And, the larger companies seem to only be able to provide a day, and then don't give a window until the evening before, if they even fit in the window. After three failed attempts with a more "well-known" company, I finally gave up and began a new search. Online, Jason gets great reviews for his knowledge, responsiveness, and fair pricing. For me, I always look for an owner operator, and will generally move on once an owner "migrates" away from being an operator in the field. Jason actually answered his phone when I called, gave me a range of days/times that worked well, and then followed up. While he isn't the guy that came out, the other guy has been working with him for a few years, was friendly, knowledgeable, and diagnosed the issue with my leaking washing machine within a few minutes. Fat-forward to a couple of days later: the machine leaked again, so I called them back. They came back out at no charge to see if they could re-diagnose, but no issue was found. Since then, it hasn't leaked again. I threw the guy some $$$ for making the trip back out, mostly because his attitude was still positive and they weren't going to charge for the travel. Bottom line, a fantastic first experience with JB Appliance, and I'll happily recommend them to all of my clients and colleagues.

I recently bought my first…read morehome and realized the ducts were caked with dirt had not been cleaned in years, and the dryer vent was 80% clogged. They went through the house, took before/after photos and explained everything being done in detail. The dryer vent was made out of the cheapest flexible aluminum material possible and they were upfront and transparent about the risks of a tear when cleaning it. Despite the risks they were able to get it done amazingly well. Also was having some furnace issues that Andrew was able to address and give me advice on. They also worked around our 2 crazy dogs plus myself and my partner working from home the whole time with ease. The air in here feels so much better now and just the peace of mind that I'm not breathing in 50 years of filth is priceless. It was a next level experience compared to other services I've had to hire and I will definitely use them again!

Then diagnoses my issue for my dryer and indicates he has the part but it was in his other work car but claimed he will call Patty to reschedule for him to come back and he will repair it within 10-15 minutes. Now so conveniently I did not receive a call back and now my warranty company says it is not able to be replaced by diagnosis from A&P yet they were sure it would have been replaced quickly. This company took my money and lied to receive more. Don't Trust them they are working with the warranty company to take hard working people's money.

He recommended we buy LG which agrees with most of the expert reviews out there so, we ran over to Best Buy and got a good deal on a new LG washer/dryer set.
