I am so happy I overslept and missed breakfast at my hotel because it allowed me to try Lincoln Square. My sever was friendly and brought over water immediately followed by the coffee I ordered. I love that they have a variety of flavored creams on the table (a lot of restaurants have stopped doing this). I ordered the veggie skillet and added ham with pancakes as my side. You can get toast, biscuit or something else as your side. But with pancake in the name how could I not try the pancakes. My food came out fast, hot and delicious. I will absolutely be back when I'm in the area.

Living close by to this location, I had never really assumed much of it by its low key curb appearance. Luckily, I had a more seasoned Indy native bring me here. The inside is very nicely kept and feels inviting. Lincoln Square Pancake House seems to be a rather popular place, with several locations through the greater Indy area. Food, and any service otherwise, came around very quickly and they seem to have a wide array between breakfast, brunch and lunch options. I got the breakfast tacos which come with queso and guacamole on the side. They say that the queso is spicy, but that doesn't really seem to be so, in my spice-sensitive opinion. I could see myself coming back to this location since I'm just around the corner, and I'd recommend others to do the same if they have one close to them!

I love Lincoln Square Pancake house and I go at least once a month. It's almost like I "need" to go. They are the GOAT for keeping breakfast and brunch affordable. Consistent quality of service and food. It's been over 3 years since my first review, and over time I have come here more often. I love the big mug for the coffee too. I always order the same skillet but this time I chose something lighter for my stomach. grilled chicken scrambler was a great choice. It came with a cup of fruits and everything was great.

Service was excellent. I went there with my mom Saturday morning. We were seated quickly and the food came out hot! I told the waitress that this was the first time I actually smelled my pancakes as they came out. They were so good! Bacon was good... you get quite a few slices for your money!! I loved that they squeeze orange juice fresh. It was packed on a rainy day. I would definitely recommend this spot!

I was in Indianapolis for one morning. Before coming, I spent some time on Reddit, Yelp, and some other sites wanting the best breakfast in town. Lincoln Square Pancake House was frequently recommended. However, I'm sorry to say my experience this morning didn't live up to the hype. I was there early (around 7:30a) and it was practically empty. Although seated promptly, my waitress didn't have the best attitude. For example, when I asked which I should have between an omelette and a scramble... Her response was, "they're basically the same thing". Oh, okay then. Oh, and by the way - No, they're not. I ordered coffee and water to drink, but never got my water. Food came out quickly, and there was nothing "wrong" with it, it just wasn't anything to "write home about". I expected more given the reviews and recommendations. In a word, it was average. Lastly, you check out at the front of the restaurant, and I was kept waiting too long despite three visible employees and a pretty empty restaurant. One plus: it has a nice, casual, diner feel, which I liked.

Food was amazing! I had the Biscuit platter with Biscuits & Gravy with Hash Browns. The biscuits were fluffy, the gravy was tasty, and the hash browns were very good! Service was lacking, though. I was seated quickly, my order was taken in a reasonable time, a food runner brought my plate quickly, and it went downhill from there. I tried to flag my server down for Tabasco sauce and ketchup, as the bottle on my table was empty. I finally gave up and just did the best I could. I was in a corner and no other servers or staff passed by my table. I had to go to the register to pay - I never received my check. I will definitely try again - the food is drawing me back. Hopefully the service was a one off.

Solid breakfast and lunch place. Came for work ate breakfast here twice once in a booth once at the counter. Ate 3 meals prepared here. All times it was pretty busy. Bottom line it is pretty good. The staff is fast, competent and polite, seating a bringing water pretty quickly upon arrival. I ate breakfast omlettes with pancake and bacon. The bacon is thick and crunchy. The pancakes were medium to large, hot and fluffy. The omlettes I had were 2 egg meat lovers came with hash browns, which was good and hit the spot. I also had a spicy pork omlette which I didn't like the flavor but the smell and presentation were both good and delivered relatively fast. I also ordered an Angus cheeseburger to go that was also solid. All beef patty, great soft roll, topped with red onions, tomatoes and American cheese. Sorry no pictures of the burger, but both breakfasts looked very similar. This place is like my parent's Chevy dependable. Some flash, mimosas, but I'd guess most come for the solid food and great service.

SECOND day I went my food looked bad(picture on bottom) The bad picture was the new plate received after complaining . FIRST day food was prepared good(picture on top). It's a 50/50 with them. I get up extra early, to eat breakfast by myself before work. And my food looked like thatI didn't ask for a refund, I just left. It was a very unfortunate way to start my day.

This is a cute breakfast diner near the hospitals. Food is pretty good and the seasonal specials keep it interesting throughout the year. I enjoyed my breakfast. Service was quick. OJ tasted very fresh!

Not where we intended to end up after an appointment at Eskenazi but happy we did. The parking lot was full but this restaurant was pretty much empty. We were immediately sat and our server greeted us. We both ordered the exact same thing. Tea , BYOO with ham, bacon and cheddar cheese. Hash browns cooked crispy. And french toast. The omelette was full of ingredients and a really good size. I took half mine home and had it for breakfast the next morning. They did an amazing job on the hash browns. They were actually very crispy. I'm laying off the carbs but I ate all the has browns. French toast is served with a big dollop of cinnamon butter, super nice. Our server kept the tea filled and the empty plates removed. It was a super brunch.

This was far from my first time at Lincoln Square. I went to IUPUI, so Lincoln Square was a staple for Sunday morning brunches. However, I haven't been back in a long time so I was glad to get to visit again. We were fortunate to get a table right away! It was the Monday before the 4th of July so plenty of people were off work and eating out. I immediately noticed that there were some new additions to the menu that I had never tried before! As a huge chilaquiles fan, I was pleased to see that there was a dish called the Verde Skillet which is essentially chilaquiles (tortilla chips with salsa verde and eggs on top). It also comes with toast. The food took no time at all. I was very pleased with my meal! The salsa verde was spicy, but not too spicy! The tortilla chips were still crispy enough, and the eggs were scrambled the way I like them. My toast never ended up coming despite us reminding the food runner, but they gave us a discount. I wasn't disappointed in not having toast because my meal didn't need it, but my dad really enjoys corn beef hash on top of toast so he was a little frustrated. However, they made up for it in the fact that my parents' coffee cups were never empty. They were in town visiting my fiancé and I, and their hotel coffee was not cutting it so they were ready for some good coffee! The service was fantastic even considering the toast was missing. Our server and food runner were both friendly and seemed very hard working. The prices of breakfast places have increased so much over the years. It's disappointing because breakfast used to be the meal you could go out for and not break the bank, but that's just not the case anymore. I don't specifically blame Lincoln Square because they have to make their prices comparable to other places, and I understand that the cost of food and labor have increased dramatically. I am sure I will be back in the future. I don't live close enough to make it a staple breakfast option, but it's perfect for when I am meeting people downtown!

Very clean with a fresh looking, contemporary decor. Initially I was put off by the menu seeing that everything was $12.99 or a dollar or two more. I had eaten at another Lincoln Square in Ohio and wasn't impressed but I was told each location is individually owned so I was open to a different experience. I ordered the Meat Lover's Scrambler and once I received my meal, it was worth every penny! Hubby ordered the biscuit and gravy omelet and though he liked it, he said it wasn't what he envisioned and probably wouldn't order it again. I was impressed with the high quality of ingredients, such as the thick, smoked bacon- extra yummy! I typically won't eat link sausage but these were QUALITY sausage links not the fatty, gristly kind you might get elsewhere. The French toast was thick, perfectly cooked with flavor amped up with a delicious cinnamon butter atop them. Coffee was good, service was good and even though this location is 25 minutes from home, I will, without hesitation, make this my one and only breakfast stop! Hubby knows I'm not a breakfast gal but this Lincoln Square has changed my mind. Run, don't walk folks!

This chain restaurant is hit or miss with both service and food quality. Today my server was not around to serve refill my drink or check on me. I am sitting as I type this review waiting on him to get my check and a to go box. I need the box because my meat lover's scramble arrived at the table at room temperature. The hash browns were cold and without any flavor. Obviously they were cooked hours ago as I am eating breakfast at noon. Today, I cannot recommend this place and not sure I will return.

It's also kind of warm - they had a bunch of loud fans going. I don't know if that's just because it's summertime and the building is old and harder to cool or if they had water damage from all the rain and are drying out. It didn't bother me but noting that in case it does bother others.

The area to order coffee was really small and could comfortably fit about 5 people in the line inside the ordering station. There were places to stand in the foyer to wait as well, but in my opinion even though there is an open space in the foyer you could be potentially blocking someone's walking space since the ordering station is next to the entrance and the seating areas are in the entryway. I ordered their seasonal From the Past Latte w/ matcha and whole milk. They mentioned that the wait time to receive the drink was 10 minutes, which was understandable with how busy they were, but to my surprise I actually received my drink in half that time.
