    Let there be light... in the kitcheKept putting off this project for some time and wanted to call up the experts who do this type of work day in and day out. After reading some reviews and doing a little bit of searching I came across Lightening Bug Electric. They were local and had an easy way to get scheduled. Cody came out and took a look at our situation and recommend wafer LED lights to brighten up the kitchen and strategically place lights so that certain areas were well lit like the stove, dishwasher and coffee area. He set expectations and got us on the calendar. Hunter and Leyton showed up promptly this week, brought their own floor mats and shoe coverings and spent a couple hours doing the install. We have been so pleased with the work we wished we'd found Lightening Bug earlier. We had gotten estimates in the past and it was all over the board but want to say the folks at this company care about taking care of customers. Our kitchen looks amazing and we'd definitely hire them again for our next project. Cutting a hole in the ceiling and fishing lights thru joists in not a simple job although one can do it themselves, I'd recommend calling up the experts who are licensed, insured and experts in handling electrical work. Shout out to the great team at Lightening Bug Electric, they took on a big job for us and did it professionally. Super happy with the workmanship and overall project cost for service.

    Lightning Bug Electric responded super quick and got us set up for service right away. Steve and his apprentice were beyond great! If I could give them 10 stars I would!! They immediately identified the problem with my pool light and timer, rerouted some electricity, suggested I get a color-changing bulb to replace the dead bulb, continued working while I ran around the corner to pick up the bulb, replaced the pool light, and installed a new timer in 90+ degree weather! I kept the water and Gatorade coming because they were working hard & sweating bullets! Steve is hilarious and personable - fellow veteran - and even invited me to his American Legion Post for the karaoke night he hosts! His apprentice (sorry I can't remember his name) was very polite and he will be well-trained working under Steve. The work was excellent! The cost was reasonable! I would definitely hire them again!

    I purchased an expensive Savoy Lightening Fixture,#3483508 from Progressive Lightening on Barrett…read moreParkway on 3/5/26. The fixture was picked up on 3/13/26. I had someone install the fixture at my expense on 3/14/26. Half way through the installation one of the end pieces was welded together so it could not be used. I immediately contacted the store and spoke with the Sale Person, Linda Parker. Gave her the part # and she told me they had a replacement part in the warehouse and I would be able to get it in a day or two. The individual who was installing the fixture (4 of us) we also noticed that the fixture itself was crooked (appeared to be welded incorrectly). In addition, when trying to insert the bulbs all of them were crooked and would not stand up straight in the socket. Once again I contacted Progressive and this time I spoke with the manager, Carol and I was told they would send a replacement light to be installed. During the time I waited for a replacement light I had surgery so I had to push the service date back a few days. When the new fixture arrived it also had the same piece welded together that could not be used and the replacement light also had the same issues as the original fixture. I requested the service individual to please remove the damaged fixture and take it back to the store. I was told he did not have a service order to take down the fixture only to swap out the fixture. I called the store again and spoke with Carol the manager and requested a refund be issued. She told me I needed to return the light before any refund. I explained to her that Progressive should be responsible for taking down the light and returning it to the store. It was a faulty fixture!! She told me absolutely not!! At that time I got quite upset and told her I would find out the owner's name and give them a nasty review pertaining to their unsatisfactory customer service. She immediately stated she would discuss with the Operation Manager. Once again no return calls from them and I had to follow up on the status. This time Carol said they would put in a service order but they wanted me to look at a couple of the other lights. On 4/22/26 a new service individual came out and brought two other fixtures. The same piece was welded together and the entire fixtures were crooked and light bulbs would not align up straight. This time the service individual did remove the hanging fixture. I once again called spoke with Carol and requested two credits to my credit card. She stated before she could refund the money the service request would need to be completed. I specifically asked if she needed my credit card number and her reply was that they already had the two purchases and it would automatically be refunded to my account. After several days allowing for the credit to appear on my account I called again and spoke with Carol (in the background) and I was told they needed my account number. I reminded her that on 4/22/26 she specifically stated that she had all the necessary information. So today is 5/6/26 and Progressive Lightening still has not issued any refund in the amount of over $1,300 plus!! Yesterday I contacted my credit card company and filed a disputed claim. I purchased this fixture because I liked it and was willing to pay the price for it. However, I did not want a damaged fixture and I felt that Carol the manager maybe at the direction of the Operation Manager was forcing me to look at two more additional lightening fixture before refunding my money. Why are they putting obstacles in my way and refuse to give me my credit of over $1.300 plus. While you are holding for a representative they brag about their exceptional customer service. I have been treated poorly and any other means I can find I will give this nasty review for Progressive Lightening on Barrett Parkway, Kennesaw, GA.

    Frank came to our house and gave us a quote for Outdoor lights.  We approved and asked him to…read moreproceed with the installation and that is when I realized I was given FALSE information.  The big selling point was - Frank said that he uses LED lights manufactured by AMP (sister company of Volt) which are rated for 10 years (40,000 hours).  However, Frank warrants the lights ONLY for 1 year.  That was a red flag in my mind, but I did not connect the dots at that time.    On the day of installation, the installer Zach showed me the fixtures (see pics attached).  The fixtures with the lights (bullet UL-101 lights and UL-102 lights) were not in a box.  I asked the installer why they were not in a box (are these pre-owned fixtures?).  Zach said they do not get it from their supplier in a box.   Further, the fixtures did not have ANY identification - no manufacturer name, no SKU number... NOTHING.  Only the Chinese knockoff fixtures have NO identification.  Do these fixtures have AMP lights?  The answer is a big NO.   I canceled the installation and gave Frank multiple opportunities to clarify and he continues to be EVASIVE.  Note:  Very cleverly, Frank does not include manufacturer's names on his website....if you think for a minute you would know why....however, we are so busy with our daily activities that we really trust contractors and do not get into these details.       Also, watch out for the reviews for Abulous (many look Fake and Paid for).  If a reviewer has only 1 or 2 reviews and has glowing things to say about your service - it is MOST likely a Fake account!! I see several such reviews for Abulous.   Before you waste your like (like what I did), ask that you want to look at sample fixtures.  Do your due diligence!!

    What an absolutely delightful store!…read more I stopped in to shop for accessories for a client and found an absolute treasure trove of unique pieces- some vintage, some truly antique. I was shopping for a client with midcentury taste who likes pieces with a story behind them, and this was the perfect stop. It's a great mix of time periods and style. I received help from various people working here, and all were kind and generous with their time, even as they let me circle the store for an hour figuring out which pieces I wanted to get. The process of getting items on approval was incredibly easy. I'll be back for future clients.

Interiors Market has undergone (and from the looks of it will continue to undergo) SO many renovations and refurbishing over the last year. Milton, the new owner, and his partner Greg are the friendliest people one could hope to encounter when shopping in such a large warehouse-style shop. But PLEASE don't let the size of Interiors Market intimidate you. Like I said, Greg and Milton are wonderful, polite, and well informed about their craft. Any question I had was met with an enthusiastic response. The store has an incredible and eclectic selection of lighting, home decor, art, and furniture... and it all ranges from antique, to mid-century, right up to today's contemporary trends. Browsing through the shop may take you a whole afternoon, but frequent stops to chat (and laugh and enjoy free cheesecake samples!!!) with Mrs. Hornsby of Hornsby Cakes will not only keep you entertained, but will make you feel more than welcome into the #InteriorsMarketFamily. The staff is energetic and so easy to work with. I can't wait to see what's happening at Interiors Market next time I drop by for a visit (which will have to be soon because that cheesecake is addicting)!
