She came from across the counter to make sure we were charged $.25 for the extra bowl. Then, our friends little girl was handed her ice cream which immediately fell off the cone because it wasn't pressed down into the cone. The manager literally watched a 5 year old girl's ice cream fall off the the cone, turned her mom and said "I'll have to charge you for another one". Despite what is some of the best ice cream in town, I would never come back and do business with a company that doesn't even have a sense of decent customer service, much less any form of Wyoming hospitality.

The location is just a block off the main square with the Wort Hotel just across the street and some art galleries which is a great place while roaming. I recommend if you are looking for a unique dessert with coffee! The French Dessert/patisserie has a variety of goods--not all shown. On the far left there is flavored chocolates (bonbons?) with a range of flavors (when I went) from Huckleberry + Vanilla, tea, etc. it looked like you had to buy a minimum box of 6 for 24$ but I could be incorrect on that. Next case had a variety of desserts, which is where the huckleberry chocolate out of (abt 9$). They do run out of pastries as the day goes on so something specific from yelp might not be in there. Next case has about 10 flavored of gelato. The following case has savory pastries like feta cheese-mushroom or ham croissants in addition to sweeter goods like croissants and cookies. There is indoor seating (about four two tops), a bench outside, and takeaway pastry or chocolate boxes if to go. When I walked in it was pretty crowded but the service was efficient. Luckily there was enough space for me to dine-in with a comfy spot against the wall. (Note: The other side of the table had soft and wide stools but with no back). (Note #2: When eating in you get ceramic plate + silverware with a plastic cup for cold drinks; there is a little station near the entrance for trash and plates). The chocolate-Huckleberry dessert was delicious. It had chocolate roses (with texture!!!) on top and a marbled silver-purple chocolate surrounding the cake and huckleberry filling. Very beautiful and I really enjoyed the sweet but also tart huckleberry with the chocolate. It was a bit of a mess to eat but I am more than okay with that! I would recommend it! I was able to get the feta-something-mushroom croissant warmed for lunch, which was pretty tasty. Nice flakiness and the middle with the filling was a nice mix. If you are stopping for lunch/breakfast and want something a little more substantial to your meal/snake then I recommend. They also had a ham-something-Jalapeño but I wasn't sure on how strong the pepper would be. Lastly, I had a matcha latte. It can come in a variety of sizes and I believe with the option of cold or hot. It was good-decent but not my favorite matcha-- the flavors were more milk heavy. But that is likely just my current preference--some places I have gone recently have it stronger and some have it sweeter; so take it as you will. It did have the nice crushable ice which I munched on with the concentrated matcha at the end though. As for the drink menu they had more non-coffee options like hot chocolate, turmeric latte, etc along with (what is maybe standard? coffees---don't drink them) like cappuccinos, mochas, etc. along with drip and affogatos.

When I first entered the store everybody was in the kitchen baking and crafting chocolate, they did eventually come onto the floor and take my order. The only issue that I had is when I mentioned I would be shipping the chocolates and I asked if they would ship well, the associates response was "yes they do". Then since the box did not fully close (and she saw me attempting to close it) she asked me if I would be shipping them and I said yes again. so now I have to ship a partially opened box of chocolates.

Flat white was ok but they use dark roast (at 99% of coffee shops they use a medium roast)for all of their espresso drinks and I personally do not like my coffee tasting burnt. 1/5 Cinnamon brioche bun was decent. Most of the time they're referred to as a morning bun and they have hints of orange. 3/5 Now for the beans that I bought. I got home and opened them to see that they were very shiny (that means that they are a darker roast because the natural oils come out of the beans the longer you roast them). They are marked as a light roast and they are far from it. The roast date isn't on them either and that should have been my red flag. 0/5 Below is the Ethiopia light roast from SRRC next to the CC Java Estate that I just bought, for reference.

We were seated right away, but it took a little while for someone to come to our table to get us drinks. My girls got root beer and I got a fun little Rendezvous Refresher mocktail they had--delish! The kitchen is open and we had a great view of them making the pizzas. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped us in making our choices. My youngest got the sweet Italian pizza and devoured it. My oldest and I each got a Chew-BACA but she opted to not get the hot honey on hers. She and I probably could have shared instead of each getting our own, but we managed pretty well anyway. The pizza was amazing! This is a great little spot when in Jackson!

Hey guys! This place has many good reviews. But if you are a VEGGIE, please stay away and find a different restaurant. I ordered Napa with Veggie Patty but they got us Napa with meat. They were very careless and irresponsible. We enquired twice before we ordered the burger to make sure it is Vegetarian. They messed up. I hadn't consumed meat my entire life due to religious reasons. But in a span of two minutes our effort was put into drain. Asking us apology or offering another burger didn't make any sense. Later while reviewing on Yelp I gotta know this wasn't their first time commiting this mistake. This is totally not a place for vegetarians. I will never recommend this place to any one. Libert burger, do not take liberty to repeat the same mistake. Be responsible and respect the sentiments of your customers. If the trend continues, I am pretty sure you will be out of busines. read more

Ive been blogging for the past 10 years or so to find the best burger in America. Spent the past week in Jackson Hole as part of my honeymoon. Didn't get to eat here once. Came in the first day of our trip and was told the wait was an hour, but hostess said we couldn't leave a name and return and instead would have had to wait in line as they do not hold tables. Left and decided to try another day. Same thing the next day, though while speaking to the hostess another customer picked up a to go order. Next day, i called to place a pickup order instead and was told "Its too busy in the summer so we don't do takeout". Every day was a different excuse for this place, almost like they don't care about your business. There are better options in Jackson Hole. Skip this mess! read more

Came here on 04/05 around 1:30pm with a friend. It was busy but we were sat right away. The seating is strange. They definitely tried to pack as much seating as possible in the tiny space which made it a little awkward. The hostess was great and very friendly, she helped us more than our server. Our server did her job well but never smiled once, she was not friendly whatsoever. No refills...she was too busy I guess. I ordered the Liberty burger and it was very good..the best burger I've ever had! Cooked perfectly came out quick although my lunch partner had to send hers back because she was never asked how she would like her burger cooked. The fries are nothing to brag about. Holy Moly. I don't even have the right words to describe how incredibly good this place was. I am big on service in a restaurant and this place exceeded my expectations. Our young server was very friendly, asking us where we were from and how we liked it in Jackson. She even gave us some great recommendations on what else to do in Jackson while we were here :-) I ordered the wild west burger and my husband ordered the double nooner. We were sooo happy as they were some of the best burgers we have ever tasted. On top of our burgers we shared an adult milkshake (yes they have these) called the mudslide. WE LOVED IT! If you are in a mood to eat burger at Tetons, this is the first place which pops up on Yelp. But please STAY AWAY! On a memorial weekend, we went to this restaurant and ordered a vegetarian burger. We checked with server twice and asked her to repeat the order to ensure we get vegetarian burger. Instead our server failed to put a vegetarian burger into our order and served us the meat burger. So VEGETARIAN yelpers and foodies please STAY AWAY. After this incident, I noticed that many other people have raised this issue and they still have repeated the same mistake many times. Liberty Burger exceeded all expectations! Not only was the food absolutely amazing--juicy burgers cooked to perfection and the most delicious shakes--but the service was second to none. Went into Liberty Burger because a local recommended it us and so glad we did! The service was awesome! We had a young lady who made great conversation with us when we told her we were out of town from Colorado. Happens to be that she went to University of Colorado and even though the restaurant was very very busy it was some of the best service we've ever had. Aside from that the burgers were the best we've ever had. They were perfectly cooked and the onions rings were great. The manager came over, took our plates and was very friendly! We will be back!
