I had to redo everything in the car and noticed the smashed produce and bread in the middle and bottom of the bag. She put all of the other heavier items on top of them including cartons of milk and eggs. This employee has been there the last 3 times I've gone. So I filled out the contact form on the website about the terrible customer service and NEVER received a response. In addition to the awful customer service (only from this 1 employee), several times the produce I bought ended up rotting way too quickly. Their healthcare section just got downsized a lot too.
