Never in my life have I waited LESS than 30 minutes at ANY clinic... let alone 6 minutes. Then I thought, "Okay, now I'll probably sit inside forever." Nope. I was brought into the exam room literally 3 minutes later. The mammogram (including the enhanced imaging) took maybe 10 minutes total, and I was walking out the door by 8:18am. Entire visit: about 20 minutes. I had blocked off THREE hours because I'm so used to medical appointments taking forever. The staff was efficient, organized, professional, and kind. Everything felt smooth, calm, and respectful of people's time, which is honestly rare these days in healthcare. And the BEST part? They told me results usually take 3-5 business days and that my physician would contact me. I got my results TODAY at 8:36am. I am still honestly in shock. I was surprised seeing some of the negative reviews, but after reading them, most seemed related to insurance frustrations rather than the actual facility or care. Personally, my experience was incredible. I genuinely cannot believe I wasted years driving all the way to Cedars-Sinai in Beverly Hills when this place exists. So happy I found them.

Once inside, the facility is very spacious and the MRI was an open MRI. Staff explained everything clearly and then set me up for the MRI and everything went smoothly. My MRI took an hour total, and there was nothing to listen to. I was offered ear plugs but since it's an open MRI it really wasn't noisy at all. However I was a bit bored and I think it would have been nice to have any type of music playing in the room. I found myself searching the entire time for shapes in the ceiling holes. Once finished, staff said they could not give me a CD immediately because it wasn't working but they got my info to mail it to me, and I received the CD in the mail only a few days later. I recommend this facility because it is very clean, open, and well kept.
