Before I could even ask about my order, I was told to "hang on." After waiting several minutes, I was finally asked how I could be helped. When I explained I was there to pick up my to-go order, I was told it would be ready in about two more minutes. Twenty minutes later, I was still waiting. During that time, a group that arrived and ordered after I got there received their food before my order was even ready. I order a crepe burrito deluxe, and it was tastier than I expected. It was warm, flavorful, and a delicious clash of flavors from all the ingredients. I'm going to try and be balanced with this review. Been here several times and my most recent visit was the only negative experience I've had. Let's start with the food. Everything I've had has been consistently good. Everything freshly made and good flavor. They do not offer straight up coffee. It's all lattes and espresso and such. None of it bad. The place is clean and there is plenty of indoor seating. The service though leaves something to be desired. They have QR code menus at the table that don't allow for much in variation and don't cover the entire print menu. We sat down and when we realized this I approached the counter to attempt to order from there. (I had just seen a customer walk in and order at the counter for to go) I was flat out ignored while I stood there. They were not busy. There was one other table of 1 and the to go order. I was forced to use the QR ( they lost money because of this as my order would have been different and larger had I been able to speak to a person). The "waiter" dropped off our food and never came back to check on us until it we were finished and he wanted to clear the table. Borderline rude, at best indifferent. Giving it three stars for the past positive experiences but not sure I'll be back anytime soon. read more

We ordered the savory crepe that had turkey and spinach, the crepe with bananas and strawberries and a cub of strawberries with Dubai chocolate. Friendly service as they bring your food out to your table. All tables were full and think they'd benefit by adding a two person table near the door. I FINALLY tried the Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Cup at Lily's Crepes after seeing it all over my social media, and I get the hype! The chocolate was super smooth and creamy, with kataifi, which I learned is tiny pieces of shredded phyllo pastry. It honestly tasted a lot like regular chocolate to me, but with a little extra texture from the kataifi. The strawberries were perfect because they balanced out the richness of the chocolate. I stole a bite of my husband's Dubai Chocolate Crepe, which was amazing but almost too rich for me on its own. That said, I get that it's a specialty item, but it was pretty pricey for what it was. Definitely a treat-yourself kind of thing. Overall, super delicious and definitely worth trying if you're into chocolatey desserts! When I arrived they had a ton of people there but they did not rush anyone and answered questions that people may have had. They have so many yummy options to choose from. I ended up kindof creating my own crepe. I had had the pie filling with Bristop filling, I also had they 2 eggs with a side of bacon. Last Tuesday, my husband and I visited Lily's Crepes for the first time. The restaurant is very clean and has colorful art on the walls from local artists and upbeat music lightly playing from the speakers. There's also plenty of seating space. An employee helped us at the register and explained what dishes had dairy ingredients and what portion of dairy was in each dish. I was debating between getting a waffle and a crepe, but was informed that there's more butter and milk in the crepe batter than in the waffle batter, so I went with the Lily waffle. However, there was some confusion between the employees on whether Nutella has dairy in it. I should have looked it up but an employee said it didn't have dairy and I said yes to the Nutella. I thought it would be drizzled on the waffle but it was DRENCHED in Nutella. I don't know if they put more than usual amount on because I asked them I take off the cream or if that's the normal amount. Turns out that Nutella has dairy (milk powder). My husband got the French toast platter which actually looked more dairy allergy friendly than what I ordered. However, both dishes were really good and the staff was friendly. I'd go back again and order the French Toast or an omelette without cheese. I do recommend Lilly's Crepes adding vegan, vegetarian, dairy, soy, and nut allergy icons on their menu in the future. Also, it would be nice if they could add plant-based milk, butter, and whipped cream so people with dairy allergies can still enjoy their delicious breakfast options (crepes, French toast, waffles) worry free. My husband is a very quiet man, so when he speaks up to say something tastes really good, I try to pay attention and remember to come back again. This was one of those times. I got a build your own (BYO) with dulce de leche, my husband got Lily's, and our kiddo got the classic. I found the crepe to be incredibly sweet. It wasn't bad, but I guess I wasn't expecting that level of sweetness with just a dulce de leche. I didn't try the classic as I'm not a fan of strawberries, but my kiddo didn't really want more than one bite which was sad. I did try the Lily's since my husband requested his to not have strawberries and it was okay. The cream inside was very rich and it tasted nice with bananas, but I couldn't eat more than one little square. The staff working today were very kind.
