The minute you walk in until the minute you walk out. This is a BIG store. 2 stories. Has an elevator, escalator and 2 bathrooms. On this visit we were looking for a phone charger for my son's I-phone 13. An employee helped him find exactly what he was looking for and the price was affordable. $27.40 (including tax). As he was shopping for his charger, I was on the 1st floor looking for different styles/labels of vacuums and microwaves. Sarvin and Kelly were very helpful showing me different models of both appliances. They were a tad expensive for our budget. The last vacuum that we got from here is almost 10 years old. We will definitely return to see if they have anything that costs a little less. They do have some sales items which is a plus. It's a very nice, clean store with plenty of parking all around. 10/10. Ten minutes later, the phone issue was resolved. We thanked several store employees for the great service and timely work, and then we left. If you book an appointment, you'd expect to be called within 15 minutes. Instead you are sitting there helpless and wasting your valuable time. I spent a total of 1.5 hours for a Genius Bar appointment to setup a replacement only. I came prepared with my Apple account user account information, backup, etc. There is no reason to have this take 1.5 hours. This store is disorganized, staff is impolite, and there are major internal organizational issues. Apple needs to be aware.

They are probably written by the same people that question seating policies in restaurants that have been in business since before they were born. Bottom line is, Jeffrey knows his stuff and he is a character. When you are an expert in something, why waste time explaining your decades of knowledge to someone when you can just cut the fat? (He does explain, btw, but I think most people can't keep up with his knowledge) He asks direct questions because he is trying to quickly and concisely determine what is NOT the issue so he can better diagnose the solution. I wish more people talked like he does. And to anyone that criticized his office, you have probably never been in a workshop before. No frills, no BS, no reason to fluff it up just to make you feel something. It's engineering. I looked at other places nearby with flashy photographs of celebrities next to them and awards on the walls and the prices they charged... Most likely you would be charged like a celebrity and put on a wait list and asked to return later in the week, if at all. I'd much rather go to the genius in his workshop who isn't concerned with such meaningless aesthetics any day. Anyway, i134 assured me they could handle the install. Bottom-line, I took in the unit and several hours later - presto.....new keyboard was installed and I was back in business. The Pasadena location is professionally appointed and did an outstanding job in exceeding my expectations.
