The biggest issue for me is the customer service. There are a few employees who seem friendly, but most of the time, the staff don't come off as very welcoming or helpful. It can feel a bit uncomfortable, like you're being watched or judged, which makes the whole shopping experience less enjoyable. That being said, the clothing quality is pretty decent, and there are definitely some cute pieces if you take the time to look. Customer service refunded the missing item, but because their system doesn't allow replacements, I was told I would have to place a brand-new order and pay shipping again if I wanted the correct shirt. While the customer service representative was kind and professional throughout the process, the company's policies left me paying for a mistake that wasn't mine. A refund for the missing item doesn't resolve the fact that I still don't have what I originally ordered, and I don't think customers should have to pay additional shipping costs to correct a fulfillment error. I appreciate the representative's professionalism, but Garage's resolution was 450 reward points and no way to receive the correct item without spending more money. That's disappointing for a company of this size. I hope Garage reevaluates its policies so future customers aren't left in the same situation.

She helped pair a cute belt with my daughter's dress and even gave us great ideas to complete her Coachella-themed outfit.
