I never cease to be amazed by the people who work here! I know it sounds silly because it is a Parcel/Shipping Center, but their customer service and can-do attitudes make me wish I shipped things more often! I work in sales and when I am shipping things out it can be upwards of 10 boxes of heavy product, swag, etc. The guys here are always willing to break down the best pricing, size boxes and even share their packing tape :) They take something that can be an annoying, painstaking process and make it a total breeze. read more

Wonderful establishment. I found this gem a few years ago and go here for any of my postal needs, notary, print/fax/scan. Another solid thumbs up on Liberties Parcel. My wife and I were in Philadelphia over the Thanksgiving holiday and ended up with six chairs that needed to be shipped to our home in Los Angeles. Yelp pointed us in the direction of LIberties Parcel, Stu and Dan did the rest. Their prices were a fraction of other pack and ship places we called, mostly because they worked extra hard to find the cheapest and best form of shipment (did you know that FedEx ground is sometimes cheaper than USPS Parcel Post?). I just show up with the item and packing slip, and they take care of the packaging and all the rest. I love these guys! I'm in here at least once a week (usually with a dog) and they're totally chill and great to talk to. They know their stuff and they're always more than willing to help out. We just opened a PO Box here and it was one fo the easiest processes ever. If you ever need a PO Box, or need to ship anything, this is definitely the place to go. The Post Office sucks. I moved to Philadelphia from Illinois in 2012 and, without an office to complete some paperwork for my new job, I was in need of the services that this location provides. I very quickly became a regular, utilizing their printing, faxing, notary, and mail services. My husband also began to use this spot for the same reasons. Over time, Stew and Dan got to know us and were able to put us on a wait-list and eventually give us a PMB to use to receive gifts for our upcoming wedding. Had they not been able to do that for us, receiving packages while at work in our neighborhood would have been a disaster. Now, even our dog loves visiting Liberties Parcel. Going to the post office used to be one of the most dreaded things on my list of "to do"s. Philladelphia USPS offices are by far pleasant experiences. Long lines (usually out the door) rude service, and incapable staff. Liberties Parcel offers the exact opposite. Convenient, ultra friendly and accommodating staff with outstanding service - EVERY TIME! I know longer have anxiety attacks when I have to mail a package. These guys are truly great. Pretty good service for a small store. Much better than trekking to the UPS store in Old City. The employees there are highly responsive and cost efficient. They aren't there to gouge you.
