We tried the Street Corn Appetizer, Queso and Chips, Birria Tacos, and a Carne Asada Taco. They take your order at the front counter and then give you a number to go grab a table with. That's when you notice the bar full of toppings!!! The bottle display of Tabanero and the bowls of salsa... with of course LIMES!! We grabbed some Peach Bourbon Tabanero and Suave Salsa. Let me just start with... everything was delicious and soooo flavorful. You can taste how fresh everything is prepared and just as ingredients. They brought out the items as they were ready and we grubbed out!! The street corn is a nice pop of fresh veggies and seasonings - pro tip - you dont need to order extra chips if you can somehow wait for your main entree to come - both tacos came with chips. The queso was a little bland... but introducing the bar of extras - we added some peach bourbon Tabanero and fresh lime... ZINNNNNGGGG!!! Both tacos were phenomenal!! The carne asada was succulent. I visited Lime for the first time and was really disappointed with the service at the front counter. The person taking orders was rude and unhelpful--any time we asked a question about the menu, her response was simply "I don't know." As a first-time guest, that set a negative tone for the whole experience, we didn't even order because of this. The front counter is the first impression customers get, and it plays a major role in whether people feel welcome and want to return. I'm sharing this feedback in hopes that management can improve training and ensure staff are prepared, friendly, and able to guide guests through the menu. read more

I decided to eat here since I wasn't in the mood for anything else around this area. The food wasn't terrible although it was probably not as good as it usually is. I sat outside which was kind of nice. However, the manager was rude and unfriendly. I had a container of napkins on my table and he literally took the container off of my table. He then gave it to the table next to us. He didn't ask if I was finished with them or if I would like to take some napkins out of the container. He just swiped it off the table and placed it on the table next to mine. Really? Is this what customer service is about nowadays? This guy needs some additional training. Awe this spot was sweet just like the cream they serve with the churros in the kids meal. Now don't beat me up as not sure they come with a regular desert order but definitely with the kids meal. The service provided here was top notch and customer forward. Decided to try Lime Fresh Mexican Grill after work cause I've been holding on to a free taco offer from them for the past five months and it was about to expire. The restaurant had a chill ambiance with adequate seating inside and outside; offering a variety of quick bites such as appetizers & sides, salads & bowls, tacos, burritos, quesadillas,kids menu, desserts, cold beverages, margaritas, and beer. A nice male employee took my order of a chicken soft taco (free item) and two beef soft tacos with a large strawberry margarita. The tacos was topped with lettuce, cheese, and pico de Gallo ( minus the sour cream). I sat at an available table and my order arrived a few minutes later. The chips was nice and crunchy. The tacos were made fresh and even though I preferred the chicken taco better, it all was delicious. The strawberry margarita was refreshing, not too strong, but gave you a nice buzz.. There is a station by the fountain drink machine where you can help yourself to a variety of salsas and hot sauces. Definitely enjoyed the food and may return whenever I need a quick bite. We came planning to eat a full meal. We started with chips and guacamole and chips and queso. We didn't quite realize this was a quick service, not a full sit down restaurant.... But that's not the end of the world. Not to knit pick, but the chips were seasoned very aggressively.... Neither of my girls would eat them and I found them hard to stomach. First came out was the guacamole which was a generous size portion enough for two. Than came the burritos the quality of the meat was excellent. This was actually my second time trying Lime Fresh. I'd say it's just alright. I was having a serious craving for nachos and wanted something close by. They helped to curb but didn't fully satisfy my craving. Lime Fresh offers quick and easy ordering where you select a seat and your food comes out shortly after. I love being able to grab something in a flash. So yes, I ordered the nachos with which I asked to add queso and chicken. They came topped with refried beans, quac, sour cream, pico de gallo and lettuce. The queso was a nice addition, but the refried beans kind of over powered everything and the pico could've been drained a bit better because my chips got pretty soggy before I was a few bites in. I also think they unfortunately forgot the jalapeños, and because no one came by to ask how my meal was I never was able to inquire. Anyway, I made up for it by heading to the sauce bar. Their sauce bar offers a variety of salsas and they also have bottled hot sauces. I felt that a lot of the salsas were kind of bland, but I will say the pico de gallo was pretty good. It tasted great on top of my nachos (and I obviously added some extra from the sauce bar). Overall I just wasn't "wowed". Again, I got my fix, but I left wanting more. More flavor, more spice. I also thought that for the level of food and service, almost $18 for nachos and a drink is kinda wild.
