Could have rated 5 stars but I had to omit 1 star cuz they failed to answer my other & very important questions especially these new info (a several proposed / recommended repairs), I asked certain questions which were so important to me before I make decisions on these "to go" or "on hold for now". Guess everything had to put on hold. It would save such headaches & hassles on my end if they answered my questions & may have had my car staying there (Larry Miller Ford's (*LHM*) auto shop) to continue refilling some or all repairs. I also asked them to contact my 2 different warranties, Ford's and CarMax. I pay extra warranty with CarMax. Tony, Eric, Austin, Stephanie, Abbie, Travis, Suzie, Dave, Scott, Jim or Derek at LHM's knew I asked these questions via texts (mostly), emails (prob. 1 or 2x?) & their own AI services, too (mostly). Is it fair to me, no! I am deeply disappointed but I always have respects for LHM because I had friends/associates with Larry Miller in SLC, Utah while living in Draper, UT (SLC suburbs) for decades (besides N CA & before here in Mesa, AZ). read more

The dealership advertised a 2025 Ford Maverick XL (VIN: 3FTTW8B30SRB60142) for $23,643, which was approximately $9,957 below the $33,600 MSRP. The vehicle was clearly listed as "On the Lot" on both the Larry H. Miller Ford Mesa website and Autotrader. On March 2, I contacted Larry H. Miller Ford Mesa to purchase the vehicle at the advertised price. I asked twice for the dealership to honor the price and was refused both times. I even advised the dealership that refusing to honor a VIN-specific advertised price may violate: * Arizona Consumer Fraud Act - A.R.S. §44-1522 * Arizona Administrative Code R20-4-202 (Motor Vehicle Dealer Advertising Rule) Despite that, Larry H. Miller Ford Mesa still refused to honor the advertised price. On March 3, after following up again by email, the dealership told me the vehicle had "sold the night before." However, nearly 24 hours later the exact same VIN was still listed online as available inventory and "On the Lot." The listing remained active on both the Larry H. Miller Ford Mesa inventory page and Autotrader. The dealership later claimed the price was a "mistake," yet the exact same VIN-specific price appeared across multiple advertising platforms, which raises serious concerns about bait-and-switch advertising practices. I preserved screenshots of the listings, the VIN, the price, and written communications with the dealership. This documentation has been forwarded to Ford Motor Company for review. I still plan to purchase a Ford Maverick, but based on my experience I strongly recommend that customers carefully document pricing and availability when dealing with Larry H. visited this dealership with financing already manually approved through my credit union and made it clear that I intended to use my pre-approved lender. I requested a buyer's order so I could finalize the loan directly with my credit union. Instead, the dealership submitted an electronic financing request to my credit union through their automated system while the credit union was closed and also attempted to seek financing elsewhere, despite my explicit request to use my own lender. This created confusion about my financing status, even though I had already spoken directly with my credit union and received manual approval. When I asked again for a buyer's order so I could send it to my lender myself, the dealership refused to provide one. Customers using outside financing should be able to work directly with their lender without interference or pressure to use dealer-arranged financing. Our entire fleet of vehicles are Fords so when we need a repair or part we often come back. So my master switch for my windows on my 2016 ford edge stopped working while the rest of the switches still work. I went in to buy a new master switch but Robert from parts gave me some info on some things to check before I spent the $200 ford edge stopped the switch. One of the other parts is just over $500 but it would suck to buy the switch then have to buy the module as well. So I'm going to check the fuses that Robert suggested and if that doesn't fix my issue, I think I'll just bring the car in and have THEM diagnose it. If you need ford parts, just know that the dealers aren't ALWAYS more expensive plus they have knowledgeable staff that can help you get the right part the first time. 5 STARS for Robert! read more

I will never forget my negative experience. I brought it in for an oil change. It took over 3 hours. I was then shown that my front driver's side tire had a wobble in it. I asked if it could be looked at that day. I was told to bring it back, which I did. I received an estimate for $5,000+ to replace parts, etc.. I immediately approved the quote, despite not believing that extensive repair needed to be done. I NEEDED my vehicle back. They promised it would be done on 2 days. The date promised was a joke! My vehicle was there for a week+. I could not reach anyone on the phone or via text to give me an update. I finally drove to the shop and waited to get helped. I asked if my vehicle was done. I was told, "You were my next phone call!" Great, but you had no idea where my vehicle was in the repair process or when it would be done. Further when I mentioned that I had been trying to reach you for days, you said, "Text messages work best because I am on the go in and out of the office"! I showed him the multiple text messages I had sent. He checked his screen, and the messages I sent hadn't even been opened. We were at Superstition Springs Mall, when we got a call that the vehicle was all of a sudden done. You sent an Uber to our home in east Mesa to pick us up instead of the mall. We called you back and we were finally picked up and brought back to the dealership. I paid the $5000 + bill and went to leave. My brand new floor mats had grease on them, as well as the board on the front drivers side. I was so anxious to leave I never even mentioned the grease! I drove my vehicle for 2-3 miles and it was very apparent that the air conditioner was not working. It worked perfectly when I brought it in for service. I had to bring the vehicle back again, to have it repaired. I was under the assumption that the air conditioner would be fixed free of charge as it worked perfectly when I dropped it off. I finally got a call regarding the inoperable air conditioner and a quote for $1,600+ to fix it. It needed a new condenser, among other things??? New transmission fluid and on and on. I said no, and made another trip to your shop to bring the vehicle home - without air conditioning? The next day, I took it to a trusted repair shop, referred to me from my neighbor. The air conditioner was fixed in less than 3 hours and only the gaskets needed replacing. The bill was less than $300.00! It included seals, gaskets and new fluids. It did not need a new compressor at all. Wonderful freezing air blew out my vents, just like it did before you worked on my vehicle. Your labor hours for the air conditioning were estimated to be 4-6 hours and 2 days to fix it! I have all the paperwork to support my disastrous experience. It is apparent as to why I cannot give Larry H. Miller even a satisfactory rating. I felt like I was being taken advantage of because I was a female. Even if that were the case, I would have been maybe okay with the $5,000 bill I paid, had everything been fixed in a timely manner. I get that there can be delays for parts, etc., but the inability to communicate the status of my vehicle repair, is completely unacceptable! It is very disrespectful to me, that you got grease on my new floor mats. My 2001 Ford Explorer has less than a 100,000 original miles on it. It looks like new and has been very well taken care of. I was traveling to Missouri last week and outside of Tucumcari NM the rear differential failed and I called Larry Miller and asked for their service department. I only wanted to speak to one of the service people. Man! They said the nearest dealer was El Paso! They left me sitting with my family on the side of the road and wouldn't even speak to me. Bought 2013 Toyota Highlander on Jan 23, 2026 for our daughter who lives in Ca. WE STILL DO NOT HAVE THE TITLE. Explained to your title person, Leslie, that we needed paper title so we can transfer vehicle to daughter in Ca. She assured me she would request this and did not ( per DMV) We have been waiting for almost 2 months now for this! Finally received plates/ registration last week. Assumed paper title was coming too, as we were told. She didn't request it, so now we must wait another 10 business days to receive it. We have not gone anywhere during this time ( incase title arrived) so we could drive vehicle to our daughter. The drive to Ca is 15 hours to where she lives. This major delay has caused upheaval in all our lives, as she needed this vehicle desperately months ago. Very unfortunate and unacceptable for such a simple thing! read more

On Nov. 22, 2025, we purchased a new 2025 Mach-E from Larry H. Miller Ford. At the time of purchase, we were told that a free "acid" car wash would be provided if we left a 5-star review. Because of this, I question how many of the positive reviews here are truly unbiased. It has now been over seven weeks since the purchase, and we still do not have license plate. We paid cash, so there was no financing-related delay. Vehicle delivery and preparation were poor. The tires were inflated to 45-46 PSI when the factory specification is 39 PSI. All door jambs, including the rear hatch and front trunk, were dirty and still coated with brown dirt when the car was presented to us. When we pointed this out, the salesman said final cleaning is done by young employees and implied quality control is inconsistent. We were charged $499 for "premium window tint," which was applied only to the two front windows, not the rear doors or hatch. The film is not premium; it is basic dyed film, not ceramic, despite the salesman initially saying he was 99% sure it was ceramic. The pricing process was also problematic. We were low-balled on our trade-in and later told that the agreed-upon vehicle price depended on us trading in the car. This was never stated during negotiations. We had already sold the vehicle to Carvana for $16,300 after the dealership offered only $13,000, which left us with little negotiating leverage. At signing, we were told we had to pay $897 plus tax for dealership add-ons, including the window tint that we later had replaced with actual premium film. The vehicle was delivered with only one key fob and no owner documentation or keypad code card. We were told this "happens sometimes" and that the salesman would follow up about getting a second fob. After no response to calls, we went to the dealership in person, where a supervisor got involved and the salesman arranged to have a new fob programmed. The following day, however, we were told that the original second fob and the missing documentation had been located after all. We like the Mach-E -- this is actually the second one in our family. Our first was purchased from Chapman Ford, where the transaction was professional and straightforward. Unfortunately, that was not our experience at Larry H. Miller Ford, and based on this experience, we would not recommend purchasing a vehicle here. read more

The sale person we had talked to was so helpful. We did not find her to be pushy. She brought out the car we came to see and took us for a drive in it. It was so nice and we fell in love with it. We negotiated a deal and made the purchase. Our sales person was Kim and she was amazing. No pressure. She and her manager made us a great deal and we are not the owners of a beautiful Ford Bronco Heritage Edition and so far we love it. But...from our first appointment with her she had to follow up to make sure we filled out our service review of her. Last time we saw her she said they were being rated on reviews - not their work- and us not filling out the review was affecting her! She quit probably a month or two later. They had a huge turnover so we decided to try the mobile service. Mobile service was great but tech said almost everyone left and they had an all new crew. Will stick with mobile service unless we have a repair issue. Larry Miller was purchased by a huge equity firm. So ‍ there is your problem. Attorneys, corporate execs, and profit! You do not need my full name, address, phone number, email address, Vin, and other weird information just to answer a recall question. Three weeks ago, my husband purchased his first truck from this dealership. As first-time buyers and parents to a one-year-old, safety was our top priority. My husband specifically asked whether the vehicle had been thoroughly inspected, and Jared, the salesperson, assured us that all necessary inspections had been completed. Jared also mentioned the truck had been detailed, which wasn't the case there was pet hair behind the back seats and crumbs in the middle console --but honestly, that's the least of our concerns given everything else that's happened. The day after the purchase, we took the truck on a drive. While on the freeway, my husband pulled down the sun visor and it fell off completely--while he was driving. This could have been extremely dangerous. I checked the passenger side visor, and the same thing happened to me. We went back to the dealership immediately. My husband spoke with the manager, Duncan, who took the visors and assured us he would take care of it. That was three weeks ago, and we've heard nothing since. Despite multiple follow-up calls, there's been no update or action. Now, my husband suspects the alternator may be failing, and there appears to be an exhaust leak--major concerns for a truck we just bought. The lack of follow-through, communication, and accountability has left us feeling incredibly frustrated and disappointed. We genuinely regret this experience and strongly urge others to be cautious when considering a purchase here. read more

11-03-2022 We had the engine and transmission mounts of our 2012 Mustang replaced. 3 years and 26k miles later those mounts are completely done again ... PREMATURE FAILURE! 11-05-2025 I tried to call the service department of LH Miller FORD but nobody picked up the phone for 30 minutes. I finally ended up with a chat partner and explained the issue. The Lady promised to forward the information to the service department and I would be called back. That never happened! I scheduled an appointment with Eric Fuzzy ... 11-11-2025 I present our Mustang at LH Miller FORD ... Eric told me that they would replace a lot of motor mounts because of the AZ heat. Really? Why did the first set of mounts last 10 years in the same environment and our other vehicles of similar age have no problems either in the AZ sun??? Our Mustang was taken in to check the mounts and 2.5 hours (!) later the advisor confirmed that the mounts are done .. they would have taken photos and submitted them to FORD to check for a warranty case. In 48 hours we should have results. 11-19-2025 One week has past by since Eric turned in our request for Warranty repair to FORD. I texted Eric in the morning to check the state of affairs ... no response. I drove by the service department and Eric tells me that he hasn't received any response from FORD yet. 12-12-2025 I texted Eric for an update ... no response. 01-01-2026 not 48 hours but 48 days passed by and I haven't heart anything ... neither from the dealership nor from FORD. My husband was looking to buy a new f 350 diesel truck . They did not have any , but they said they found one and we can pick up Sunday afternoon. They knew the vin # so that night we went ahead and signed papers. No one called us on Sunday , So my husband had to call them and to find out the vehicle was already sold . My husband so mad so we talked to the GM Adam. To make a long story short, they found a truck for him in TEXAS. They had it transports . We went back again to sign papers on the new vin # . Everything was good, until he took it back to get a spray in bedliner put on . 2 day have gone by and so my husband calls the service manger to see when his truck will be ready. Well the service manager had no clue what my husband was even talking about. Dose anyone there conmunicate? So they found the vehicle , three days later they call to say it was ready. Go to pick up and to talk to the store manager and he would not even come out to talk to my husband. The worst customer service i have ever had. My wife wants a new Ford , but i will NEVER BUY FOR LARRY H MILLER AGAIN . Just to be clean , it was not the salesperson fault. He was doing his job. I found exactly what I wanted here and Jose kept in touch with me throughout the entire process, as I couldn't purchase right away. The car was ready for me when I arrived on 8/19 and I took it for a test drive, falling in love immediately! Jose did all the number crunching and came up with a deal I couldn't pass up. I had a terrible experience at Larry H. Miller Ford when I brought in my 2012 Ford Explorer for safety recall 14S06. I initially spoke with Scott, who called the day after I dropped off my vehicle and confirmed that the recall was covered. The next day, he texted me saying the car was done and would be delivered to me tomorrow. Then, shortly after, I received another text saying they spoke with Ford and that the recall had expired four years ago--despite the fact that I received the recall letter just two years ago and Ford has told me safety recalls don't expire. Scott then told me the repair would cost $3,000 but that they could "discount" it to $2,205.73. I had never agreed to any paid repairs--I only brought my car in because I was told it was covered under the recall.If it wasn't covered, I would have had my brother (a mechanic) do the work instead. I also later found out that the actual cost for this repair should have been around $800, not $3,000. When I refused to pay, Scott said they would put the old, faulty parts back in, which is extremely dangerous. My power steering had failed multiple times upon startup, which is why I took it in for the recall in the first place. I called Ford directly, and they told me the recall had not expired and instructed Scott to submit the proper paperwork. After he did so, he claimed it still wasn't approved. I called Ford again, and they told me Scott likely filled it out incorrectly. Meanwhile, I had an appointment and needed my car back ASAP. Scott told me I would not get my car back until I paid for the repair. When I tried to contact his supervisor and left a message, I also informed them that I would be calling the police for withholding my vehicle. Only after the supervisor called back was I finally able to get my car back. And despite all of this, I later received a bill for the repair that I never authorized--which I will not be paying. To make matters worse, after I got the car back, they didn't even put it all back together! I had to hire a mechanic to fix two issues--the steering column sound panel and what he called a "flap" that needed to be reassembled. So not only did they try to scam me, but they also left my car incomplete after I refused to pay their outrageous price. This dealership was dishonest, unprofessional, and tried to take advantage of me by misrepresenting the recall coverage, overcharging for the repair, withholding my vehicle, and failing to reassemble everything properly. If you have any recalls or service needs, I strongly advise avoiding Larry H. Miller Ford. read more

Had the oil and filter changed, break fluid flushed and rear shocks replaced with OEM parts for a little over $700. I'll be returning to replace a 12 year old water pump with no qualms about the price. The good ol bait n switch. The vehicle online was a totally different suv when I got there to view & additionally with tons of damage. Wheels were all beat to heck, rear bumper trashed, one of the rear doors didn't open, tailights full of moisture, rear fender trim pieces literally falling off!! Previous owners personal items still all throughout the vehicle, stuffed animals, sticky notes, blankets, and totally filthy. Charge port door didn't open.... and on and on . Sales kid had zero clue any details on the vehicle and just played dumb... he spoke to the manager about the issues with a response of " if we fix everything, the price will go way up". This was a horrendous experience and a total waste of my time, this dealership is being torn down according to another sales guy... and I can see why... what an embarrassment.
