The chef behind this takeout / delivery sushi shop is Aline. She also appears to offer classes where she can teach you how to make your own sushi. She has been serving up Brazilian inspired sushi for 4 years. This is a new concept to me, but anything involving sushi is my cup of tea. The pickup location looks like office space when you enter, I assume the kitchen space is hiding behind the doorway. We tried a selection of the menu to get a feel for what they had to offer. Sushi offered is primarily salmon, but they've got crab stick if you're in the mood for a California roll, and some dessert sushi which we didn't try. Salmon is available raw or cooked in various rolls, hand rolls and other specialty items. Our favorite dish of the menu we tried was the salmon sashimi, it was fresh tasting salmon at a very reasonable portion size for the price. The owner/chef threw in a couple of complementary Brazilian inspired sushi items to try as well.
