I was never a coffee drinker (I even managed to make it through grad school without it) but the rise of the small, local coffee shop has gotten me hooked. Foxtail initially was my go-to but the quality of Lineage's roasts has me coming back and it is my favorite coffee in town. They have a solid ice latte with a honey simple syrup option (simple syrup they make themselves!). My personal favorite is their white cold brew. Comes in a bottle and has cream, vanilla and honey simple syrup added. Dangerously delicious! Their Colonial location as great WiFi and the clean decor/style lends itself to a great work or study location. read more

My husband and I have been coming to lineage for about 2 years now, Not only do they have the best coffee but the staff is like family to us now. Since day 1 they have always been so welcoming and friendly and I couldnt recommend a place more. read more

First visit to Lineage for me. I tried an Ice Mocha and it was good. I won't say it was better or worse than any other chain coffee shop. Ok well better than Dunkin for sure. I will say the service was friendly and the price was definitely better than other places. So I got an equally tasty drink with great service and no waiting for a better price? Served in a super clean pleasant environment? That's a definite win. I am curious to go try their pour overs and see what they can do with a cold brew. I will have to experiment further and try some other options here to see where the magic is. read more

Glad to see another coffee brand strive in Orlando. I just visited the Colonial location (perfectly located next to Lazy Moon) and shared two great drinks: one of their signature cold brew vegan bottle lattes and a simple, but never disappointing, honey latte with almond milk. Now... I did not appreciate the sitting configuration. Those stools gave me a back-ache just by looking... I understand they want you out of there, but at least Starbucks' have backrest... Just something to keep in mind. I would and plan on coming back! read more

Fantastic and quality roasters!!! They provide all your coffee needs- so glad they now have a second shop for more space! (First location is still located at the East End Market). One of the best cold brews I have ever had (sweetened or unsweetened). They sell their beans in store and offer a bean-delivery service to your home with multiple options as well to keep your caffeine addiction in check. They also do coffee art, which is always a bonus. They have certainly got me hooked! read more

5 Stars for delicious bevvies, a gorgeous aesthetic (yay for more space and a new location!), and lovely staff. I love Lineage at East End Market and now I love Lineage on Colonial! Here are a few things I am digging: - I'm a closet decaf girl (don't judge me!) and this place is proud of their decaf so I don't have to feel silly ordering it. Mmmmm! No coffee snobbery in sight! - They carry a limited array of baked goods from a local bakery (eek- not sure which one) and sometimes have juice from Skyebird available too! - Once you walk in you'll not want to walk out. This spot is pretty, airy, and has plenty of seating and shared tables. I always see folks with laptops out and they just add to the atmosphere :) - The awesome people behind Lineage take care of every last detail! Even the water is special! Check out the tap to the side of the bar and read about their reverse osmosis process (or some other words that I don't quite understand )that they've refined to make the water taste just right! So, overall, I'm so happy Lineage opened up a new shop so that I'm actually perfectly situated between both shops. This is going to be a problem. (The best kind of problem.) read more

Easy to see why this is the coolest new coffee spot in Orlando. With stylish, sleek decor and great coffee it's bound to be a hit. The cashier was very friendly and the line moved fast. Their menu is very limited but they have some great options. I ordered a latte for my boyfriend and they had oat milk which is a cool alternative for people with dairy allergies like my boyfriend. I just got some tea (can't recall the blend). Although the coffee was great and I plan on coming again I might try a different time however. It was a little crowded and the floor plan is tightly knit with tables in small quarters. I do love the concept and the natural lighting though. The fresh flower centerpieces on each table are a nice touch too. Seems like a cool place to meet a friend for coffee. read more

Same great coffee and service, new beautiful aesthetic and space. I've loved watching Jarrett & Justine's vision + business grow and expand. This to me is just another huge step towards their growth. I still love their bottled cold brew but now they have their own place outside of just the East End Market location. They did a really great job creating a beautiful aesthetic and i love that there's a ton of natural light. It's in line with a lot of the trendier coffee shops that are so popular today but this vibe definitely fits my style - more clean / modern / minimal, with a beautiful twist of the giant stained glass feature. Love that they've brought their own flare, uniqueness to what otherwise could have been just another trendy coffee shop (albeit beautiful either way). I also like that they have a few different styles of seating - which i think is super conducive to allowing people to work well, whatever their seating preference. Definitely stop in here if you've never tried their coffee. You'll love the product, appreciate the service, and enjoy the vibe! read more

Good coffee spot, centrally located that offers quality coffee. There's not a lot of places that have caught on to the oat milk trend around but they have since the get. I like that they bring in baked goods from buttermilk as their stuff sells out in store quick. read more

I highly recommend trying this place because they're 5 stars all around. Great great coffee. One of the best coffee places I've been to. The service is excellent, you'll notice that a lot of the people coming in know the baristas and there's a reason - because it feels like a neighborhood place, even to a newcomer like me. Finally, it's a great place to come work or study. There's a lot of space to work, you can choose from a larger table to a smaller more intimate table to a high table to stand and work. There's indoors and outdoors seating as well, and lots of light. Definitely check this place out! read more

This is my new favorite coffee spot in Orlando. Maybe it's the clean white decor that sets this above others, but you can't argue with a tasty cold brew served in a glass bottle. Lineage bottles their cold brew and has one offering called White, which includes cream and a honey simple syrup sourced with local honey. It's smooth. It's just sweet enough. It's perfect. I want to buy a 6 pack. read more

From the moment I walked in the chic minimalistic look and all the natural light stood out to me. Love a good coffee shop that feels airy and bright. I needed a 2pm pick me up and stopped by this location remembering it had opened not too long ago. When I arrived the coffee shop was full but not cramped with no place to sit. I ordered a cappuccino and found a spot at the bar. They offer a similar menu as their East End location but I thought the coffee here was better. I ordered a cappuccino. The style of cappuccino made here is a wet cappuccino, meaning more steamed milk and less foam. I personally love a coffee shop that makes dry cappuccino (less milk, more foam) or at least offers both options. The cappuccino is slightly powered with mocha which was pleasant surprise and a nice touch to the coffee. The taste was subtle and added to the coffee very nicely. However, I felt that the coffee temperature could have been a little warmer. A great atmosphere to read a book, catch up with a friend, or get some work done. Water station available to the right of the barista stand. Plenty of parking available and is right next to the new Lazy Moon. read more

I really like the coffee and hang out space here but detest the service. Every single time I come in the cashier person treats me like I'm inconveniencing them- without fail. This morning after the woman in front of me left (and didn't place an order) the cashier person looked at me up and down and then backed away like he didn't want to help me. Then the manager person right behind him goes "have you been helped" it's like no not yet the guy just ignored me. Then when my coffee was ready he acted like he couldn't read my name as if Cristina was so difficult. I hate to write a bad review because I really like the coffee but why do people have to be such snobs- it doesn't make sense. And no I don't want free coffee or those tokens, just be nice- SIMPLE. read more

Tried the housemade Chai and wow! It was super flavorful without being over-powering in flavor. We were there at Lazy Moon for pizza and then stepped over for an evening top off. I really enjoyed my iced chai and will be back in for sure. The location is very clean and offers different types of seating around. They were getting ready to close up (no one said anything), but we didn't want to linger too long so they could close up. read more

Decided to try this place while my son was at driving lessons down the road and I'm so happy I did! The coffee was perfectly roasted and in a good sized mug. Seating was amble when I went but it quickly filled up as I sat there. The woman behind the counter helped me pick a pastry and her recommendation was spot on! I've been waiting to try this place and am happy I did. Not to crowded and located next door to Lazymoon pizza is this corner unit. The decor is simple is design, but there products are full of flavor. You can smell the roasted beans in the air. I ordered the iced mocha and liked. It has a bit of sweetness to it, but you can definitely taste the roasted flavor in each sip. Next time I would like to try their baked goods that they have ordered in, but you won't be disappointed in their coffee and tea selections for sure. read more

The last two days I have drove past Lineage on my way to work and noticed it was the grand opening and I peeked in the windows as I would pass by and instantly wanted to check it out. (Which coffee lover wouldn't want too?) I love the atmosphere, very modern, clean. It's a great place to hang out, catch up with a friend, study, or just sit and enjoy a coffee while watching the traffic go by. I ordered an ice honey latte and it was amazing. For it being open two days and crazy busy there was not a long waif for the drinks which was great. I didn't get to try any but they did have scones in the display as well. Will have to check those out next time. They have coffee, hats, chocolate and more on sale. Prices vary so be sure to ask them. They are friendly and willing to help. This is definitely my new favorite coffee shop and I'll be returning often. read more

I could spend all day in this space. It's bright, open, and has tons of natural light. It also happens to serve great coffee. I stopped in here to enjoy a pour over and spend some time with my book before diving into my work day, and I'm glad I did. I chose Linarco from their roast options and, since the pour makes a decent amount, they gave me half in a mug to enjoy in the cafe and half in a to-go cup to take with me. They also had a water station and some pastries such as banana bread, croissants, and cookies (but I didn't partake because they didn't have any dairy-free options). I will say they are one of the few coffee shops I've seen that offer oat milk as an alternative for dairy-free folk, which is awesome. I saw people enjoying a bite and making conversation, having meetings, working, reading, and studying. Seems like a great spot for a variety of people, and there were plenty of seating options ranging from a neighborhood table to smaller bistro tables and a windowsill bar with stools. Overall: delicious coffee, awesome space, cool neighborhood. Will definitely be coming back. read more

This is the coffee shop that Orlando needed. Lineage has been an established local coffee brand for years but was tucked away in the back of East End Market. Finally this dedicated location opens, giving craft coffee lovers a place to call home. It's just bigger than the original Foxtail location yet the "U" layout along with the window wall give it a much more spacious feel. The white, modern minimalist decor is reminiscent of the old coffee shop-gone-wrong, "Propagation", except Lineage actually loves their customers as much as they love coffee. With a few additions to their menu (buttermilk pastries and NITRO ON TAP!), this shop is destined to become an Orlando staple! read more

My go to spot for coffee. Honestly the best tasting Ethiopian and/or Kenyan I've ever had and I lived in Portland Oregon for 7 years. Also travel a bit and am always trying coffee shops particularly in the Southeast and have only found 1 or 2 shops that compare to Lineage. The staff is super friendly as well. I'm there at least 4-5 times a week. read more

I stopped into Lineage coffee for the first time on their anniversary. I love the uniqueness of this local coffee spot. The stained glass window is an extremely nice touch, and adds an upscale feel to the casual spot. The staff was so friendly! I had the white cold brew and it was very tasty. Talk about a pick me up! Lineage coffee has two locations, one being inside east end market and the other having its own location right next to lazy moon off of colonial. My go to here is the vegan cold brew. Comes inside a beer bottle so it's great for on the go. They also offer free WiFi so it's great to have a business meeting or catch up on school ! read more

This is a gorgeous new cafe serving up some mean coffee creations. The decor is beautifully sleek and the baristas are super cool and friendly. There is even a cool filtered tap water system that serves as a part time art piece (at least to me). The coffee roasts are delicious. I love me a good latte and they whip up a mean one (with skillful latte art to boot!). Food-wise, they only serve limited baked items from Buttermilk Bakery. One thing I do wish for the future is that the food options can be expanded. That would perhaps make this place perfect and I may never leave. read more

I would just like to update my review to include their amazing customer service. I ordered an iced latte and they made it hot, but they let me keep the hot one, made me another one iced, and gave me a free drink token! On another visit, I ordered a tea, the girl working said she forgot to brew the tea and gave it to me a bit late (only for a few minutes, I hadn't even noticed!) and gave me a free token as well. Their workers are so very nice and bright and friendly, I love everything about their service. Their free drink tokens are wooden and super cute, bonus points for that as well This place has set my standard for customer service in this area. Highly recommend! read more

First visit - passing by and saw the coffee sign, usually a better option than a chain. We walked in and there was a masked young lady at the counter looking at us. No reaction to us entering and not a word either, just watched us as we tried to find the options for coffee. We spotted two small menus on the counter, asked if they had cafe con leche we received a no but she had an option for us, we tried it with oat milk. There were a few pastries in glass so we chose the chocolate pastry, just over $10.00 for a large coffee and a pastry and by large I'm telling you it was about 8 oz, hard to imagine a small. The coffee was good, nice flavor with no bitterness and pastry was delicious. Casual atmosphere and even a dog sitting with his owner. Plenty of free parking. Younger crowd, twenties. read more

One of my new all time favorite places to grab coffee and tea! It was so clean and modern it reminded me of all the cute little chic coffee shops in Canada. My heart was truly happy just walking in this morning to such a cute little place. I didn't know what to order and the person at the front was super helpful! I choose the jasmine green cloud tea (hot!) and it was so worth it. I normally add sugar or honey but this tea was just so right without all of that. Lots of places to sit indoors and even outdoors. You can always take your drink to go as well! I can not wait to go back! read more

This place was excellent - Great coffee, great space, and great service! It was cool without being pretentious. Their seasonal iced drinks look amazing so it'll be worth getting next time. It's a great place to meet up, coffee date, or get some work done. When we mentioned that, his response was dismissive and he walked away. We actually had to say, "Hey, you're being kind of rude." His response was, "Yeah, I know. Wanna talk to my manager? He's over there." The manager looked up but didn't come over or address the situation. We even left a good tip because you never know what someone may be dealing with or whether they're just having a bad day. But unfortunately, when someone is the face of the business and interacting directly with customers, friendliness and basic customer service really matter. We'll definitely go back because we genuinely enjoy the food and coffee, but this interaction was unfortunate and knocked the experience down a star for us. I needed to have it just the way they make it in the sandy deserts of the Middle East. He pulled the pot and began preparing it. I recognized the familiar box of sand, used to heat the coffee. I ordered the 12 oz pistachio latte, and flavor-wise, they absolutely nailed it. It was creamy, rich, and had a really good pistachio flavor without tasting like just another overly sweet flavored latte. Even the presentation was nice, and I genuinely enjoyed every sip. Then there's the price... over $11 for a 12 oz latte is kind of insane. As much as I enjoyed it, I walked away a little upset with myself for spending that much on one small coffee. I understand specialty coffee shops are going to cost more, and I don't mind paying a premium for something good, but this crossed into a price point where it would be very difficult for me to come here regularly. The shop itself has a cool coffee-lounge feel with indoor seating, outdoor seating, and a pastry case with several options. It definitely feels more unique than your average grab-and-go coffee chain. Overall, the pistachio latte was easily a 5-star drink, but the value just isn't there for me at $11+ for 12 oz. I'd come back because it really was delicious, but this would be an occasional treat rather than a regular coffee stop. If the pricing were a little more reasonable, my rating would easily be higher.

Every time I go to this place it gets worse and worse. Whoever hires the employees needs to find a…read morebetter way, because this people seem to be racist and just don't care about showing good customer service at all. There's always something going on extra, and the staff seems clueless, and the barista guy tried to make fun of me for calling the milk "regular" instead of "whole" milk. I hope that made his day, because that's not a professional display of representing the company. Also it didnt show his intelligence at all, I'm a customer and that wasn't cool . I won't be going there anymore, I work to hard for my money to get service like that . No thanks
