I have been a loyal customer at OSS for over 3 years now. Alfonso and Bob are two of the coolest guys you can ask for. I have had anywhere between 1-3 units and outdoor parking for my trailer. These guys are on top of any needs I have ever had. The gates work great..the place is clean and well maintained. Never a problem with security at all. Safe and secure! I will stay at this facility as long as I need storage. I have also referred over 10 people to OSS over the years and have never had one complaint from any of them. They were treated professionally and with kindness. (Even one of my friends referred someone else to them). These two fine gents will go above and beyond the call of duty for anything you need!! I love Oceanside Self Storage! I've used other storage facilities before but had never been happy until now. I've been storing all my precious belongings at Oceanside Self Storage for many years, and I never worry. The place is very secure, and well lit and there are security cameras everywhere. It's also clean and my unit is easily accessible as are all the units! A few times when I had trouble closing my container unit (due to it being overly stuffed), the manager Alfonso was more than happy to come to my unit and help me with the doors. I didn't even have to ask! He had seen my struggle on the security camera. That's what I call great customer service! Whenever I go into the office for anything, wether it's to pay for my rental, or to buy packing tape, the staff is always helpful and courteous. I love these people running this place. I have had my unit here for well over a year, probably closer to 2 and have never seen nor had ANY pest control issues of any kind. I'm on site regularly and of all the storage facilities I've ever experienced, and there has been many, in different cities too, and this facility by far IS the best and my favorite. Alfonso, the manager, and Bob, his side show (a play on the Simpson's) ARE truly some of the greatest people I've done business with and actually consider them special FRIENDS of mine because they genuinely care, take pride, and make it important to really KNOW the clientele. Most people don't realize this place is also a self storage center. I didn't know it, and I have lived less than a mile away from the location for more than twelve years! I was able to view to options for storing my home items, get set up with a unit, and have a load already in the unit within an hour. On top of that, the hours are awesome! Being able to load in until 9pm is great, especially since I work in San Diego and can't always get back to the area with any decent time to do other thing. Alfonso is great! This establishment saved my skin! I arrived there in a panicked state after my community manager intimated eviction, saying that my new camper van was actually a motor home (verboten in my community). I needed a place to park my van while I dealt with the van verification issue at the DMV. A friendly employee, Alfonso, listened to my sad tale and offered a great deal on a short-term lease. I appreciated the fact that I had 24-hour access to my vehicle and that the lot seemed very secure. They arent doing anything about their manager that works that stole my property out of my unit.shes still working there so she can do it to someone else im going to have to hire an attorney i think to get my property back. Not a good place to get a storage unit or park your rv or boat cars trucks. They will get ripped off or tampered with..dont rent there they are theives.selling the unit for 500.00 cheap still alot of new and nice stuff in there can get more than 2000 for it. read more

Do not store your property here. My boat was broken into by a homeless person who was living in my boat and storing his belongings. Luckily the guy in the spot next to my boat reported him. The fence that surrounds the facility is not structurally sound. Anyone can walk onto the property at anytime and steal your stuff. read more
