The manager at the Salem NH store quickly got on the phone and arranged for all the socks to be held or delivered from other surrounding stores. All the way down to Danvers Ma. This manger drove her stock up to Methuen Ma. where we picked up all the remaining pairs we needed. All three Managers went above and beyond to ensure we had the 16 pairs of socks we needed. I brought it home and put it in my garage as I was going to be traveling. I went to use it yesterday and the rear tire was completely flat. I tried to pump it up but the air was seeping out. I brought it back up to Buchika's today and the service guy put a new inner tube in and gave me the package from it with $10 marked on it. I went to the register and told the person there what had happened and they proceeded to ring up the register for a $17 charge. I asked him why I would have to pay for something that was obviously defective as I hadn't even put my ass on the bike seat yet. He proceeded to tell me that if you leave a bike sitting too long the tires will get flat. I reiterated that is was less that a month since I bought it. He was not interested in discussing it at all. Needless to say I am very dissapointed in the customer service and will not be recommending anyone buy from Buchika's.

The space here is quite large, although does not even come close to comparing to the Flagship Freeport Maine location. Despite that they did have a good selection still and you'll find many of the items you would expect from Beans. Prices were also what you would expect, certainly not the cheapest brand. Staff was friendly with a few offering help if we needed any and the cashier was friendly too. We ended up grabbing some gifts for some young family members, a few cute shirts. I have been wearing the Air Max 2017 for ages and I was in the store and happened to ask a manager if they wouldn't mind looking at a pair of sneakers that I had as it looked like they were failing in a rather quick manner. I was told by this individual that I'm wearing the wrong type of sneakers based on the wear pattern; yet again I've been wearing this style of sneaker for ages and have several unworn at home as I buy them when they go on sale. I have never had a problem in the past. He told me that the tag inside the shoes which is supposed to be representative of a two year warranty is actually no longer valid and that the only thing I could do is call Nike customer service and send the sneakers in for evaluation but I was wasting my time. Again, he continued to tell me that it was my wear pattern of the shoe that broke it down. He said he was a sneaker expert and refused to do anything at all. Went to Merrimack and they swapped the shoes out within 10 mins and when the manager heard the issue she knew who I had been dealing with and rolled her eyes. I have been in here several times and the vibe is just very different from other Nike stores.
