Came to Lift because I have heard nothing but great things about their coffee. Imagine my shock and horror to discover a huge cockroach roaming the floor while I was waiting in line to order. I thought I'd address this directly with management by calling them, but there is no phone number associated with this business. Therefore, I am left with no other option but to address this publicly through social media. Not only are there cockroaches roaming the floor, but their babies hang out in the bathroom (which never have seat covers). So for all you God-fearing Christians that love to come to Lift, make sure you bring your biggest Bible and use the Word of the Lord in the fight against cockroaches. read more

I've been wanting to check out this coffee shop ever since I saw it on Instagram, and I finally got the chance while in the area for a business meeting. The space is clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with friendly staff to match. I ordered a dirty chai, which was excellent, along with a pumpkin muffin and a vegan banana nut muffin, both were absolutely delicious. The coffee here is really delicious but I have the same complaint as some others - I wish there was more space and more electrical outlets! I like the environment here but I wish I could stay and work on projects... When it's busy good luck finding a spot to plug in! The cold brew is so delicious though, if you're just stopping in and not planning to stay I'd recommend checking it out. Otherwise, you're better off elsewhere. read more

Unprofessional staff! Always out of everything! This place is so unprofessional and really needs to treat their customers better. I am a everyday customer and can't believe how I was treated on my last visit. They let you stand in line for 15 min just to not serve you because they can't communicate that something is out of stock. Rude you just lost a everyday customer. read more

Their coffee, tea, and baked goods are fantastic, but the main reason I love this place is because it's very cozy and the perfect place to read, study, catch up with a friend, or go on a date. They have a special, themed menu that changes every month. There is almost always seating available. They have a small book exchange, often sell local art, have cute merch, and just opened up a bakery right next door with extra seating. I'm kind of a snobbish third-wave coffee person and although this place isn't trying to be that way, it still is my favorite spot because of the overall vibe, how genuinely kind and down to earth the baristas are, and how comfortable it is. A lot of coffee shops are so brightly lit and trying to be hipster still in 2026, but this place is just kind of homey and the classic cozy coffee shop we all want to go to. So if you're a hardcore coffee connoisseur and are looking for the highest quality coffee, this might not be your spot. If you're looking for something with yummy drinks and baked goods with a chill environment you'll be very comfortable in, this is 100% your spot.
