I had to specifically request the pimples I wanted her to treat. This was not the case at Dr. Jay's office. Dr. Jay took a thorough medical history, listened to my concerns, and answered all of my questions. He meticulously treated every pimple on my face. After evaluating my skin and treating my acne, Dr. Jay prescribed me a medication to help prevent future break outs. He explained how the medication works as well as how I should use the medication. I felt cared for the moment I stepped into Dr. Jay's warm and cozy office. His staff was polite and helpful and I felt very comfortable. Probably should note that he's been practicing a long time, and if you're looking for a lifelong dr you might be better-served searching elsewhere. You should certainly be able to find someone younger, but you certainly won't find anyone better.

Needless to say my experience turned out very poorly! I am writing you to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the finished product & the treatment I received from "Hazel", the individual that performed the "work done" with the hopes you can help remedy this situation. Hazel arrived over an hour late, was rushed, and completely disconnected from the task at hand. Given this was my first time getting fillers it would've been helpful for Hazel to properly explain what to expect. More directly, she used one syringe and the bags were never removed. The area underneath my eyes looked worse - even after 2 weeks. I called several times to make a follow up appointment, & sent pictures. On the second visit I was treated with "radio frequency" and Hazel admitted that she should've used 2 syringes and threw away the remainder of the 1st syringe during the first visit. Another week passed, my eyes still bruised, and I decided to go back for a 3rd visit...to rectify this mess once and for all. Again, after I waited an hour and a half to meet with "Hazel" what I personally witnessed from "Hazel" (aside from whether the work was or wasn't performed correctly) was an utter lack of respect towards a customer. I respectfully expressed my displeasure politely and with legitimate concern ONLY. What I experienced back was language filled with passive aggression and insults. Hazel acted like trash. She was condescending, nasty, disrespectful, and petty. She wanted to go toe-to-toe with the customer instead of acting with empathy to try and alleviate my concerns. At times Hazel threw her hands up in the air with disgust, told me - SHE (Hazel) was unhappy, her time was being wasted, told me to "do whatever I want about complaining or another procedure" and could care less how I felt. I even said I would take my grievances online and to social media and I was told go do whatever. Never in all my years of visiting doctors offices have I seen a professional person act in such a disgraceful manner. At last appointment I was late, got a call about…read more30 min after the appointed time and informed that I missed the appointment and have to pay $200 cancellation fee, and they can't see me that day. Every time I had appointments before, the wait was at least one hour, During my last visit, their systems was down and I had to wait close to 3 hours in the reception. Being a regular customer didn't carry any weight. In general, turnaround of stuff is constant, they don't know my name, unhelpful and pushy.
