Pho was pretty decent, especially for being located in the cusp of the valley. I really haven't experienced THE BEST pho in LA yet. The pork banh-mi was also decent. A lot of meat, BUT I wanted more vegetables. Barely any veggies. The bread was not the usual french baguette, but more of a soft bread. I wasn't mad at that. The order of banh-mi is actually a meal. It comes with fries. The BOBA was the powder kind. I'm not mad at that. I know some people can be annoyed at that. They played country music.... I really wish it was Vietnamese music. I don't want to walk into an "authentic" Asian restaurant and then be bombarded by other ethnic music. Get what I mean? I love country, don't get me wrong. lol If I'm in the area, I would definitely go back. read more

TLDR: Flavorful Pho, good portions. Would go again, one of my new favorite pho spots ! I was looking for a dine-in pho around me, because delivered pho just doesn't taste the same. We were looking at different options and we went with this one because it closed a bit later than the others (10pm). I had been craving pho for a while and this place really hit the spot! We both ordered the beef pho. The beef was super tender and full of flavor.. better than a lot of the beef at other restaurants. We also got a lychee refresher, which was a little too sweet for my liking but I watered it down to perfection! Could easily make 2 drinks from 1. We also got the fried spring rolls which was also super delicious and came with a variety of pickled cabbage and radish. Super refreshing for the warmth of the pho. Now let me tell you, I would say me and my partner both have pretty big appetites and we could BARELY finish this pho. Don't let the bowl deceive you this bowl packs a punch. We left a lot of the broth unfortunately but the noodles, meat, plus bean sprouts and cilantro were more than enough to keep us full. Would go again !!! read more

Let's Pho continues to impress. I have stopped in here a number of times for straight up Chicken or Veggie Pho. But most recently we tried their yellow curry - which was so delicious. Their ingredients are super fresh, their broths taste clean and on point. But what is really amazing is the depth of their menu. It spans across SE Asian street food - so if you are hankering for some delicious deep fried asian inspired food in addition to fresh spring rolls. Let's Pho rocks. All the pictures from this place looked great so I got some food to go! A pork belly bahn mi and the spicy wings. Wings were friggin awesome! Really good flavor on them and they're nice big wings. Would certainly order those again! Bahn mi was ok. Not bad, not great. I wish the bread was a little better. Maybe from the drive home the bread lost some integrity, but I think a better bread would make it a better all around sandwich. Probably wouldn't order this again anytime soon, especially since everything else on the menu looks awesome and I'm wanting to try it all. Seeing all the different dishes as I walked by tables made my mouth water and I wanted to grab a handful of someone's noodles and run out the door before they could stop me! This was the place I first ate Pho in America, super fresh and delicious- so 5 stars for the Pho- I usually order the Pho Ga. But all other dishes I've tried were ok, but not great, talking about different noodles like chow mein. Also their green milk tea is the best!!! I went here with my boyfriend last night because I was craving soup and we both really liked it! It almost looks like a deli, but then they have table service. Its a very casual dining place with minimal service, but enough at the same time. We ordered the Pho'Bo, Steamed Buns, Fresh Rolls, and Spicy Pho'Bo and we both very much enjoyed the meal. The Pho'Bo totally hit the spot! The broth was delicious the noodles held together, the beef was not over cooked, and the veggies made it pop. I would recommend ordering the Pho'Bo! The steamed bun was just okay. My Boyfriend liked the Fresh Rolls, and really enjoyed his Spicy Pho too! We will definitely be back and I would recommend it to anyone looking for some good Pho, just know that it is a very casual dining experience and your expectations will be met! read more

Quick review; First time visit, thought it was pretty good. Ordered the 'Crying Tiger' steak dish, very tasty. Some flaws though. And Btw the Taro Boba smoothie, don't leave without it. I was drawn to this place because I heard they serve Hainanese chicken and rice. Sadly they've removed that glorious dish from the menu. So there I was fully disappointed and thumbing through the menu for a replacement. Banh mi? Pho? What shall I have. Oh snap they got Crying Tiger! Let's do this. Crying Tiger is marinated steak that's sliced and served with dipping sauces. In this preparation, it came with bamboo sticky rice, fresh herbs, some veg, and 2 delicious sauces. One was fish sauce and chili base, the other was a blended herb chili lime base. I requested the steak cooked medium. It was unfortunately in 'well done' territory. Even still, the steak had enough fat to keep from drying out, so wasn't so bad. My main gripe with the dish was the bamboo sticky rice I was served. It wasn't sticky like you'd expect, the thing was very dense. Every time I went for some rice I had to struggle. I'm sorry to say this, but at one point I wanted to put my chopsticks down and use a knife/fork to handle this thing. I've never experienced rice like this. Maybe it was steaming in the bamboo for too long? Maybe it was microwaved? Who knows. Only positive about it was the bamboo cooking method gave a pleasant flavor to the rice. After my meal, I wanted to order the traditional Mango and Sticky Rice dessert they serve at Thai places. But after my experience with the 'sticky rice' I thought better of it. "One Taro Boba smoothie to go please". It was delicious. Warm boba on the bottom, cold taro smoothie in the middle and whipped cream on top. The size of the drink was a medium I'm guessing (I wasn't given a choice in size). And for $6 I would have appreciate something a little bigger. In conclusion; The 3 star rating to me is given when a place has a lot more going for it then not. Good outweighing the bad. A place you visit again. This is def one of those places. The food was pretty good overall, and the service was great. The cost of the meal with boba drink and tip cost me $27, for lunch. So it's not cheap. I basically ordered the Crying Tiger, a Diet Coke, and the Boba drink at the end. So there it is. My review which includes food, cost, decor, and service. Had the Hong Kong shrimp ( must eat whole shrimp). The cilantro dipping sauce it comes with is absolutely fire!! Must have it. Had the Bun Thit with grilled pork which was also bomb af. Add in the fish sauce, sriracha, and if you have some left throw in the green cilantro sauce, and that's all you'll need.. the service was great, The waitress was very helpful and super nice, will definitely be going back when I'm in town next time!! read more

I ended up getting their "most popular" pho, the steak one. The meat was chewy and literally had to wash it down with the broth or my water. I was in the mood for Vietnamese food, so I decided to order from this place since, it was on YelpEats24. I had the Beef Pho and, an order of Vietnamese Spicy Wings. The Pho was good, nice and hot, and was served with the traditional Basil, Sprouts, Lime, and Sprouts, along with hoisin sauce. It tasted very good. The noodles stayed chewy! The wings however, got cold a bit. I wasn't too pleased, and thought they could've cooked them a bit more. The food here is good, don't get me wrong. It isn't anything worth raving about though. While I was excited about the prospect of a new Vietnamese restaurant close to home unfortunately it fell short of expectations. The layout is open and casual with plenty of windows. I ordered vermicelli with grilled chicken but the taste was bland and not flavorful. They used unusual vegetables like cauliflower in the bowl that I was both unaccustomed to and did not enhance the dish. The fish sauce was bland. Overall the vermicelli was lousy and a dish I would not recommend. We also had some Pho and spring rolls which were okay but not anywhere near as tasty as Glendale Pho company or Pho Hut. There thai ice tea was tasty and the mango with sticky rice was good. Overall, I will not eat here again. Expensive for Vietnamese food also not a value. read more

I ordered the pork belly curry bowl that is supposed to come with a "creamy curry". There was no sauce of any sort in this. It was just dry, unflavored pork and rice with an egg. I called the restaurant to voice my displeasure and the lady told me "what you order on yelp might be described differently than it actually is." Came here a few times with some friends. It's a decent place to get pho in the valley! Beware of the parking-- small parking lot but there is plenty of parking a few blocks down on woodman! Just might have to walk a little. Every time I've come, it hasn't been that busy (maybe I'm lucky). I usually just get the beef short rib pho or the sliced brisket. The meat has been tender every time! The the quality of the noodles is also decent-- they aren't mushy. I love packing my broth with spicy chil sauce! The service is great, they are pretty attentive. Very poor customer service. We ordered an item through the EAT YELP app. Despite getting a confirmation email, they did not have an item that we ordered. When I arrived to pick up my food, they hadn't even started to cook our food because they did not have one item (we ordered a few other things too) and apparently it was my fault that they did not have the item because I did not answer the phone from an unidentified number to inform them that we would still like the rest of our meal. The woman at the counter was unapologetic, defensive, and abrasive. The worst part is that she would not take responsibility that it is the restaurant's, not the costumers', responsibility when they are out of stock of a certain item. The "mixed veggie" that they gave us as a substitute for our missing dish was 85 % rice with a handful sprouts, a couple carrots, and three pieces of broccoli. Also, they claimed it was same price as the eggplant dish with tofu that we originally ordered. Again, we complained and again they were rude, unapologetic, and somehow tried to blame us.
