When I informed her of the oversight, she seemed unsure of what to do, and after a brief exchange, I suggested she return to the store to retrieve the missing drinks. She agreed to return but did not seem to want to resolve the issue herself. After waiting, the driver returned with the drinks, but upon opening my husband's sandwich, we noticed that it had a hole in it, as though someone had pressed their finger into it. At this point, I called the store at 12:38 PM CST to speak with the manager. To my surprise, the manager refused to give me his first name, citing store policy. However, after doing some research, I discovered that Jimmy John's does not have a policy that prohibits managers from providing their first names. This led me to believe that the person I spoke with might not have been the manager at all. Despite explaining the situation and asking for a refund, the manager showed no empathy or concern for my experience. He merely said that it was okay for me to send the food back with the driver. When the driver returned to pick up the food, I informed her of the situation, and she took the bag. However, my husband later discovered the food discarded in the middle of the street. This is completely unacceptable behavior for any company, let alone one of Jimmy John's size and reputation. As a long-time customer, I am deeply disappointed by this experience. The lack of responsibility, empathy, and professionalism from both the delivery driver and the manager has completely soured my opinion of your company

(All of the mgmt here is amazing) She is attentive, caring, and pays attention to detail. She is very accommodating. Summer came by our table tonight to address a question we had about the menu. Then she assured me she would let the kitchen know about a shellfish allergy at our table. Being from Management myself, Summer more than, Has what it Takes to be in A Management Position. The Ambiance of this location is why we keep coming back, in addition to the Staff and their Leaders.
