CLEARANCE is a hoax! I'm a relative newbie to Sprouts. I I saw their clearance section, and got a couple items. They were marked "Clearance". I paid for all the items and looked at the receipt when I got home. I paid full price for all the clearance items. Not good. This has happened to my bf there as well. Imagine how many times people don't catch this? BEWARE- make sure your Clearance items are being rung up correctly. read more

A friend of mine was coming to dinner and alas she has certain dietary needs. Naturally, I had heard of Sprouts but had never found a reason to visit . Until this week! I was impressed with how clean and well organized the store is. I came in for just one item: vegan feta cheese. Of course I found it and quite a few other items that I didn't necessarily need yet called out to me. Dates, rice cakes, garlic and red pepper hommus, fresh blueberries and tuscan veggie slices. I was curious about these items and felt comfortable enough to purchase them. The store layout is easy to navigate and very inviting; quite unlike the more mainstream markets. I don't know what I was expecting, but the deli is on par with Safeway. Almost no vegetarian options in the prepared food. No sandwiches at the deli. Though they did have Hummus as a meat choice. Hate to say it, but vegetarians should stick to Whole Foods if you're on the road and need a quick bite in a sea of strip malls. read more

Sprouts is usually one of my go-to grocery stores, especially because of the deli. It feels like as of lately the service from the deli counter has been declining though. Today when I bit into my turkey sandwich there was plastic in my sandwich & behold there was big piece of plastic wrap in between my turkey slices. I am very disappointed. The last time I ordered a sandwich they included mustard on it which I dislike & I did not request it. A prior time I asked for extra turkey & there was no extra turkey added but I was charged for it. I still like Sprouts, but this decline in deli performance is definitely making me rethink my frequency as a shopper here. read more

The deli department at this store takes their sweet time to make a sandwich , spent my Whole lunch here waiting for my #1 sandwich and to top it off when I opened it up it had , mustard , mayo , bacon , avocado and tomato . The management at the store is absolutely horrible! I only live a few blocks from this Whittier location but will drive to La Habra because it is absolutely horrible here. They are either not stocked well or things are a mess they no longer discount eggs like they used to they are very snooty and I'm very upset and I totally understand why they have such a poor rating. read more

I visited this location recently looking for the Halloween 2025 Brogueire's chocolate milk. I only found non Halloween branded bottles. However one of their employees noticed I was looking for something and offered assistance. They looked in the back as well and they found not only 2025 Halloween bottles but 2023 bottles! Currently boycotting Walmart in support of Immigration reform. I never shop at Sprouts. I have been at this location only once before about a year ago and noticed how clean & stocked they were. Tonight I came because I needed a few items to complete a Valentine's gift for my best friend. I just wanted to say how sweet and lovely the woman at the self checkout was. I don't know her name, but she was wearing a black face mask and wore glasses too. As I walked out with my purchase she said "Have a nice evening". I got startled and got my receipt ready to show it to her but then I realized what she said. I'm so triggered because Walmart always asks to see your receipt upon leaving and makes their customers feel like criminals. Great location excellent support staff. All that deserves 5 stars. The 3 stars for for the lack of consistency and operations. The have the best fresh market salads and for some ridiculous reason they place the dressing upside down on the bottom. This is not very conducive for those people who purchase these salads for lunch for a quick bite. The packaging is wasteful if you are like me and have to repackage it. Their packaging is off on the cold cuts as well. They should prepare smaller packages for someone who is just looking to purchase a half pound or less. This store is super clean and as I mentioned the staff is helpful and friendly. Please rethink the fresh food packaging. read more

Always enjoy shopping sprouts, never had a problem at any of their locations. This is not the usual location/s I shop. Yesterday purchased 3 premade deli sandwiches & wine. 1 sandwich was eaten on 9/8- all good, today I opened 1 of the other sandwiches and saw bite marks on 1/2 of the sandwich. DISGUSTING!!! and unacceptable. How can this happen? I am in disbelief and will NOT be returning to this location. I will also have to do their job to check any premade food going forward. My favorite grocery store. I value quality meat and produce and Sprouts offers the best in my area. I drive an hr (to and from sprouts) every weekend for the quality. I only give them 4 stars because their curbside needs some improvement. I have waited over an hour at curbside twice this past year which is disappointing and frustrating because the purpose is convenience. Every single time I order one, it's the same story--stale bread that could practically double as a frisbee and wilted lettuce that looks like it gave up on life days ago. It's quite a letdown considering your reputation for fresh produce. I really wanted to enjoy my lunch, but these sad sandwiches are making it impossible. Please, Sprouts, step up your game. I love going to the sales section to see what they have. I appreciate the bulk spices and coffee but it's hesitating to buy in bulk since the spices and coffee beans are definitely cheaper at other stores (ex: whole peppercorns at Homegoods); granted, the spices and coffee smelled super fresh. They also have unique selections that other stores may not have, like a variety selection of kefir, tea, or many ice cream options that do not include dairy. Sometimes Trader Joes is the more convincing place to shop, though. Overall, Sprouts is a great place to check out, especially when items are on sale (which is in that one section but also all throughout the store). read more

I went to get a sandwich from this place after my morning gym session. Sprouts is usually my go-to for something healthy, but unfortunately, the girl who made my sandwich didn't know how to make it properly. I ordered it on sourdough bread, but she put it on white bread instead. The sandwich was plain even though I ordered a number 8, and there wasn't enough mustard on it, or at least not nearly enough. It wasn't wrapped in sandwich paper, just one, and it was cut through. Instead of wrapping it again, she put the sticker on top of the cut. I'm genuinely very disappointed and hope someone helps her next time, or she asks for help. Also, they don't have a toaster anymore? Like, why is it that they are the only Sprouts I know of that has no toaster? Not happy with my visit at all. Please do better. read more

Of course, not everything is perfect, but most experiences and products I've had here have been wonderful--from the competitively-priced organic produce to the orgasmagical granola in the bulk section. Lately, I've been enjoying the sandwiches from the deli. A sandwich with the usual fixings is $4.99, and adding premium meat from the Boar's Head case is only $1 extra. While feeling sentimental over my late grandpa's liking for organ meats, I custom-ordered his favorite braunschweiger sandwich with their liverwurst to honor his birthday. A kind clerk, Kaitlyn, took my order and carefully crafted it to the specs I requested. I gagged with hesitation after unwrapping my sandwich, but I could hear my grandpa telling me that it will put hair on my chest. I've been here 3 times, trying to give this store a chance but I mainly leave with nothing or just purchasing water. You would think that all Sprouts stores are the same but this one doesn't have a grinder for fresh nut butters, nor do I even see fresh nut butters being offered. Staff isn't as friendly or knowledgeable as I'm used to and they just didn't care- they just work there! They never answered my question nor ask someone else. Even the ambiance reflects their customer base, service and their vibe I won't be back at this location.
