I originally thought that the apples might make it taste taste strange, but they added the perfect tartness and crunch to balance out the creamy softness of the potatoes and mayonnaise. I do think the price for my sandwich was a bit high ($18), but I was happy to pay that to support a small business! Although many of her meals contain meat, you can swap most of them for tofu if you'd like. I would really recommend trying her tofu!! There are a few benches outside in the sun, and there is also a spacious area where customers can eat indoors. Dos Hermanos bakery is located right next to the food trucks, so make sure to pick up a loaf of their bread or some of their yummy treats on the way out! Parking was a little tricky, but you can usually find street parking within a block or two. There is a small parking lot nearby, but it does fill up sometimes.
