Supreme pizza had plenty of toppings but very little sauce. I asked for some extra sauce in a cup and was told I would get some but never got it. Service was slow. Had to ask for a box after sitting for awhile then had to go up to the counter to ask for my check then counter person walked away to pick up dishes and was chatting with the bartender while I waited for my check. We get delivery service here. We had a pepperoni and ham pizza and garlic butter wings last night. The pizzas are always good with fresh ingredients and the pizza we had last night lived up to their reputation. The pizzas have just the right amount of sauce for me. Filling and satisfyingly flavorful. Had the white pizza. Best pizza this Jersey Girl has experienced in Florida hands down. Artisan, Mom&Pop and chains do not compare to the crust and sauce here. My husband gad the sausage. I sampled and gooood. The crust us slightly thicker than NY style, but had the texture ,taste. and foldability of the real thing. Yum. I can't comment on the quality of the food because we were ignored. As my wife and I arrived we were asked if we were going to dine in, which was the intention. We were instructed to sit anywhere we wanted and someone would be with us promptly. Approximately ten minutes went by with no attention given to our table. The ordering and delivery process was smooth, the driver even call to confirm the address just to make sure. Which was great! But why I rated this pizza 3 stars is because it was okay and that's just it. I ordered the Brooklyn meat lovers pizza and the cheese was not infused with the toppings correctly. The toppings sat under the cheese and the cheese was not melted, it kinda just sat on the dough, kinda like how cold pizza is. I think lil anthony's uses a lower quality cheese for there pizza. It tastes like something is missing and when it comes to pizza a good quality cheese can make a big difference. It reminded me why I stayed away from little anthony's for a couple years until today. My pizza was a little lukewarm when I got it and I am just 10 minutes away from there shop. They upcharge me for delivery, which the person on the phone taking my order did not mention and if I am paying a delivery fee I expect a hot pizza atleast. read more

Excellent server very friendly and nice we ordered garlic knots and a cheese spinach and mushroom Stromboli I asked for it well done the Stromboli looked kind a black on top and the other half was a little dark brown I chose the darker side and I gave my girlfriend the lighter brown side after cutting it in half and tasting it was ice cold I then proceeded to take the cheese out and it was still shredded in that melted It's a real shame because the atmosphere is nicer than the other one in Mineola and I know they are separate different owners but if they can't cook a Stromboli and melt the cheese inside and burn the outside that's a problem read more

I went there really hungry for some good pie. They usually have a deal with the XL meat lover or supreme pie, costing the same as the large. I went for the meat lover's pie. The pizza was really tasty and hot, too hot to handle with hands for the first slice! I was a little concerned about the service I had only because being a solo there, I felt that I was being passed over to top off the iced tea. It seemed to take a long time to check out too. I will say that the young lady was accommodating to my requests for packaging the leftovers for travel on my motorcycle in her defense. I'll be back with friends. I keep trying to give this local mom and place place chance after chance and they continue to let me down. There will be no more chances. Called ahead and they said 40 min. We arrived in 40 min and they said it wasn't ready yet. As we waited and watched-they made our pizzas and put them in the oven AFTER we arrived. On top of that none of the servers or kitchen staff had masks or gloves on. We would have left but we were picking up for others. After 80 min from our call in they pulled our pizza. out of the oven. All they had to say was "sorry for the wait". I also want to note their oven appears to have 4 doors on it, but they were only using the top one. This probably caused the delay as they couldn't fit our order in the oven. Maybe the over doesn't work - who knows. read more

Where to start! Awful, just awful! Service is horrible, food is horrible. Hasn't always been the case but over the past two months, it has become the norm. One slice of pizza has turned into two in terms of size. Advertise a lunch special for one or two slices of pizza, yet two slices has now equaled the one. Chopped ham instead of sliced ham. Aka salad ham that they couldn't use so they put it on pizza. Couldn't get a refill on our soda for 15 minutes. We politely went and got our own. We will not be back. One star for inappropriate behavior. I asked Siri for the number for Anthony's pizza in Groveland, IN. Unbeknownst to me she gave me Lil Anthony's pizza in Groveland, FL, from which I ordered. When my local pizza shop didn't have my order, I realized my mistake. I called the Florida shop to tell them I made a mistake and apologized. Minutes later a guy called back screaming and cursing. He accused me of multiple false orders ( this is my first offense). In full disclosure, after taking his abuse I did yell "shut the **** up". Childish and inappropriate treatment of someone trying to do the right thing. My local shop told me this happens a lot. Perhaps you could reduce the number of mistaken orders by correcting Siri's info? read more

If I were to just off the comments made at this restaurant I probably wouldn't try it, who wants to WAIT on your food to cook? Uh, I do! It baffles me to hear that their only complaints is how long the food took to get to your table. I personally think I want my food cooked to perfection and brought to me by an extremely nice person that has been yelled at all day but can still smile and make my meal even more enjoyable. The server can't help how long the food takes. The restaurant might not look busy, but they make a lot of to-go's as well as a sweet lady that delivers it right to your door. The wings didn't arrive as ordered and the garlic knots were just a little over cooked. One quick call and was able to speak to the Abby that does work there. I snapped a couple of pictures and asked if she minded if I sent it to her on her phone. She asked me how I would prefer they solve the problem. I told her that I ate there a lot and realize that I sounded like a lunatic with how I want my wings to perfection, (it's also the reason I have it delivered or to-go'ed...). But that's the server in me. I said just keep it and I will order again soon and I also promised not to write a bad comment. She actually talked to someone else and called me BACK! She apologized again and asked if she could have the manager drive them to me themselves! It was so late and I just said thank you and how much that meant to me. New to the area and avoided this place at first because of the reviews even though it is the closest pizza place around. Ordered to go, pizza and wings. The order took about 25 min but it was done by the quoted time. When I got home, the pizza and wings were still hot which tells me the order had not been sitting. Overall the pizza was good, not the best pizza ever but certainly as good as most. The wings left a little to be desired but that's preference since we enjoy wings that have a little crispy skin. Pizza was just average pizza, nothing special. But worthy. I complaint here goes with the salads. I always like a good salad Greek or antipasto with pizza. However in the so-called Italian restaurant can always tell the cheap places. When indicator is that on their high-end Italian salads are Greek they put black olives off the pizza line on my salad. On top of that they put banana peppers again off the pizza line on my salad. The better pizza restaurants will kalamata olives, and pepperonchini pepper. The biggest gripe of it is that the price of the salads would suggest to me anyhow that I should get some high-end items on these salads . It was $8 for a salad that's a little bit bigger than a dinner salad. It's a bit ridiculous, if your skimping on things such as this in an Italian restaurant I can only imagine the cheap pizza sauce and other products you're using to build your pizza..... The food is hit or miss, and the service is always terrible. I really like the pizza, only had bad slices a few times. Also had a few pasta entrees which were also good. Usually we deal with the subpar service because the pizza is good and beer is cheap. Last time we went, I got a salad and asked for the balsamic glaze as dressing. Waitress said no problem. Salad comes out with balsamic dressing, so I said I wanted the balsamic glaze, which is entirely different. She said no, I couldn't have the glaze as dressing, which was the only reason I ordered the salad to begin with and why I asked before I ordered. Wouldn't do it, and I ended up eating hardly any of the $10+ salad. Never apologized or anything, so I think we'll start eating somewhere else. We arrived at 10:50 and waited until 11 for them to open. We ordered "a couple cups" of the soup at the day, which was baked potato and bacon soup. Two giant bowls of soup arrived. The soup was delicious but to much to start a meal. We also ordered a large pizza. We were sat at 11:05 and got our pizza at 12. To long to wait for pizza. The pizza was good and tasted like they know what they're doing.
