We came for the coconut and taro coffee we saw on Instagram--both were good, but a bit pricey at $8 for a small cup. The pho was flavorful, but at $30+ per bowl, it's hard to justify. Our family of five spent over $160 (gratuity automatically included). Service was friendly and fast, and the place is clean but small--not ideal for big groups. We made the 35 min. drive from Summerlin to Henderson enticed by the promise of fresh noodles and gau meat since most Vegas pho restaurants don't carry either. but sadly, Let's Get Pho fell short of expectations. The fresh noodles were disappointingly hard and broken into little pieces, not resembling traditional long chewy noodle strands. Despite bringing it to the staff's attention, there was no attempt to address the issue besides "sorry about that". The "gau" turned out to be random unrecognizable pieces of fat and gristle, far from the traditional rendition we were expecting. To add to the disappointment, the broth was excessively sweet, lacking the savory depth we anticipated. Even the oxtail, a simple cut that's easy to make, was dry and tough, detracting from the overall experience. At $25 per bowl, we expected better quality. First time enjoying this new restaurant in West Henderson. Place was very clean and the staff attentive. Their broth is a little unique and when I say unique it's a good thing. Everything about this place is 5 stars. We've been twice already. From the incredible service, to the delicious spring rolls, to the most amazing pho broth I've ever had. The chili oil is spicy and savory, and it tastes homemade. Today my husband ordered the Pho Tom and it had at least 8 large shrimp, they don't skimp on anything! I had the chicken pho, and it was full of large pieces of shredded chicken. Very impressed with the quality. The staff are so friendly, and they act like a team. The restaurant is impeccably clean, and has enough seating for a larger family in the back. My favorite type of coffee is Vietnamese...and OMG, do not forget to get a tiramisu coffee to go...it's heavenly and a perfect way to end an epic meal. Service was friendly, quick, and knowledgeable about the menu -- though, please note that they're in a soft opening phase so they currently do not have any rice dishes. Ordered the following: Spring Rolls ($10): Gonna be honest -- the price is pretty steep for spring rolls. I expected a fat roll for that price, but here we are with inflation, I suppose. Nothing special, except they do add basil inside if you're into that -- it's good, but not worth the price for skinny rolls. Fried Egg Rolls ($11): Same as above, I just don't understand why you'd charge this much lol. Came out a bit oily and normally I'm used to it with Vietnamese pickled daikon and carrots -- but they don't have it for this dish. It's okay, but I wouldn't normally order it at this price. Only PHỞ you [small noodles w/ rare steak] ($17): Yup -- that's the price. Comparing to other pho places this bowl is much smaller; however, the broth is pretty good and on the fattier side. The price will vary depending on what basic or premium meat you add -- but this is still a very expensive bowl of pho. It's a bit tough to justify coming here everyday for a bowl of pho. One thing to note is that their fresh noodles are made in house if you decide to opt for that -- it's $2 extra on top of the basic $14 bowl. Vietnamese Coffee ($5): Delicious! They brew this in house and is made to order. I'd definitely come back for their coffee! They have other fun flavors, as well! Overall, it's a pretty solid pho place! I will start by saying that it's great to have a Pho restaurant in the Henderson/Inspirada area. We don't have to travel over to Summerlin or Chinatown for some Pho. I went to their soft opening and tried the basic pho with rare steak and fatty flank (my go-to). Now I rarely finish the broth itself but here I had to drink up the whole bowl. While the food was great, it was on the much more expensive side. For a small bowl of Pho and a coffee, I spent over $20. You choose your base and then any protein is an additional charge ranging from $2-$3. Now that can add up if you like a lot of protein. The service was great and the interior design is very modern. I may have to return to try a few more things on their menu. One thing that caught my eye was their version of a hot pot. That will be saved for the next time I'm there. read more

The service and food were EXCELLENT! We are snobs when it comes to pho, so when we heard about this place we knew we needed to try it. The Pho Tai was yummy but the star of the show was certainly the Big Bone Soup! O M G! EXCELLENT! The broth was one and the same for both dishes and was full-bodied and flavorful but, man oh man did the bone add some extra oomph to it! Perfectly cooked, and sucking the marrow out with a straw was entertaining, that was a first for us. That will probably be my only critique, to have a small spoon to get out the excess marrow which they didn't, or at least I didn't ask. The service was top notch too. TOO EXPENSIVE, and high cost is not justified. I don't mind restaurants charging a premium for differentiated quality and taste. But $20 for combination pho and $16-18 for regular pho is just too much. Other pho restaurants cost $14.99 for a combination pho. That's 33% more expensive than other places. So does it taste 33% better or have better quality or more portions? None of the above in my opinion. I received a half filled broth and a small bowl of pho for $20...taste was solid but same taste you can get from any pho restaurants. People there were super nice though, and it's a modern restaurant. Very very unfortunate for me to write a low review but something has to change here. I got the middle tier which included a variety of beef meat types and they definitely didn't skimp which was appreciated. We found this place by accident. While our order took some time it was amazing. I always consider is a sign with culture places, if it appears to those of that culture is usually is a strong indicator of the quality of the food and the authenticity. The smell of the thit nutong being prepared over over flames is very inciting. I had the Pho Premium Ribeye with the Spring Rolls, and I added some House-made Chili Oil to the Pho. I had Vietnamese Crème Brûlée for dessert with Vietnamese Coffee, my wife had the Thai Coffee with hers. She had the Chicken Salad with hers as side. It is shredded chicken with shrimp and a house made sauce. This place also offers a special challenge but at $100-150 we deduced too pass. The restaurant is very cozy and small dinning area, overall, a wonderful place for very favorable choice of pho, everyone was very welcoming ins and service was great.
