When I informed her of the oversight, she seemed unsure of what to do, and after a brief exchange, I suggested she return to the store to retrieve the missing drinks. She agreed to return but did not seem to want to resolve the issue herself. After waiting, the driver returned with the drinks, but upon opening my husband's sandwich, we noticed that it had a hole in it, as though someone had pressed their finger into it. At this point, I called the store at 12:38 PM CST to speak with the manager. To my surprise, the manager refused to give me his first name, citing store policy. However, after doing some research, I discovered that Jimmy John's does not have a policy that prohibits managers from providing their first names. This led me to believe that the person I spoke with might not have been the manager at all. Despite explaining the situation and asking for a refund, the manager showed no empathy or concern for my experience. He merely said that it was okay for me to send the food back with the driver. When the driver returned to pick up the food, I informed her of the situation, and she took the bag. However, my husband later discovered the food discarded in the middle of the street. This is completely unacceptable behavior for any company, let alone one of Jimmy John's size and reputation. As a long-time customer, I am deeply disappointed by this experience. The lack of responsibility, empathy, and professionalism from both the delivery driver and the manager has completely soured my opinion of your company

We selected the beef and chicken fajitas (yummy as always) and also added the bar service. Every single server bent over backwards to make sure we were happy. After the wedding they all pitched in and helped pack up our decorations. If you are on the fence about choosing them to cater your event, Jump off and call them today!! You won't be disappointed. PS- Better prices on their services than anyone else we contacted!!

Hopefully, The new manager can lobby to achieve upgrading the current status of shopping carts that are in dire need of it. The majority of the carts are rusted and in pretty bad shape. We've visited other Walmart's in the general vicinity and they have new carts (Walmart Nacogdoches, Bulverde, etc.).

The food gets here its season-less, hard, old, dry... just yuk. As you can see in the pictures, on my husband's fries they cut a non- Seasoned beef patty up into big pieces and just threw it on top of his ice cold fries. My husband handed me his food and asked me to go Doctor it up. I literally had to remake the fries and add some steak, seasoning, and more cheese for him to eat it. The bacon and whatever that is they call burger went in the trash. Oh my entire order of fries and my whole burger went in the trash too. I'm not eating this garbage. I just wasted $30.
