From the moment we walked into Lifted Trucks my husband and I were impressed by the professionalism and knowledge Blake offered. He took the time to understand our needs and preferences, guiding us through the available options without any pressure. It made the entire process smooth, enjoyable, and hassle-free, which we greatly appreciate. Thank you for the outstanding customer service! Highly recommend seeing Blake at Lifted Trucks in Mesa!

Vehicle on their website. See mileage and price.

How much more dishonest could Lifted Trucks be. We found this Bronco on Auto Trader and went down to Lifted Trucks in Mesa. During the test drive, I noticed stains on the console and seats and asked what the price was again. Marco told me almost $73,000! I showed him their ad on Auto Trader which shows $58,000. He then told me the real price is on their website. Talk about bait and switch. Lifted Trucks falsely advertises one price on Auto Trader to get you in the door. Why not advertise the correct price? The price is the price. Furthermore, not one vehicle on their lot has the price on it. Thats to cover up their dishonesty and they are hoping you won't figure it out. This Yelper figured it out. Lifted Trucks has responded to my review saying they list everything in their price. As you can see by the photo of their advertising on Auto Trader they DO NOT give the total price. You are lying and are very dishonest. Why don't you list the correct price on Auto Trader? Because it's a bait and switch technique that is dishonest!!!!

I financed a 2015 dodge charger. It had a 100 warranty. That now the repairs cost more than the remaining balance owed on the car.

If it fits in the garage the lift ain't big 'nuff!

I love my lifted truck! I saw some negative reviews like someone isn't happy with their paperwork not processing and I'm surprised to hear that because the chick who does paperwork is on her shit. I was there last weekend. The staff is good looking, well dressed and friendly people, they do their jobs well. It's a car dealership so they are going to offer you an extended warranty and other bullshit when you're signing, as any dealer that's in business should do. Buying a used car takes some diligence, know what you're paying for and make a plan ahead of time. This dealer is nice because they know lifted trucks. If you want a lifted truck, you found the right place! They have an excellent inventory, the Mesa location was clean and their building is pretty cool. It feels like being inside a sports bar. They handled my out of state purchase well and even offered to pick me up from the airport, which was a very nice gesture. They helped me with financing and I got a very good rate at 3.99% for 84 months. I'm very pleased with this! My credit is not perfect either. The truck is everything I expected it to be, no surprises. Overall I'm very happy with Lifted Trucks Mesa and I would definitely do business again. I bought a Corvette and a Mercedes in the past and would say it's the best car buying experience I've had so far. Thank you guys!

Great truck. Fast and easy to purchase. Good customer service. Big thanks to TJ and lifted trucks team.

This experience was far different, we worked with Santos and Lance who went above and beyond to make it a pleasant purchase.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AL!…read more If I could give this place negative stars I would. THEY REPOSSESS YOUR CAR AFTER ONE MISSED PAYMENT. Especially with everything going on financially with covid 19, this company is not willing to work with you no matter what your circumstance is. They do not care about their customers especially during this time. Only looking to make money off their customers. We are a family of 4 with very little income right now due to losing jobs because of the impact of the corona virus. We were able to make half of a car payment last month and the following month we did not have the money to make a payment. We have paid 16k on a car that's only worth 14k, this is something that we have been okay with we understand due to the high interest rates. We have trouble one time and the next day someone is ringing our doorbell to take our vehicle. We called the company to make a payment arrangement of some kind and was told we had 10 days to pay $1,000 or say goodbye to the car. Any other company would try to make some kind of payment arrangement. Especially after missing one payment. Al is horrible, told us that he's talked to other customers with "more kids than us and in worse situations" that are able to make their payments during this time. Who is he to judge customers and their situations?! He does not offer any kind of payment plan and told us to get him his money the next day or we cannot get our car back even though we will have the money by the end of the month to keep the car. Was very rude over the phone and only would repeat the days delinquent over and over when we asked about making a payment at the end of the month. This shows he does not care about his customers and is only looking to make a profit. While we understand that missing a car payment is serious never in my life have I heard of a company repossessing a car over one missed payment. Especially if the customer is willing to pay off the amount owed by the end of the month. I write this review as a warning to anyone that is thinking of doing business here. This place has hurt our family tremendously and I hope you will STAY AWAY.

When I ordered my truck, the staff searched and found exactly the truck I wanted. I have brought it in for service at Miller Ford every six months since that time. The staff are always friendly, informative, and the service has been excellent. I find the service to be efficient and reasonably priced. I will return for my next Ford purchase and I would highly recommend this Ford dealer for your next Ford!

My experience with Larry H. Miller Ford Mesa in Mesa, Arizona was extremely concerning and wasted…read moretwo full days of my time. The dealership advertised a 2025 Ford Maverick XL (VIN: 3FTTW8B30SRB60142) for $23,643, which was approximately $9,957 below the $33,600 MSRP. The vehicle was clearly listed as "On the Lot" on both the Larry H. Miller Ford Mesa website and Autotrader. On March 2, I contacted Larry H. Miller Ford Mesa to purchase the vehicle at the advertised price. I asked twice for the dealership to honor the price and was refused both times. I even advised the dealership that refusing to honor a VIN-specific advertised price may violate: * Arizona Consumer Fraud Act - A.R.S. §44-1522 * Arizona Administrative Code R20-4-202 (Motor Vehicle Dealer Advertising Rule) Despite that, Larry H. Miller Ford Mesa still refused to honor the advertised price. On March 3, after following up again by email, the dealership told me the vehicle had "sold the night before." However, nearly 24 hours later the exact same VIN was still listed online as available inventory and "On the Lot." The listing remained active on both the Larry H. Miller Ford Mesa inventory page and Autotrader. The dealership later claimed the price was a "mistake," yet the exact same VIN-specific price appeared across multiple advertising platforms, which raises serious concerns about bait-and-switch advertising practices. I preserved screenshots of the listings, the VIN, the price, and written communications with the dealership. This documentation has been forwarded to Ford Motor Company for review. I still plan to purchase a Ford Maverick, but based on my experience I strongly recommend that customers carefully document pricing and availability when dealing with Larry H. Miller Ford Mesa.
