The food was top notch. The service was great. The ambiance felt expensive I loved everything about it.

The food was tasty and hot. I ordered pick up, so I can only speak about the to-go process. I would recommend.

It was the in between time of late lunch 2:30-3pm so we thought we would miss the Sunday afternoon church rush. The parking lot and restaurant was full but didn't let it scare us. Only had to wait 5 mins. Don't let the full restaurant fool you. The wait staff checks in often and moves tables very fast. Pro tip- you can hang outside and check out the koi fish in the pond to kill some time Sat down and drinks came out fast ordered dim sum which came out in the cute steam baskets first. Shrimp Shumai and pork bao buns were so good. My kids asked for seconds We also ordered the sweet and sour chicken, spicy eggplant/tofu, shrimp& broccoli and the combination fried rice. Everything was perfectly seasoned with the exception of the sweet and sour chicken. It was very bland. Next time I want to order the orange peel chicken instead. Looked good and now we know! So much food we'll have leftovers for a few days. Score!

My daughter and I cannot recommend this restaurant. It was better 15 years ago…read more It is too westernize now; meaning the food is more cater/made for western taste. When you walk in up to the restaurant, the view of ponds with large koi fish was very welcoming, however as soon as you open the door/walk in...it's a chaos of sports on tv and western music that will burst your burst your tranquility from the front of the restaurant. The restaurant was busy since it was lunch. We were seated right away. However it took the waitress a few before knowledge our small table. The waitress was in a hurry and look like she already had a bad day. She asked quickly what we would like the drink and we said water and hot tea but ask what type of tea they have? She mumble something I could not understand. So my daughter ask for green tea. We started off with appetizer as usual. Shrimp toast, chicken wrap, Asian bbq ribs then a cup of hot & sour soup. Main dish were Moo Shu Pork and Mongolian beef. Soup came out first...it was lukewarm. Cup was hot but soup was lukewarm. It was vinegary and salty. This is the first time I had seen/tasted imitation crab meat in a hot and sour soup. I'd flag the waitress down to let her know the soup was cold and if she can bring me another or warm it up for me. She gave me an annoying look and took the soup back to the kitchen. The Asian bbq ribs come out then the shrimp toast a few minutes later. The shrimp toast looks appealing. The shrimp were whole shrimp on top of bread, fried bread. It was ok...no real taste and a bit greasy. There were too much honey and chewy/tough for the Asian ribs. My soup comes back hot to touch... which means it was microwave...but not an issues; what was is ...it was still lukewarm soup. I try to finish it but couldn't. Soup needs to be hot; especially hot & sour soup. The chicken lettuce wrap was delivered. It was again salty; no real taste, except for the salt. A lot of mushrooms over powering the this dish. Keep in mind we had a small table and dishes are pilling up. It took a few before anyone came to pickup the plates. Half way through our appetizer, the waitress dropped off Togo boxes with a bag right after the chicken wrap was dropped off.... Staying it's for later. So we went ahead and packup the appetizers into the Togo boxes to make room. The main dishes came out about 10 minutes later. My daughter was very surprised by her Mongolian beef. It looks more like pepper steak then Mongolian beef. Most Mongolian beef are cook with green onions, yellow onion, garlic, sesame seeds and large slices of beef...some with a little sauce other dry so this is a the first for us to see a Mongolian beef looks like that. It was again too salty. There was more bell pepper than beef. The beef was slice small. The moo shu pork come out already wrap?? Which confuse me. Most of the time the thin rice pancake is on the side and moo shu pork is a little sweet and savory that comes with plum sauce so you can spread as little or lot of plum sauce into the rice pancake then top it off with moo shu pork. Since it was all roll up...it was very messy trying to pull it open to put the plum sauce. The dish lack favors...it had a char like taste. Usually moo shu pork is very flavorful and fill with flavorful juice from the ingredients like cabbages, bamboo, onion, mushrooms and eggs. There was no favor except a char taste. I have eaten here before a long time ago and it's definitely not the same taste/food and experience. We pack the food home so we can get a second opinion from other family members and the results were the same. I would never recommend for anyone looking for Asian cuisine. But if you like America/Asian cuisine/atmosphere then this is a place for you.

I will give this place credit, for being a AYCE dim sum spot (if you make a reservation and pay in…read moreadvance for the spot), and somewhere that we can full fill our cravings what may not be the very best but it's good enough! Now let me tell you, I did implant myself from So Cal (sorry!) so I definitely know good dim sum aka Westminster's Seafood Cove #2 being one of the top tier spots. But this was decent to satisfy!! We came here to celebrate my brother in law's birthday. It's a decent sized place! You basically tell them your orders and they will bring it over to you. We ordered the usual things via dim sum; shu mais, pork buns, shrimp rice rolls, short ribs, stir fried noodles for my kids and some veggies option. They even had a dessert cart included which was pretty nice to have! The total vibe on this place is essentially your typical Chinese food joint haha. Workers were really nice and accommodating with our loud kids, mainly my baby parking was ample and shared with other businesses, we would come back again.

Yes, it is really a YES, until that late!!!! Longer hours to enjoy their hot and some are warm delicious Dimsum selections. We just found out about this on Instagram posted by Masked Foodie of San Antonio (@salunchador) and we're glad we visited yesterday. I've been here before like years ago and though the food was decently okay back then, the place was honestly a mess, unorganized and looks slovenly chaotic. I understand that was a busy lunch hour when I visited but it was just a mess. But extremely glad yesterday that (forgot to take a photo) even their sanitary rating is now on the upper A/90s. Service is also extremely impressive, Celia the manager really made sure all guests including us are taken cared of the best they can. There's also this young Asian lady who even brought us a cup of rice and lemon slices though we just realized we could get it ourselves. All service staff especially those with the Dimsum carts including the young lady with a cart full of loose tea leaves selections are extremely warm and cordial. Kudos to Celia who told us that they just started this AYCE Dimsum on weekends about a month ago. Just hope more elite yelpers would come and visit and see how Celia turned this Wok Inn around, though there's still a lot that can be improved as per ambiance of the place but food and service are totally on point, and cleanliness is guaranteed now since the high sanitary rating they got now. Dimsum here is comparable to Golden Wok and besides one person could pay even more there since you end up eating a lot plus the drinks. Here, all drinks even hot tea is included on the price. They also have roasted duck, delicious too!!! We'll definitely be going back, our niece and friends are coming in for a visit from out of town next month and they would surely enjoy it here.

We were seated right away but it was about 15 mins before someone came to our table to greet us and provide water. Once we ordered the waiter was very attentive. She provided us a palette cleanser (the spoons) which tasted like a lemon spice. It was really nice but had a kick at the end. We also ordered the probiotic appetizer which was gut healthy fermented veg. I wasn't a big fan of it, but my friend loved it. We also ordered the cilantro coconut guacamole and corn tortillas. This was very interesting! I've never had fruit in my guacamole. I loved it. And the corn tortillas were fresh and homemade. Next, I ordered a saffron date golden milk. They offer this hot or chilled. I got the chilled version. This is to die for if I could drink this every day I would. It is very comforting and as you drinking it, you get this like warmth all over. The spices are very balanced and it comes with oat milk so it's creamy. For the meal I order the akaushi beef tacos. Which was Barbacoa over a cashew cream trust with fermented, cabbage, and cilantro. It also comes with a side of salsa. These tacos were very filling and delicious. The flavors pair up so well. I did add some of the gauc to it for a more creamer taste. Overall, the food experience was a 10 out of 10. I am gluten-free and the whole restaurant is 100% gluten-free! They have vegetarian options and from what I could see also dairy free. If you're trying to expand your taste buds, this is definitely a place to try. The only thing I didn't like was the chairs lol the edge of it was so uncomfortable because it was putting pressure into my legs my friend said the same thing with her chair.
