From the moment we walked in, the hostess acted like our arrival was an inconvenience, despite greeting customers being the job description. Our server was pleasant enough, but completely lacked enthusiasm for the product. At one point, when discussing an item, the response was essentially, "If you don't like it, you don't have to eat it." Fair enough--but that's light-years away from the hospitality we experienced just a few months ago. The self-serve stations have apparently changed, and several items now have to be ordered through the server. That's perfectly fine, but it would've been nice if someone had explained that at the beginning of the meal instead of us discovering it near the end. Then there were the bathrooms...
