Ordered the Piqueo Lima Lemón dish. Really enjoy this restaurant as it's real authentic Peruvian food. Family owned and never disappoints. Would recommend as this restaurant is my favorite! The pique Lima lemón has a variety of classic Peruvian dishes which is perfect for two. I'm always impressed by the authenticity & quality of the dishes and Peruvian decorated filigrees. read more

The wait is longgg which is the main reason for the 2 stars we sat for 40 minutes and did not get any food. If you come here and want to sip drinks before eating then this is your place. But for families the food takes forever and its not worth the wait. We have came here twice and both times we have waited longer then 40 minutes to get our food. Even salchi papas the appetizer came out late. read more

Too bad I can't leave zero stars because I would. We waited over an hour for our food after ordering it. Yes, the restaurant was packed, but they ignored the small tables & took care of the big ones first. Hopefully the big tables left good tips because we did not. The restaurant needs a manager, bus boys and food runners. Don't bother coming if it is busy. read more

This is my first time to Lima Limon and it did not disappoint. My wife had already arrived and ordered to appetizers: fried plantains and a fish like appetizer with a nice tangy lemon sauce. Now, I want Point out that this was my second time having Peruvian food today where as I have not had Peruvian food for over three years. That came to a little bit of a disadvantage for this restaurant in that I was comparing the both of them. However, I still had a great experience. I ordered a fried rice dish with chicken and steak. It was good, but not great. It left me wanting a little bit more flavor. Especially, in contrast to the fried rice dish that I'd had at lunch. That, and the fact that I was already rather satisfied from the tasty appetizers. My wife enjoyed a classic chicken dish that had red onions white rice and french fries with it and was pretty flavorful, so of course I nibbled on that. The one thing that will definitely have me coming back would be the service. Juan, our server, was very warm, inviting, and genuine. A true Peruvian, he showed great hospitality and made good recommendations for us to savor on our first visit. We will definitely be back. read more

I came here tonight at the recommendation of some locals who live near here. They are Peruvian and they told me this would be a delicious and traditional Peruvian culinary experience. I have spent quite a bit of time in Peru and I can vouch that this place is amazing! Do yourself a favor and get here fast! You won't be disappointed. I know Peruvian food as I've dated many Peruvian women in my lifetime and visited the country. Peru is a hidden gem to humanity for their gastronomic contribution to society. This restaurant is the perfect complement for their off-the-beaten-path location and most flavorful Peruvian dishes. Their homemade recipes are a must try if you're ever in Las Vegas. I always make it a point to stop by on my way through Vegas. You don't need to spend money and time to travel all the way to Lima when you can go to Lima Limón while you're visiting Sin City. It'll be a sin for you NOT to eat here. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. read more

Hidden gem of Las Vegas. I don't know what they do to make their food taste so good but you won't leave here on an empty stomach. The service is wonderful, food is fresh and delicious and you can't go wrong with their menu. We got here early on a Saturday and they hadn't finished making their special sauce. Our server, Monica, went out of her way to make sure I got my favorite dish, the pescado al macho. Unbelievably good! read more

I have had Lima Limon bookmarked for several months. I stopped for lunch/dinner and I am so glad I finally made the effort to remove this bookmark. The restaurant was not at all busy at 12:45 with just one other table occupied. I was greeted and seated quickly and I ordered a chicha morada for my drink. I have come to like this drink a lot and look forward to Peruvian restaurants to enjoy more. With the drink, my server brought a complimentary small bowl of cancha, the first time I've gotten this at any of the Peruvian places to which I've been. They're salty and nicely crunchy and they go so well with the chicha morada. My server asked me if I was familiar with Peruvian food and she had a tablet with photos that you could scroll through and pick out dishes. I told her I knew what I wanted just as she was pressing the lomo saltado image. In a short time, she brought the dish to me along with three sauces, green and red aji (both are spicy hot--test before you overdo something. I preferred the green aji. Neither one was too hot for me. I tasted the white, mayo-based sauce and it was too mild. The lomo saltado was very good. The beef was tender and the vegetables with the beef were not cooked too much. The onion and pepper slices had crunch to them and the tomatoes were just warmed through. The rice was flavorful--the fries were standard. When my server asked me about dessert, she said all they had were alfajores and flan. I've had enough flan so I ordered an alfajor. She informed me they only sell them in boxes of eight. I ordered the box knowing I could have one or two--or maybe three--and I could take the rest home. When she brought the plastic box, I asked if they were made in house as they were different from the larger ones I've had before. She said they were indeed made there. These soft cookies are filled with tasty dulce de leche and then liberally dusted with confectioners' sugar. They were excellent! It's lucky any came home with me but five of them did. I am a fan of Lima Limon and I'll be back to try some of their other dishes. The ceviches look very enticing! read more

Coming from LA, I was hooked on lomo saltado. When I moved to Vegas, I was on the hunt for a good authentic Peruvian restaurant. After about 3 or 4 places, I gave up. Until I found this place on yelp, which is conveniently located down the street from meadows mall. I've been here numerous times and order the same thing all the time. Lomo saltado!!! It's a thin pieces of beef cooked with onions, peppers, tomatoes and cilantro. They throw in French fries in the mix to soak up some of the juices. (I do wish that they would use the steak cut fries instead of normal fries, but thats just me). All served with a side of rice!! So so yummy. Tender cuts of meat cooked and seasoned perfectly. Only down side is that they don't serve the green sauce that is a staple in other Peruvian restaurants. They do offer a red hot sauce if you are looking for the extra kick. If you are in the area. I highly recommend this place. The waiters are super sweet and attentive. P.S. I freaking love onions so the fact there there are tons of onions in this dish is a plus!!! Don't be scared by the fact that this is a Peruvian Restaurant. The food here is fantastic and fresh. I'd recommend the Arroz Chaufa Mixto (steak and chicken fried rice; veryflavorful and the portion size is large enough to feed the entire Peruvian Army) and the steak with spaghetti (with green pesto sauce). May sound like a strange mix but both dishes are delicious! Well wortthe drive! read more

The food is great. The burger is made from the same dry-aged prime beef used for their famous steaks, with melted American cheese that adds a touch of nostalgia. The steak sandwich with caramelized onions also hit the spot. They also brought out a generous side of their signature steak sauce, which ended up being used on everything. Tangy, a little sweet, and reminiscent of a German-style sauce I've had before. Very addictive. Save room for dessert, because their hot fudge sundae is no joke. The fudge is so dense... The server recommended the skirt steak which we ordered MR. Also ordered the ribeye, portobello mushrooms fries and the steak tartare to start. I've never seen a steak tartare come out brown as it shows in the photo. I was so hungry, so I tried some, assuming the kitchen wouldn't send out bad raw meat. It tasted ok but the more I kept eating the weirder I felt about the color. We asked the manager if this was a common occurrence as my experience with steak tartare had never been this way. She said that it shouldn't come out brown and said she'd take it off the menu. She then later came back to explain that the lime juice that's in the marinade oxidizes the raw beef so that's why it's brown... which is an acceptable answer I suppose? It just felt weird bc I couldn't find any photos of browned steak tartare on google when looking up the restaurant menu. The steaks we ordered MR came out. The ribeye was cooked decently but the skirt steak was more on the rare side so we had to send it back for an oven heat up for 1 more minute. I enjoyed the skirt steak but it was too sweet to enjoy the whole thing. Cooking it in the oven for another minute made it even sweeter. It tasted like over sweetened Korean galbi in steak form. I'd say the portobello fries was my favorite dish and decided to take the rest to go to pick at in the hotel. After dinner we were given the dessert menu which didn't really call out to me, but since we told the server it was our anniversary, they gave us complimentary sorbet which was very nice. I liked the sorbet quite a lot but I was pretty full so didn't get to enjoy much of it. The gesture was kind though. At the end, the steak tartare was not taken off our receipt so we had to ask for that to be taken off since the manager told us she'd do that. The server gladly obliged. I believe she was Latina with a ponytail if that helps at all working Saturday evening of Labor Day weekend at 6PM. All in all, the experience was not as great as my husband's first time at the Henderson location - he said the cuts were so much bigger before and the ambience of the Henderson location was more fine dining-esque. But the economy is tough lately so I figured the quality could've easily gone down. Because the price points were very reasonable, I thought it was up to par with what we paid. Probably won't go back unfortunately but it was great to try it out. The plaza it is in is called Trivoli(?) and I thought it was a cute spot with a lot of shops. Although everything was closed by 8, we walked around to digest a little and enjoyed the evening.

Talk about a taste bud triumph! The ceviches tres sabores were a true hit parade of flavors - each one leaving us craving more. And let's talk portions; they don't skimp here. As if that wasn't enough, we ventured into the realm of meat heaven with a plate that boasted not one, not two, but a smorgasbord of steak, chicken, beef heart, sausage, and pork chop. Suffice it to say, we had enough leftovers to feed a small army. Now, onto the only hiccup of the evening: the service. It was slower than a sloth on a Sunday stroll, but hey, with only two folks holding down the fort during peak hours, it's forgivable. Despite the sluggish service, you can bet your bottom dollar we'll be back - if only for another round of that divine ceviche. For a long time I had been looking for a Peruvian restaurant in my area and now I found it!. This is my first time in this place; was amazing and the food that I tasted was very good and at the same time the taste of the food, made my mind to fly to my lovely country. Tried this Peruvian Restaurant last night. Had dinner with my husband. Price wise, its ok . Price is affordable. Food is good. I like all that we ordered. Its spanish name so I didnt get to remember but its mixed with chicken, meat and liver cooked medium well and in big servings too. Definitely will recommend it to friends and families. And we'll return to this place if I want to eat Ceviche coz im a ceviche lover. read more

Out of the limited amount of Peruvian restaurants in LV. I believe this is the closest it gets to home-made Peruvian meals. The staff are always friendly, the size of the entrees & dishes are really generous and the fact that they do CARRY OUT is a plus! read more

What makes this even more disappointing is that I've sat and dined in many times and observed how other customers who speak Spanish are treated. They are greeted with smiles, kindness, and generosity, while I receive the complete opposite experience. It's hard not to feel like I'm being treated differently because I don't speak the language. I didn't want to leave a negative review because I genuinely enjoy the food and have continued to support the restaurant, even leaving tips because the food is that good. However, I'm tired of being treated this way. No customer deserves to feel unwelcome or disrespected. Sadly, I will not be returning. I'll be looking for another Cuban restaurant where I can enjoy a meal without feeling judged or unwelcome.
