My journey at lifted trucks Mesa began a month ago when I saw a truck they had on OfferUp, I sent a couple questions and they responded almost immediately and suggested I call them to check it out. I decided to come look and loved the truck. They took my information and had it all ready to go rather quickly for the amount of paperwork. After 2 weeks unfortunately the bank wouldn't except the offer, but Broneel and TJ didn't stop there they let me continue to drive around in that truck until they made every possible play, I returned to turn that truck back in and they had a couple other trucks set aside and ready for me to view since I was approved for that much. I really liked one of them they selected and decided I wanted that one, TJ suggested I take that one home and test drive it for a couple days while they take care of the paperwork. I recently purchased a 2024 Tundra with a 6" lift from Jacob based at the Glendale, AZ. location...my truck was located in Texas. First off let me start with I can not stand any dealers. None of them usually know a 6 liter Ford from a 6 liter Chevy. They try and push ridiculous extras and wasted your entire Saturday. Well I took a shot because Lifted trucks had an absolute perfect dually with monster truck tires that didnt have more miles than a space ship. If you buy trucks in Phoenix you know what I am talking about. I also Hate, I mean hate running my credit. Raymond was super cool about it and set me up with his finance guy who took care of the rest. Awesome experience! My salesperson, Jake, was very friendly, helpful and , and was able to get a LOT done, just through emails. I live an hour away, and had 2 vehicles I wanted to trade, so I wanted to get an approval before trying to figure out how to get both vehicles down to the dealership. George, the manager, was awesome, too! He promised me to get a deal done, and within the limits I had set as far a monthly payment.
