First and foremost, Stephanie did an all over color and cut on me. She absolutely is best at what she does and isn't the typical Asian that tries to boot you out right away. She takes her time and implements her own ideas to make you say "wow, I look pretty damn good lol." Second, make an appointment. This salon accepts walk-ins but these stylists are "contracted." Therefore, they will take those who made an appointment first. Third, BRING CASH (for Stephanie) at least. I thought they accepted CC but for Stephanie she accepts cash or check. *I didn't bring cash with me at the time and she said "pay me back when you come back next Tuesday* I PROMISED TO PAY, and had no intention of walking out not paying... Mind you, I would have taken the time to go to the bank but it was already 6:30pm... I found out about this place from a friend that referred me to Stephanie. I've been going and changing haircut shops 3-4 times already because they can never quite get it right. But that's not the issue with Stephanie, she gets it right every time and really takes her time to make it perfect. Shes very friendly and easy to talk to. I came in for a spiral perm the other day and I love it! Hannah did an amazing job! It took a lot of time rolling my long thick hair into about 100 rollers (or at least it seemed). I watched her the entire time and not once did she seem to complain. After a couple of hours, someone came to help her roll the rest of my hair. I wish I remembered his name..he was great! I believe it started with a "D" Danny? Sorry if that was totally wrong..but he also helped style my hair and both of them gave me advice on how to keep my hair looking fabulous. I've been coming here for years but not using my Yelp app check-in. Until now. I get my best haircuts here at my best deal, and I let Laura take her time. Laura goes quickly, but I like her so much, I wish she took even more time. But all this time, I've taken for granted the quality express facials and microdermabrasion treatments. I loved my last microdermabrasion so much I want the little hose apparatus for my home now. That won't happen. But why do I need that to happen? Oh Laura, how I love thee! So my very first time coming here I gave her helluva lot of undeserving attitude from me because of my bad experience from OTHER salons. "I want to cut my bangs and get an A-line haircut no shorter than up to the nape of my neck. I've had a lot of terrible experiences before so don't mess up." And she didnt! I've been going to her since 2005 when I can't afford my other expensive hair salons, but she's definitely skilled in what she does :) Prices are reasonable, and my cuts are usually $25 flat. Pedicures aren't bad either but I prefer to go to the one down the street because here they don't have those massage chairs. I pretty much sit down on a chair somewhere in the back and put my feet in a sink, and for $16! Its not really worth it to be honest. They also offer facials, waxing, color, manicures, etc here but they don't post up prices for a lot of their service. This probably has changed but I'm not sure. I enjoy coming here because they flatter me ("Oh you're so sexy! You look great") which of course is followed by some sort of product that would compliment my look. read more

I love this salon. All the stylists in the salon are personable and friendly. I've witnessed them take time to help those who are elderly and/or disabled. This just touches my heart. I particularly am happy to let Lorrie Tran cut my hair. She listens to how I want to cut it, and does it just as I requested. I have had stylist's in the past at other shops chop off my hair either disregarding my instructions or claiming they did not understand, even though they said they understood me. Thank Goodness for Lorrie, she has great comprehension and respects her customers. Recently, she cut and hi-lighted my daughter's hair. It looked natural and enhanced my daughter's natural beauty. It made her feel good that young men in her class started noticing her. Who knew a cut & hi-lite could make such a difference? I swear, Lorrie has magical fingers. She also, styled both of my daughter's hair back in June for their graduations, one for high school graduation and the other for jr. high school. They looked absolutely gorgeous. It boosted their confidence as they walked on stage to receive their diplomas. In addition, both girls' fancy hair style lasted a few days. Members of the church we attend got to appreciate their hairdo's. Lorrie also styled my oldest daughter for her senior prom. She french braided the crown of her hair, with strands of the hair cascading down from the braid in ringlets. So beautiful, that my daughter said upon looking at her hair, that she felt like a princess. And she charged me a fraction of what I have paid other stylists in the past. She just has too generous of a heart. I do not know what I would do, if she ever left or quit doing hair. I also get my nails done at the shop by Julie Tu. I have gel filled nails every three weeks, and periodically I get a pedicure. . My nails easily last 4 weeks, if, I have to postpone my appointments. Julie is quite skillful in doing nails, she is quick, yet still precise in applying the fill on my fingernails. Not too thick, like some salons do. Julie takes pride in her work, and she takes care to keep the nails looking natural. In addition, her pedicures are to die for. Again, she is very particular in her work making sure that she does not cut corners in her attention to both my toenails, and smoothing out the rough edges on the bottom of my feet. She has expert hands, as she massages my legs during the pedicure. It is heaven on my feet that after time, tend to feel achy from being on them all the time. I also enjoy her company. She makes the time go by with her pleasant conversation. read more

I sat down with Laura Tran and asked for a pretty short cut, I had my hair long for awhile and really wanted to get a hair bob. I'm in the military so I rather have it evident that it is not touching the collar. In the past I had issues having people cut my hair short enough. Nancy is my hair lady for life! After paying $40+ at salons that didn't know how to cut curly hair, I decided to try Image Cuts for its convenient location near my home. That was in 2006 and I have been going there since. Once I hadn't been in for over 8 months, and Nancy was able to pick up where we left off. "How is your sister in law's business?" "Did you ever get to take your trip to Tokyo?" You could have picked my mouth up off the floor. Laura is amazing. I have a lot of hair and it grows in several directions. She cuts it beautifully so it just falls into place. When she first styled my hair, I questioned what she was doing. She said she was styling it in the direction that my hair grows, so I won't have to "fight" my hair. She was right! For the first time in my life, styling my hair is simple and I don't fight it! Also she applies all other good products even though i just go for hair color root touch up. She is the best in Image cuts. She applies oil to the rest of the hair so that my hair doesn't get dry, applies deep conditioning conditioner even for normal hair wash after hair color. I recommend her for others. read more

I have been going to see Laura for my perms for a few years now. She always does a superb job! Her cuts are good, although she tends to go a little shorter than I would like. She's friendly and the prices are very reasonable. I agree with the other review and get my pedicures elsewhere.
