Not gonna lie food was amazing but the worst service period! Wrong protein came out with Lomo Saltado! No apology at all server just told us oh I thought that is what you ordered! Server actually attempted to argue with us. No server skills or hospitality at all! Really sad! The worst part here comes, took approximately 37 minutes to get the chicken to our table. All we were told is a shrug of the shoulder! When dish of protein came out for Lomo dish we just said I'll take the bill and a box to go! Horrible experience. Food is delicious. Portions are pretty huge. The service was good the first time we went, and then it was great the second time. It can get pretty loud in there with music and chatter. My mother in law suggested this place for lunch. The food was excellent. We order the grilled fish and the fried rice mixto and it was delicious. My 2 stars is mostly based on the service I received on my last visit. Depending on the time of day, make sure you do not show up hungry. Have some good conversation points ready, or bring a good book and let your appetite build as you sit and wait for your meal because it may be a while. I unfortunately do not find the staff friendly nor attentive. The food on the other hand is good . It's the only reason I've returned 3 times so far. We called to reserve (they only speak Spanish), told us to just come and put our name down once we are in. 6pm on 01/01/21 Restaurant is packed over 25% capacity that's for sure. I was surprised to see them allowing people to wait inside! We were told 30mns wait. We stepped outside to wait. Had 1h30 To observe staff and clients in the waiting area wearing their mask below their noses sent husband to check after seeing them giving tables to people checking in after us! Food was excellent! I did find 2 shrimp that were NOT clean. They gave a ton of seafood! I'd say this is the best Peruvian restaurant I've been to in Las Vegas. P.S avoid the old male server! He was very rude! I asked a young lady for something because he wasn't passing or checking on my table. When my meal came out, I asked for ceviche juice I'll pay the extra. I thought it was a nice double entendre of lima for lime and lima for Lima the capital of Peru. xD I love Peruvian food and have been to Peru, and wanted to try a sit down Peruvian restaurant in town as many of the other Peruvian establishments in town are fast food/fast casual. The menu at Lima Limon was not as extensive as I hoped, but there was still a large variety of dishes. Service was attentive, though our waiter did not have good English (though I am sure there is always at least one English-fluent waiter available so do not fret if you don't speak Spanish). The food taste so good, it's a must for me when I come to Vegas. I usually get the lomo saltado, ceviche mixto or ceviche de pescado (fish). Today we got the Mar y Tierra and shared with my family (4) and we each ordered our own white rice. Very good. I gave this place 4 stars because of the service. It's always a hit or miss for me. I've experienced more bad customer service than good. The gentleman that took our order today was actually okay not the best but not the worse. IT TAKES FOREVER TO GET YOUR FOOD. In their defense the food is delicious, they seem to be short staffed & it comes out hot! I recommend it as long as you are okay with waiting. I ordered Arroz con Mariscos, which was a seafood fried rice and the Lomo Saltado con Tallarin a la Huancaina. Which was this bomb seasoned steak with Peruvian spaghetti. Everything was bursting with flavor. All different too. I liked that the fried rice had muscles and octopus and all kinds of different seafood in it. Everything was really filling too. So, I'm here with a friend who is visiting and she and I are both Asian and we both love Peruvian food. In fact, we went to 3 different Peruvian restaurants while she was here. I have eaten here before, but it's not my favorite. A lot of friends from out of town know this place too. Full restaurant here, great for groups. They have closed some tables due to COVID, but I think if you have 6 or a few more, they can put you all at one table. Thats a bonus when trying to eat Peruvian in Las Vegas since a few of the other Peruvian restaurants aren't that big. We were able to get seated right away. The place wasn't too busy for an early afternoon dinner/lunch. I ordered the Tallarin Verde con Bistec Medium as pictured with a side of huancaina sauce. I always order this. She ordered some kind of seafood dish. They are pictured. The food arrives in a timely manner. It was as I have come to expect it. It tastes fine, but nothing extraordinary. For mine, though, I think the sauce is too much and too soupy. You can almost drink it with a spoon. Then, comes the steak, it is cooked to Medium very well, but the cut they use has a whole small side of fat on it- you can see it on the picture. Other Peruvian places I go to its all meat. But they win on the huancaina sauce. It is perfect here. Whatever my guest ordered, I remember she toughly enjoyed it. The service is nice, but needs work. Even on a non-busy off rush hour day, I had to call our server over 3 different to refill my water or my guest's water. One of the things also that we noticed was halfway through our meals, a different helper (could have been a server- but only saw them once) came around to the 4 tables around us. The helper asked what I can only assume in Spanish is "how is everything" and "do you need anything?" I did understand the, "muy bien," "gracias," and "nada" responses. But that person asking these patrons this skipped us. If it was a language barrier thing, not sure, but it was nice for all of them, but felt kinda some way about it. My guest noticed it to. All in all, for me, there are better Peruvian restaurants. Like I said earlier, not sure how all the out of towners find out about this place. Big groups- sure, come here. 4 or less, I would probably take them somewhere else. This place, its fine, I can eat here if other people want to, but it would never be my first choice. read more

The calamari here is my favorite of all time!! I always order calamari everywhere and this is the one place where none of it was chewy!!
