dishes were tasty. I also ordered Vietnamese iced coffee....maybe a tad overpriced at $6.00). Mains.... Squidlett ordered the big bone pho ($38.00) a huge bone (bone home for dogger). Good broth, good amount of thin rice noodles. Her hubs and I ordered the premium Angus ribeye pho ($22.00) tender meat, good broth...I ordered the thick noodles. Price wise...compared to the usual $13-15.00 pho I usually get kind of expensive, but better meat. Guess it's worth it. All in all a great meal, definitely not cheap, but great service, good ingredients... But still about more expensive for pho and egg rolls and spring rolls. I think dining out in Henderson and the Southwest tends to be a bit more expensive overall. Worth another visit? Definitely! Glad I got my miltary discount. Just recently moved from California and my wife and I decided to give this place a try after a full day of unpacking. Wanted to try some Vietnamese food so we did. I ordered the pho it up, with beef tendon, beef ball and tripe. Wife ordered the beef vermicelli bowl and a shrimp roll as an appetizer. The bowl came first and my wife took the first bite and noticed that the beef was a bit dry, but flavorful. My noodles came right behind it and noticed that the soup/broth was just luke warm. I added the side veggies, mixed everything together. Took the first bite and it had a little favor to the taste. After eating, I noticed that the veggies weren't "cooked" and still a bit raw and the beef flank was just tender, as the broth wasn't hot enough to cook it. The shrimp roll was also dry and was missing some main ingredient in there. Service was just ok. We got seated and as we were getting seated, the waiter asked us what we wanted to drink, not giving us time to settle in and look over the menu. Few minutes later, another waiter came to our table for drinks, not knowing another waiter took the order. Clearly, there was no communication between staff. Once the drinks came, we ordered our food. Ambiance was good and was a small space, and not really good for groups. You can see the kitchen as they make your food. Tried once, probably won't go back as the food was just ok. Told the waiter about the issues with the warm broth and the dry meat. Waiter said, next time when you come back, let us know you want a side of hot broth, so we can make you a fresh one and the meat, we can cook you a fresh one. I understand most restaurants need to keep up with vendor price increase but at some point it does not make sense. The menu pricing at Let's get Pho was reasonable at some point in the past but now, it's just too much. We had 1) a bowl of oxtail pho, 2) a bowl off brisket & beef pho, 3) an order of appetizers, (fried dumplings,) a Vietnamese coffee. Compared to lot of pho places the broth was very clean and not overly spiced. A lot of times I'd go eat pho and come out smelling like the pho spices. I got the mixed meat pho, I enjoyed the pho, it was a bit pricey for a bowl of pho, I found the bowl rather kinda of small for the price. Don't get me wrong the food was good. Seems like you only wanted to emphasize your store policy. Let me make it very clear, since you rather not address the MẠIN issue. There are more professional ways to approach your customers, you have employees that seem to NOT know the policy is themselves. We sat ordered our food ...then was told about our drinks, we didnt want to be rude and just CANCEL our order and leave. When I asked the employee about this issue he SHRUGGED and went back inside and had to ask! He didnt even know. But the main issue is your pho. If u truly put time into reading customers complaints or input about their experiences at your business, maybe you guys would have better business. Your business seems to have the same reoccurring problems, COLD PHO, you fail to understand Vietnamese traditional pho bowls are super hot. This is so when we add veggies it not cold to eat. TOUGH & CHEWY meat, your meat is under cooked for the tenderness to be edible. FLAVOR, if u saw our family table. All 5 bowls of pho were left uneaten. Extremely SWEET, which means too much MSG. Pho is supposed to be rich and clean. Your broth was dark and lack the depth of bone broth. Definitely will not be coming back. We spent $180 for our lunch. Money best spent somewhere else. We chose a tiered Pho that included all the standard protein and all the veggies ($28) and was definitely good for 3. It comes in a hotpot style serving and side noodles with extra broth. The grilled pork chop was soft, sweet and filling. Just the right amount. I asked for a recommendation on strong coffee and was told the coconut coffee was the best. I was blown away.
